Absolutely amazing stay!!! Paul ,the owner , is so attentive and has amazing customer service support. The staff kept our rooms super tidy. It was so helpful to have a toster, fridge and microwave in the room. They have a beautiful field in the back for space for our son to play catch and stretch. Highly recommend to all families to stay here. Only 8 minutes away from dreams field.

The owner/operator lives on site (next door), and that truly makes a difference. This is a roadside inn, built in the middle of a pasture...which means that pasture aromas are present at night. Even so, you cannot tell when in your room and the cleanliness of the property, laundry service, store on site, pool and free wifi make this a perfect location. Most of us were playing in Cooperstown, but this would be great for any travelers in the area.

Very quiet, easy access to the main road, and gas station conveniently situated on site. There is a convence store on site if there is a need for last minutes necessaries. Clean, climate controlled rooms. There is a gas station and convenience store in the same parking lot, which is nice because there is nothing else around. Paul was very friendly. Don’t judge your book by its cover.

Upon turning into the parking lot, the sense that it was an old, rundown motel came at first. But when you enter the room, the original feeling quickly goes away. The rooms were incredibly clean, and updated. Check-in was incredibly easy as it was all done through text message, and the lockbox keys. The owner came out and greeted us and thank us for coming to his motel. Each room back door entry with the patio table that you could sit in and enjoy the views of the interest, farmland, and mountains in the background. 10 out of 10.

Quaint motel highly recommend

We were in the area with a thousand or so families for the Cooperstown baseball tournament. We weren’t excited about staying in a big hotel for 9 days. Based on reviews we chose this small (15 unit) motel with a kitchenette just 5 miles south of the tournament. There is a convenience store in front of the motel. It was very peaceful and quiet. I sat on the patio outside my room and enjoyed the view of the fields and mountains while reading a book. Paul and his dad own the motel and are a picture of hard working people investing in their dream and working hard to insure their guests have a good experience. I would describe the rooms as quaint and would highly recommend booking here. You can make your own breakfast in the room or go to Jackie’s less than a mile north as you head to the baseball park. Paul was an excellent host.

If you are not looking for this place you will miss it. If you miss it you would be missing out. The place wasn't bad, but the staff was awesome. Paul makes sure you have everything you need, I feel like I made a new friend. The room was redone & had a lot of character with everything you need to enjoy your week at Cooperstown. The bathroom was much bigger than a normal hotel bathroon which was nice. The location was great too. The short drive to CDP is easy, plus you enter from the best direction. It was easy to run back to room in between games to get out of the weather as needed.

Wonderful. Believe all the positive reviews. This updated motel is cozy, quaint and oh so very clean. The bathroom is large and bright. The beds are comfortable and larger than i thought by \"double\" bed. Rooms have a front door (where you park) and also a back door overlooking the countyside with a table and chairs and sidewalk to the pool. Speaking of, Paul is so nice- he got the pool going Memorial Day weekend so we could hop in it! He also runs the gas station/convenience store which has just about anything you could need or want, including beer or ice cream by the scoop. The motel isnt very walkable anywhere else and is about a 12/15min drive to downtown Cooperstown but there are many stores and restaurants between on a pretty country road. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The location was perfect, about a half mile from 2 of our games in Milford, the accommodations very comfortable and Paul was very attentive and welcoming for anything we may have needed during our stay. I only wish the rest of our team stayed here because it was fantastic! The pool was perfect to cool off in with a beautiful backdrop and the gas/convenience store was walkable to get any food and drinks needed. It was exactly 4 miles to the baseball field which was SO convenient and is behind a small gas station/convenient store which was great for snacks and coffee (there is a coffee make and frig and microwave in room as well.) It was so quiet and we have no complaints at all. I would highly recommend staying here. I stayed her with my 13 yr old son and it was great.
