The worst hotel I ever have so far, this place you can't even call an accommodation or a hotel, it isn't worth any penny or any lira that's why when reserved it said Non-refundable, if there's a tourism board responsible they have to shutdown this place or similar ones, I wonder how they advertised thru Hotels.com!

We booked a room specifically for our family of five, expecting one king bed and three twin beds as clearly stated in our reservation. Instead, we were given a cramped room with only one queen bed and a single twin bed—completely unacceptable for five people.
There were not enough blankets, and we had to request basic items that should have been standard, such as an iron and essential toiletries. The room was missing even the most basic hotel amenities you’d expect anywhere.
The lack of preparedness and disregard for guest comfort was shocking. This was not just a mistake—it was a complete failure in service and hospitality.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.

The hotel has a lift which is a bonus. My room was on the 7th floor, although the area is busy due to the height it was relatively quiet. (Except for the one seagull that decided to shout his loudest on occasion) The room was a decent size for me. The room is in good shape and the cleaner comes eveeyday, lovely woman.

This hotel for traders… not for vocation… this have some pluses - breakfast, near metro location, near shops…off course it’s better then hostel by this price…. but …..rooms are old and dirty… This hotel not for sweet memory of vocation in Stanbul! in my room was flashing lamp in bathroom, bed sheets all with stains and holes (it clear but unwashable) even pay TIPS for housekeeping was unhelpful. Internet not regularly working sometimes waiting 5 minutes for restarting connection …

Otel konum olarak kötü bir yerde, çevresi özellikle çok kötü. Orada yaşayan Türk bulmak imkansız gibi ve çevredeki turistler çok pis, çevrede güvenilir bir şekilde yemek yemek imkansız gibi. Yanınızda eşiniz dostunuz var ise daha da zor. Etrafta garip bakışlara maruz kalabilirsiniz, ama otelin içerisi sıcak ve rahatsız edici değil, çevre ve diğer müşteriler tam anlamıyla felaket... bir daha o çevrede kalmam.
