Not good to stay this Hotel

Not Good, specially book this hotel for Turkish Bath but , we never managed to go in . They told us people is in , wait hours again they said ladies in ..! When we ask any questions Their attitude was terrible , never said sorry .. We never book this hotel again ...

Average hotel with good facilities

We have stayed in triple room for 3 nights. Overall impression wasn't too bad. They have offered free sauna, turkish sauna, pool and hammam. But these facilities were average or below average - pool was very small, it's dimensions 2x2 meters, no more - there is nothing to do in so small place. Turkish sauna was too cold for us. And hammam was looking like after just finished repair works - we had just looked at him and closed the door, because nobody wanted to enter.
Many people were saying, that breakfast was extremely good. We were 3 people and none of us liked it. In our opinion breakfast was terrible! I can't understand, why other people liked it! Okay, if you like cold food and cold vegetables - it's okay, but if you want to eat something hot - there were only two (sometimes only one) options - eggs and strange pancakes or cut sausages in small pieces. That's all. All other food were cold vegetables, some turkish porridges (which were cold as well), various cakes and so on. As we were eating this breakfast 3 morning in a row, the third morning we started to hate this food.
Room facilities were nice. Bed was comfortable, wi-fi was working fine. But it was VERY cold in the bathroom (we were stayed in January), because there were no heating at all. Also we have missed some space in the room, because for 3 people it was a little bit small. Cable TV showed only turkish channels and it's prayings - it was really boring.

Very close to what needed to be seen or done

Hotels is under cleaning ( mostly paintjob). Needs just anlittle care for some rooms. However close to all needed to be seen or done in Istanbul. Breakfast was enough and good.
It is a recommended hotel, since even staff is well responding, polite and really helpful. I will certainly stay in on my nexr April stay in Istanbul.
One thing: if you are looking for some relax, don't choose street rooms: noisy because of one of the mainstreets in Istanbul. Also don't get out at Aksaray metro station. It is very close ( even not 100 m from Yenikapi station), and last: this is to the hotel Manage ( very nice guy by the way!): plese bust the but of your sauna guy: too lazy and not helpful at all.
Over all, it is a real budget and clean nice hotel to choose in Istanbul!!

worse hotel ever i stayed in my whole life

The Hotel pacilities is the worse ever i stay in my entired travel in my life ,. when i check in i was told that the elevator is not working but tomorrow will be ok but i been stay there 1 week till i check out the lift is still not working ,. Imagine my room is on the & floor i need to use the Stairs everytime i go out and had my breakfast the restaurant is on the Lobby mean u need to use stairs 7 Level coz the lobby is different level from the Rooms in the first floor ,. i dont recommend this for whose travelling who had a Child too risky and for those travelling who need to walk alot for seight seeing ,. Staff is good they will help u ,. but the Managements i think is Greddy just take money from the costumer but they had pacilities not working good ,. food is the same every morning ,. Bad Bad Bad dont ever to think to stay in this Hotel ,....

I had my 2 weeks stay at this hotel with my spouse and It was simply Awesome ! Best Place, Best BreakFast, Best Staff, Best clean rooms, Best Service. Would love to stay in this hotel again.

Great spot

Going to Istanbul for the first time and being very well travelled I always look for great location and cost. This hotel has it all walking distance to the Grand Bizzar and the Blue Mosque and also a very shoe walk to the tram station. Great staff always willing to help with a smile an the breakfast was awesome every morning. There are plenty of great cheap places to eat across the street as well. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family!

Lovely new built hotel

The hotel manager Mahsum organised a shuttle service for me and my family as this was the first time in Istanbul. The manager was very pleasant and spoke excellent english and recommended things to do in Istanbul. The hotel overall was lovely and we had 2 rooms which were both spacious. The facilities were good including a sauna and steam room as well as massages (surcharge). Aksaray tram station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and is easy to get to the local attractions such as the grand bazaar and blue mosque. I would definately recommend this hotel as our experience was very good. Thank you Mahsum and the hotel staff.

Perfect location

Had a great stay at the this hotel as the location was central and the metro station is a minutes walk from the hotel which takes you all around Istanbul. It's walking distance to the main attractions such as, grand bazaar, blue mosque, spice bazaar and other locations and hotel staff were very friendly and the Main Street is always busy. I would recommend this for the location and staff.

Found me a cheap taxi to the airport as well

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great (next to the metro and marmara station). The staff here is amazing and very helpful. This hotel deserves a 5/5 based on customer service, location and amenities. The breakfast is great as well.

