6 gece 7 gün konakladım. Bu süre içerisinde tüm çalışanlar tüm konularda oldukça iyi hizmet verdiler. Tüm sorularımı, isteklerimi ve ihtiyaçlarımı çok içten, iyi niyetli ve yeterli bir şekilde cevapladılar. Tüm çalışanlar için bunu kesinlikle söyleyebilirim. Her çalışan oldukça güler yüzlüydü sadece bir hanımefendi hariç. fakat kendisinin kötü bir muamele yaptığını görmedim sadece güler yüzlü değildi.
Özellikle Kürşat Bey aşırı güler yüzlü ve içten bir şekilde işini yaptı. Eğer birisinin ödüllendirilmesi gerekiyorsa Kürşat Beydir.
Otel temizliği iyiydi. Ben temizlik konusunda obsesif birisi olarak aşırı iyi ve kusur bulamazsınız diyemem fakat ben bile rahat bir şekilde konaklayabildim.

I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days. Throughout my stay, all the staff provided very good service in every aspect. They responded to all my questions, requests, and needs in a sincere, kind, and professional manner. I can confidently say this for all staff members. Everyone was very friendly, with the exception of one female staff member; however, I did not experience any rude behavior from her—she simply was not as smiley as the others.
I would especially like to highlight Mr. Kürşat, who performed his job with exceptional friendliness and genuine sincerity. If anyone deserves special recognition or a reward, it is definitely Mr. Kürşat.
The hotel’s cleanliness was good. As someone who is quite obsessive about cleanline

Family trip staying first time at this hotel. I confirm with other reviews for this Hampton Old City hotel. The entire hotel staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing and the price and value of this stay is superb. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is convenient (very near 2 tram stops), many shops and restaurants near and very walkable to many of the visitors site from the hotel. Bottom line: good hotel, excellent location, smiling staff and easy transport to and from IST Airport. I will certainly be back in future. Thank you.

avoid staying in this hotel
I arrived at check-in at 1pm but got the room after 3pm. The other problem was that I accidentally spilled a little sauce on one of the towels and when I was about to check out they forced me to pay 500TL. The cashier said that his boss forced him to do it which irritated me a lot. They could have informed me earlier so that I could argue why. It felt like it was a routine thing they do to make some money.

I liked the location, which was near the tram. We had expected to take taxis, but in hindsight, the tram was convenient and probably less expensive.
I was a little disappointed with the condition. The sink looked like it had mold build up in the crevices. There seemed to be some sort of loose wire by the chaise lounge.

I would go out with my family shopping around Istanbul, and come back to a clean room it was an amazing feeling.

It is far from any important place in Turkey. The neighborhood has only low quality arabic food. No alcoholic drink is served in the neighborhood (you have to drink in your room or small lobby of the hotel). The staff are inefficient and ask for tip. I had even to pay one of them $5 when he exchanged my $10 bill into two $5 bills Breakfast was terrible. In fact I had not asked for breakfast but they said I will be charged anyway. The price of the room was higher than decent hotels like Radisson Blue on Taksim Square).

I visited the hotel for 5 days, from Uk, for my sister’s birthday and it was incredible. Very full and amazing breakfast. Housekeeping was coming and cleaning our room every day. Very short distance from Grand Bazar, Blue Mosque and other attractions. Very good location, close to tram and buses. I totally recommend. One of the best places I’ve stayed. Did not encounter problems during our stay. Staff was friendly and generally responsive. Visit was marred, however, by the early Saturday morning trip to airport. The driver, an elderly man with a full head of white hair and a throaty cough (no mask), drove like a veritable maniac, passing other cars, and weaving, and ended up tipping himself for his efforts (by adding a percentage of the meter's readout). The hotel staff know him and should not hire him again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton By Hilton Istanbul Old City. I was upgraded to a lovely room, and the hotel was very clean. An excellent hotel with trustworthy employees. The staff were incredibly friendly and honest - when I accidentally left behind a large sum of money, after I checked out, they contacted me and returned the full amount.
