Room was cold. I travelled in Winter and the room was cold. I spent all my day outside in cold and rain and even when I got back to my hotel, the room was cold and shower water was cold too.

Stay away don’t get fooled by pictures they list as 4 star charge as 5 star actually 2 star should be Maximim $18. Dollars per night, low lighting 15wat, you cant see much, shower clogged water all the way to ankle, i pad less price to real 5 star hotel, save your money, he writes his own reviews under different names for sure

This hotel is in a very dirty and unsafe neighborhood. The street Infront of the hotel is very narrow and crowded. The area is very unsafe and dirty. After we were checked in at the front desk, we went to the room. We were told that the room is none smoking which wasn’t true. Not only the room was smelled horrible, but it was also not cleaned too. There was nothing inside the bathroom. I mean no towels or other amenities. There was a supper dirty kettle on the table. When we informed the front desk, we were told that they have no room available until next day.
Next morning when we woke up, there was no drop of water in the bathroom, when we called the front desk, we were told that there is no water in the tire area so there’s nothing they could do. It was one of the worst experiences I had in Istanbul. Our reservation was for three nights but I had to leave without any refund for the next two nights that I have paid but didn’t stay there

my belongings were stolen in 10 minutes i left the room to the reception.. the front desk gave the key of my room to the service person who entered the room and took my accessories which contained a gold ring and a silver bracelet.. my friend entered the room and was shocked to find him in the room putting things in his pocket.. we made complaints to the front desks.. they all escaped.. the camera recorded his entrance to the room at 3 am in the morning..

The area is centrally located and convenient to the main tourist attractions, which are easily accessible by tram. We booked a triple room which was tiny for a family. There's no space for luggage but we happened to be transiting overnight. Continental buffet breakfast was mainly eggs, cold cuts and vegetables. Sufficient for a transit hotel but definitely not for a longer stay.

Unless you are skint don't go here, it's not a hotel it's more like a hostel. And how it's rated 3 star I will never know. Also I booked a room for 4 nights by mistake which I agree is my fault. However within 2 minutes of realising what I had done I called to explain and was only refunded one night instead of the full two. Robbery!! Food was not good to be honest in my opinion I would not go here again and if you have kids stay away. The noise is outrageous!!

If you want to just sleep somewhere that is ok, this hotel is a good place for you,hotel is safe and security cameras are everywhere! Located in central part of Istanbul... Yet smal rooms, you easily hear the next rooms noises. Definitely not a 4star hotel, no proper coffee or milk during breakfast.. wifi doesnot work, at all... they say they can’t do anything about it.

They need to upgrade their washers. There was a lot of hair in all sheets, towels and everything. At first I thought they didn't change them. But then they renewed them each day and all new towels were also full of hair

This ia bustling part of Istanbul - not with tourists but real people going about their business from all partners of Europe, buying and selling. Its a few stops on the tram from the Blue Mosque etc. and just 10 minutes walk (though it is a little tricky to find) from the metro (Aksaray) that brings you directly from the airport in 35 minutes. Done up recenty in glitzy local style, staff are very friendly, breakfast is fine, and the rooms are a good size.

I had one overnight stay. Initially had trouble locating as I had arrived a Yenicapi ferry port. The first 3 taxis that I asked refused to take me. The 4th charged me 40 TL take it or leave it !!.

My room was small but so comfortable, had a small fridge and even had a balcony. The view was lovely, too.
I kept the balcony door open when I slept so call to prayers was a bit loud but didn't bother me. There is a/c, though.

Alfa hotel is very easier to find as the it's located near a tram station. Main tourist attraction places like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque are about 10 minutes away from the hotel which is very convenient. The neighbourhood is safe I am able to walk a lone at night without any hesitation. However, there is a school close to the hotel and I am not able to sleep longer as I can hear the kids playing in school yards at 8 am which can be annoying at times.

good for price. tiny room, tiny bathroom, tiny shower stall, but I'm glad with my choice coz I'm a clean freak and the room & bathroom were remodeled & clean. I wasn't afraid to touch surfaces. great water pressure, excellent drainage. tiny modern-style sink (bend over it to wash ur face, water splashes everywhere BUT in the sink), but clean was higher on my list than size so i managed. bed was comfortable altho linens were sparse. that was also ok since u have individual AC temp control- make it as cold or warm as u want. bare bones amenities like towels & shampoo, but I bring my own toiletries anyway. location was great for me. immediate surroundings are quite dingy so if ur not accustomed to middle eastern or third world streets and conditions, & u need a glossy valet area with manicured lawns etc, you probably shouldn't stay here. view from my room was the neighbor's balcony laundry so I just didn't open the curtains. ten min walk to aksaray tramway, & ten min walk to yusufpasa metro station. I actually walked (by accident) all the way to the hotel back from hagia sophia/blue mosque. it's a straight shot until the last 5 minutes when u turn off to walk up the hill (not steep) to the hotel. I was browsing shops for souvenirs & found I had walked back to hotel in a leisurely1.5 hours. lots of convenience stores and delis & food carts in immediate vicinity so you can get cheap eats & whatever snacks and toiletries you need-places were all open until past midnight on weekdays