Prime location to reach all Attractions via Tram

Brand new hotel, situated in the heart of Aksary , very near to the Tram station and metro.
spacious & very clean rooms comparing to other hotels in the same area .
Very friendly staff ( Mr.Mahsum , Tahseen and Ms. Zainab)...I really did enjoy my stay there and highly recommend this hotels to others.

sine it's new one and just operated, some times there is some small problems in water and bathroom. ( there solving every thing)

Deçu par la non propreté dans la chambre et surtout l’odeur de tabac omniprésente même en demandant une chambre non fumeur car c’est un hotel pour fumeurs. Les serviettes de toilette sentent le tabac froid Le petit déjeuner était plus du salé que du sucré.
Les petits échantillons de gel douche et shampooing étaient tous collants a l’extérieur. et heureusement. c’était pour une seule nuit! Points positifs : personnel agréable et a l’écoute du client. Et terrasse du petit dej agréable car au 7e etage avec vue sur le port

Fint hotell

Fina rum,fint städad men särkslit personalen som var utmärkta i servicehantering. Bra frukost och ett riktigt bra hotell. Jag rekommenderar detta hotell till alla, jättefint läge mitt i stan. Men som sagt återigen, oerhört bra och kompetenta personal. Gjorde min vistelse 100 gånger bättre.

Bize önce camsız bir oda verdiler, ardından yeni bir odaya yerleştik orda’da yatak yüzleri değişmemiş ve banyo tuvalet önceki misafirin artıklarıyla doluydu. Sonra üçüncü odaya geçtik, ve durum farklı değildi, busefer tuvalet “temiz” ama yatak odası berbat, yatak yüzünde kan lekesi ve kıllar vardı, ne yastık nede yorgan yüzü değişmemişti, sadece düzeltilmiş, yerler toz içinde. Akşam resepsiyon’da genç bir çalışan vardı söyledim hemen surat yaptı, odaya yerleşmeden önce kontrol etseydiniz diye bide dayılandı, sanki ben otelin temizlik müdürüyüm, istemiyerek biriyle yeni yüz yolladı, beraber değiştirdik. Istanbul‘da büyük küçük çok otelde kaldım, ama en berbatı buydu

Удобно и недорого

Отель отлично расположен рядом со станцией метро, можно за полчаса доехать до аэропорта без пересадок. Номера удобные, единственный минус - номер был прокуренный. В остальном нареканий нет. Пользовались спа - все понравилось. За ту цену, которую заплатили за отель, получили даже больше, чем ожидали.

Otel odaları çok küçük,temizlik hijyen kesinlikle yok.Kahvaltı yemek pansiyonlarda dahi, buradan çok daha iyidir.Kahvaltı diye akşamdan kalan ne varsa (rus salatası,salata, lahana vs. )dizmişler.Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.Paranızla rezil olmayın diyorum.

Hotellet ligger i nærheten av kollektivttrafikk

Frokosten var ikke bra nok, de som jobbet der virket verdig kald.
En dag kom vi litt før klokka 10, fikk beskjed om tiden var over for frokosten. Selv om de hadde sagt personlig til oss og skrevet at frokosten er til klokka 10!
De banket på døren flere ganger om de skulle vaske rommet, det ble litt irriterende for oss rett og slett.

تجربة ليست سيئة ولكن لا أود أن أكررها

- الفندق بشكل عام نظيفه وموقعه جيد لمن يزيد التسوق لانه بجوار محلات الجملة والسوق لذا خذ فالاعتبار ان المكان ازعاج ومزدحم ولاينفع للعوائل المحافظة .. اسفل الفندق ..!!!
- موظفوا الاستقبال عاديين واستقبالهم عادي
- اول وصول لي طلبت سجادة والسفتي بوكس ووفر لي مباشرة ولم اجرب اي خدمة بعدها سوى خدمة نظافة الغرفة وكانت جيدة
- الغرفة جدارها مرطب والدهان مكسر وباب الحمام يفتح على باب الخروج في كل دخول للغرفة ويكون باب الحمام في الوجه يضرب في بابالغرفة ستائر الغرفة متسخه وغير مثبته و النافذة غير مثبته ايضاً وازعاج الشارع كله عندك فالغرفة ..
- اهم شي الدنيا برد وكان السخان ما يشتغل اخر الليل .. عجيب .. وللتاكد شغلت الدش والمغسلة على الحار وتركتها لاكثر من عشر دقايق بلا فائدة وكررت لليلتين متوالية .. اما في الصباح يعمل !!
- الافطار بالنسبة للفندق جيد جداً
- عني لن اكرر الزيارة للفندق مرة ثانية
- الفندق بجوار محطة المترو مباشرة

La colazione lascia un po' a desiderare per noi italiani
