Safe, quiet, clean and predictable. If you are looking for a place to stay with no drama, comfortable beds, and easy parking then this is a really good spot! I I appreciate how easy it is to access MSK. My only advice is if you’re not feeling well make sure you don’t get a room by the vending machine machine.

It was a good stay at court the next day one night trip I needed an extra pillows was not available. Bed was not like home. Definitely update smell like marijuana while we’re in New York. We stayed one night. Strange hotel floor plan, if you enter from main doors you will need to take 2 separate elevators about 40 yards apart to get to the floors with the rooms. Room itself is average size, bathroom is small, beds are comfortable, but the pillow are terrible, hard, and very small (like a throw size and only 3 on each bed). Pool was large and deep (lifeguard on duty) but no towels available. Not a terrible stay, but not great either.

First, my check-in was horrible. The lady was trying to charge me when I had already paid in the beginning of the week second second it was just horrible. Yes, it’s Valentine’s weekend, however, partying until 4:30am for all the hotel to hear is unacceptable. There were people running up and down the halls, marijuana smoke in the hallways, screaming and kids running around all night. There needs to be quiet hours enforcement after 10pm.

I’ve stayed at the Baymont many times and have always found it to be a convenient, good-quality option close to my company. However, when I recently tried to book another stay, my experience with Beverly (a tall dark skin woman) was very frustrating. I had to call five different times, and each time she gave a different reason for not taking my reservation, saying the computer wasn’t working, that she was too busy, or asking me to call back later. Her tone came across as dismissive and unhelpful, and there was little effort to resolve the issue or assist with completing the booking. As a repeat guest, I expected a more professional and courteous experience, and this interaction left a very negative impression.

Room was clean and the actual location however seems to be a problem with the heater in the room it would not keep the room at a decent temp even if you put it @ 80 it would constantly turn off in less than a minute and stay off for quite some time turning the room cold . The toilet flush did not work properly and after flushing the toilet water continued to run and in order to stop it, I had to put my hand in the back and close the flap. I would have requested another room, but I was ill and instead went to sleep to feel better. Also, the stopper for the shower was not in the shower. Basically, the bathroom was a mess and when I called to ask for some kind of compensation for being given a room with a running toilet, La Crista, the mgr. told me I should have let someone know. When I explained I was ill, she said there's nothing she can do. To me this is very poor customer service, the room should have been maintained and not given to me in the first place and it seems that my discomfort at a running toilet bowl is not a problem for them.

I gave it a 2 star rating because when we arrived people were at the back entrance smoking weed, which was disappointing because that is supposed to be a smoke free area and my kids had to walk into that smell which carried into the first floor of the building. The room was clean and tidy but could do with an update. The heater was effective. Unfortunately the water in the shower was lukewarm most days. The property is non smoking but unfortunately we had smoke smells coming through the vent which affected my throat.. I asked to move but unfortunately no connecting rooms were available. Housekeeping was OK. Hotel is in good location but you will need a vehicle. Breakfast was OK but they had bacon and the patties all contained pork. Would be good to have vegetarian sausage option and also vegan option

We my mom and I were give 2 adjoining rooms on the first floor for 150 per night. There was loud music and people yelling at kids. One boy was in the hallway that looked very scared and afraid to speak. My mom went to take a bath to relax. In the bath brown liquid came out of the faucet twice. She got out immediately and called the front desk. They moved us to the third floor after that. Someone had the tv super loud until late at night. I feel this was not a pleasant stay at all and way overpriced. Possibly a health hazard and would not recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. Breakfast is mediocre as well.