Nous pensions être dans le quartier de Fathi, ce qui n'était pas le cas. Pas très clair dans l'annonce. Mais situation géographique proche de tous les lieux importants à visiter, et la ligne de tramway pas loin.
Hôtel qui ne mérite aucune étoile.
Moquette du sol de la chambre très sale.
Mobilier sommaire, vieux et abimé.
Mais literie confortable.
Salle de bain sans aucun confort, rien pour poser nos trousses de toilette.
L'aspirateur n'a pas été passé de la semaine.
Pas de poubelle dans la chambre.
Pas de café mais du nescafé au petit déjeuner, pas de fruit ni de jus de fruit mais un liquide qui ressemble à une poudre dans de l'eau.
Le 2e soir, en rentrant, nous avons eu la surprise de voir qu'on avait déménagé nos affaires dans une autre chambre pendant notre absence. Il nous manquait nos t.shirts de nuit restés accrochés derrière la porte et notre gel douche (que nous avons récupéré après 2 j de réclamation).
Pour les T shirts, une personne de la réception nous a dit qu'on pourrait en retrouver sans peine au marché. Aucune excuse de la part du directeur, par ailleurs hautain et arrogant qui n'a aucun respect pour les clients. Il braille au lieu de parler.
A noter quand même la gentillesse et le professionnalisme d'un jeune employé à la réception.
La 2e chambre que l'on a récupérée avait une belle vue, mais un balcon très sale, avec plein de miettes de pain. Apparemment pas nettoyé depuis très longtemps.
En bref, une horreur cet hôtel.

Het begon slecht. onze kamer was reeds bezet door een ander gast, die een nacht langer wilde blijven, terwijl mijn boeking 3 maanden geleden geboekt en betaald was. wij kregen een kamer bij een ander hotel aan de overkant van de straat. deze hotel was zeker niet goed, ook als was het voor 1 nacht. We kregen heel veel excuses van de manager en vroeg ons begrip. Verder was het hotel goed voor een 3 sterren en geen 4 sterren. personeel sprak lsecht engels maar wel verstaanbaar. ontbijt was ieder dag hetzelfde.

Yaptım ödemesinide yaptım.hotele gittiğim de 1 oda var görünen rez. dediler.hotel full odamız yok başka dediler. neyse bir oda daha verdiler tv kanallar çekmiyor odalar sigara kokuyor wifi zaten sadece adı var hiç çekmiyor çıkışta yine 1 oda ödeme gözüküyor rez. Dediler halbuki 2 hafta önce ödemeyi yapmışım :) sonra tekrar düzeldi çok şükür çıkışımızı aldık. bir tek konumu güzel...

بعد ان قمت بالحجز والدفع .. موظف الفندق ادعى عدم وجود فراغ .. وكان يريدني ان اذهب بدون ان اثبت حضوري ورفض اعطائي ما يثبت حضوري .. وحاولت الاتصال بهوتيل كوم لكن لايوجد الا اتصال جوال وكان يفشل ..
بالنهاية أخبرته ان لم يعطيني ما يثبت وصولي للفندق وحيث انني دافع وهوتيل لن يرد الي اي شيء ساتصل بالشرطة ..

Das Hotel war ok, Kapali carsi war zugrad Fuss erreichbar, jedoch hat man um die 20 min gebraucht. Ausblick hat man nicht wirklich. Ds Bad, wara nicht ganz sauber, jedoch wurden Handtuecher regelmaessig gewechselt. Fruehstueck war nicht so berauschend, war ok.

５泊しました。部屋から、遠くのモスクが見えて、夜はライトアップされていました。
周辺は、ちょっとごちゃごちゃしていますが、トラム駅には３分、地下鉄には５分というアクセス。すぐ側に、水やビールを売っているお店があり、毎日行っていました。ケバブサンドやピデのお店も近くにあります。
ホテルは朝ごはん付きで、すごく美味しかったです。フルーツの実がたっぷり入ったジャムが４、５種類。スープ。暖かいおかず。野菜、チーズ、ハム。。。と充実していました。
部屋にゴミ箱がないのが不便でした。

Krótki 2-dniowy pobyt. Ważna byłą lokalizacja w centrum i w pobliżu stacji metra. Hotel z uwagi na cenę i lokalizację warty polecenia. Mimo niedużych rozmiarów pokoju, w czasie krótkiego pobytu nie było to niedogodnością.

Zimmerservice nahezu nicht vorhanden. Wir waren 6 Tage dort. Das Zimmer wurde zweimal sauber gemacht. Das eine Mal kam die Servicekraft einfach ohne Vorwahrung ins Zimmer. Wir lagen noch im Bett. Absolut inakzeptabel.

Das Hotel befindet sich unweit der Altstadt entfernt.
Zu Fuß ist man gute 15-20 min. unterwegs.
Wir bekamen ein Zimmer in der obersten Etage, mit einer guten Aussicht auf die Fatih Moschee.
Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber beinhaltet alles was man benötigt.
Aufgrund der Lage des Hotels ( neben einer Schule aber das finde ich nicht so schlimm), an der Metrostation Aksaray und der Tram würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Zu Fuß ist man gute 15-20 min. unterwegs.

Überraschend angenehmes Hotel in guter Lage
Dem Hotel fehlt zu einem netten Mittelklassehotel nichts - außer dem Fahrstuhl von der Straßenebene zur Lobby im erten Stock. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Haggia Sophia, Blaue Moschee, Topkapi und großer Bazar sind sogar zu Fuß nach einem ausgedehnten Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Sonst geht man 2 Minuten zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle und fährt für 4 türkische Lira bis dorthin.
Im Hotel kann man sich gut mit english verständigen. Das Frühstück ist für türkische Verhältnisse üppig. Das Haus ist sauber, dasPersonal sehr hilfsbEreit und freundlich.

Das Hotel befindet sich etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum. Taxi kostet vom Taksim Platz um die 20 Lira, ungerechnet ca. 7€. Ansonsten reichhaltiges Frühstück, Supermarkt gegenüber vom Hotel. Angestellte, na ja. Das Bad war wirklich sehr klein. Zimmer sauber. Unten an der Hauptstraße genug Restaurants. Für den Preis geht es in Ordnung.
