I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made my visit comfortable and relaxing. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the great service and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Our room sink pipe busted and it smelled terrible. They were able to accommodate us in another room. We had to park our car in a different place walking distance from hotel. Parking had security but I would of had preferred to park by my room within the hotel. Overall our stay was an 8 out of a 10

Ocean view is viewable in some spots. There’s another hotel the street that blocks the full view but it’s okay. The only downside is that there’s no desk inside the suite so if you want to eat in your hotel room there’s no where. Only if your room is on the second floor which have patio tables.

The room we reserved was not given to us so we just had to do with the room that was left over. Sheets were not clean and the A/C wasn’t working. Over all NOT STAYING THERE NEVER. We rented for two nights but only stayed one night. Had to call it a short vacation. Very un satisfied. Not a very good experience. Sorry

Upon arrival I was given the wrong room. I was in a hurry as I needed to head out for an event. I was pretty sure I had paid for a room with double beds. Once I came back to the room after my event, I checked my receipt and realize that indeed I had paid for a premium double bed. I did talk to the receptionist at that time and she made the change. However talk about an inconvenience!

Located Right next to main road where you can hear lots of traffic noise and neighbors were really loud and rude at midnight and 3:30 in the morning. From shouting about taking pictures and videos to blasting loud music at 3:30 am and moaning ughhh.

I liked everything, the price, the privacy, the comfortable 🛌, the friendly customer service at the entrance, your own private parking place, they just need to adjust the bathroom door. Other than that we had a great night, and planning to come back.

Las instalaciones está muy cercas de downtown de rosarito y hay muchas cosas que hacer alrededor. El hotel está muy cercas de la avenida principal si se escucha mucho ruido aparte de los ruidos de mas puertas de los cuartos, algo también para considerar no tienen un control del estacionamiento, aunque haya un estacionamiento asignado, nosotros siempre nos tocó dejas el carro en diferentes estacionamientos que también el hotel tiene acceso pero que no está en el mismo edificio.

We were put in what you would call a brothel room because the hotel did not have elevators and we are seniors and couldn’t walk up three flights of stairs so they have these rooms available for four hours and that’s where they put us their bedding was gray and dingy their pillows were stained. We went to purchase pillows. They have a guard dog that is brought in apparently in the evening and it barks all night and we were on the first floor second room to where the dog is needless to say for three nights I probably slept a total of five hours and then had to leave and drive Four hours north

If you are looking to just sleep, the room will work. The room is small and lacks a closet or storage space for your clothes or luggage. The bathroom is very small. No fridge. Towels were very dingy and used. Definitely bring your own towels. You must cross a busy street to access the pool, which is located at another hotel. Also, although the parking is secure, there is limited space for parking. When the parking lot is full, you must park in a dirt lot several lots over from the Hotel. We decided to take a taxi into town, not to lose our parking spot, and the front desk would not call a taxi we had to wait in front of the busy street a flag one down. Parking is narrow not friendly for big vehicles.

We had an amazing time and I would definitely love to come back and stay here. It was away from downtown but not to far. Bed sheets need to be renovated because they look old with stains. Also, the rooftop over looking the ocean was gorgeous. I would recommend high chairs for anyone who is short and want to sit down to overlook the view. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

This place is most definitely a Motel, I is used as an in an out place, like dive in with the garage attached to de room. They did rent our room during the day when we were out.

Also they have an advertising of 500 pesos for 6hrs and 550 for the hall night, and Expedia charges in dollars 3, times the advertised price in pesos.

I did sent a couple emails to Expedia to ask for cancellation and they never responded, because I try to cancel in the place and they said they can’t do anything, they said to contact Expedia. Which I did to claim my money back because I have paid for insurance of the room, so I’m so frustrated and upset with them and strongly suggest that not to use Expedia for anything because this is the second time that this happened to me with the reservations for Rosarito BC Mexico. So be careful when it comes to used Expedia

This was our 1st time here and we were pleasantly surprised. We requested two rooms with two king size beds each. Each room was like they connected two rooms together to make one, each had a king size bed, bathroom and tv, separate by a hallway. There were 4 of is in one room, we could be together and yet give each other space. The rooms were clean and kept well. We had an awesome ocean view. They also had a roof top terrace with an amazing view. We would definitely recommend this place.
The only cons: they have no closet to hang clothing or hooks for hanging stuff. They have a pool but it’s across the street. We didn’t get to see it though.

All was good overall. Comfy bed, good price, decent location. The only main negative that has me usually stay elsewhere is the fact I have to give them a photo identification that they can’t just make a copy of and then give back to me. They hold onto it for the duration I’m there. No other hotel I know does that….

Well, let’s start off with I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and was told the room wasn’t ready (CIT 3pm) came back at 5:30 still not ready finally at 5:45 I was given a key to dirty room that reeked of vinegar, it smelled like a pickle factory. No elevator no fridge no closet no dressers dirty bedding spilled coffee on the counters basically a door bed and a shower. I was forced to leave early due to safety concerns, as some man kept coming to the windows peeking in when I tried to confront him the last time he was gone. Told the front desk and they don’t speak any English did not understand what I was saying I left and lost out on 4 more nights that I prepaid through hotels.com which the hotels people did nothing to help me but tell me I was stuck there or lose out on the money I paid. Beware of this hotel it should be labeled motel I’d feel safer at a motel 6. Oh yeah you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet there is signs in the bathroom so be prepared to have a vinegar and poop smell your entire stay.
