Rooms were immaculate! Remodeled smaller because the building it old part of Larne but that’s the quaint we were looking for. Convenient to ferry to get to Scotland. Breakfast was Awesome! Order the Soda Bread!! You won’t be disappointed…

Cute B&B close to Larne Port. Rooms are bright and airy - we liked the rooms in front of building as windows opened. Modern bathrooms. Amazing breakfast - fresh fruit, juice, cereals, yoghurt, and large omelettes with variety of fillings. Carol was always checking in that we were comfortable and her staff were friendly and available too. Free Parking is available on the street in front of the guest house. About 500 meter walk to the beach, and a bit closer to Olderfleet Hotel.

Positives: Breakfast was great, property was clean, and service was great.
Negatives: No lift and our room was on the third floor. We were capable of hauling our luggage up the stairs, but others might not be able to. There is no air conditioning. On most days, I'm sure that doesn't matter, but it was very warm in the room at night.

Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom and a tower fan. Parking was available right out front. We enjoyed our breakfast with omelets, fresh strawberries and grapes, croissants, yogurts and cereals.

What great little place. Very peaceful and the host was so kind and friendly. Our double room was very tastefully decorated and so comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast is 5*. My first impressions when I drove up was that it could do with a lick of paint and a freshen up..but take that away and I will definitely be back. A great stay. Thank You

Great experience. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The room was clean and tidy, spacious bathroom and shower. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hospitality. We liked the location close to the sea and there are plenty restaurants near by. Comfortable parking just in front of the hotel. Would recommend and we would definitely come back if we happen to book something around Belfast again.

We needed somewhere close to ferry terminal to catch early ferry next day. This was most convenient, providing everything we needed. (Can recommend nearby Olderfleet Pub for a good evening meal). When we told our hostess that we would have to leave before breakfast, she graciously offered to make us breakfast, including scrambled eggs, at 6.30.

Carol was an amazing host and had a wonderful home that she welcomed us into. The room was comfortable and made for a great first stop after an overnight flight. Breakfast each day was awesome and full of options! It’s also incredibly convenient to the ferry that takes you to Cairnyarn, Scotland. Highly recommended. Parking is a bit limited but not uncommon in areas like this. Just find a space and avoid the double yellow lines!

Spent the night here on our way to Belfast. Lovely place. Cozy. Small parking lot right in front that could easily be full. Good breakfast and friendly family. Our room was beautiful, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Have in mind that they have no elevator and you might have to carry your bags a couple of floors. Would stay here again.

The accommodations were not represented well in the booking process, but the staff was wonderful and well made up for any disappointment. Breakfast was great, and we understand a renovation is in the works. If the quality of that matches the quality of the staff it will continue to be an outstanding place to stay. Parking was great which is always a concern.

Stayed one night to link up for ferry crossing. Very wet and stormy when we arrived - hotel warm and welcoming. Room spotless and cosy with comfortable beds.Slept very well and good breakfast. Good base for touring the Antrim coast.

The hotel staff are amazing. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. We arrived with little plans and planned our sightseeing with info provided at the hotel. Would definitely book with them again.

Stayed just one night as we had an early morning ferry .Came out on a rainy morning to find my car battery flat. No problem to our hosts a set of jump leads and a helpful neighbour got us on our way.
