Adorable Inn walking distance to a lovely pub for dinner. Enjoyed breakfast before heading out to Belfast. Great location.
Carolina
Great place and the owner was very sweet.
Heather
Very nice place. We have stayed here twice. It’s very quiet and conveniently located to the ferry.
John
Very pleasant host, in a clean comfortable hotel. Very good continental breakfast.
Heather
The property was very close to our ferry. The bed was comfortable and the shower wonderful! Most of all our host was very nice and packed us a bag breakfast because we were leaving for the ferry at 1:45 am.
John
Our host was very helpful. The property was well worth it.
jaime
Loved the free easy parking, the free water, breakfast was good but could have added eggs and it would've been perfect. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Safe and quet area. Room was overall comfy.
Christine
Wonderful comfy bed and pillow meant a good solid rest and good start to the day thankyou
Ali
Everything was very nice and clean, the lady that welcomed us was very kind and helpful as well. Recommended!
Lauren
Our room was comfortable and very clean. It was disappointing to be told on check-in that breakfast would only be continental and not cooked otherwise we had no issues with our 1 night stay.
Roe
Easy to find, car parking outside, clean, welcoming, close to Olderfleet restaurant(excellent food) and leisure centre
Caroline
Good pet friendly BnB. It’s an older style building and we were on top floor with 3 flights stairs. If you have mobility issues it is worth contacting the host for a lower room.
Jakub
The room was very cold during night, heating was working only sometimes
Carl
Lovely place to stay, had everything you need. Host was lovely and made sure you was ok. Rooms are modern and decorated well. Generally pretty clean. Breakfast had plenty of options. No full cooked breakfast but sausages was a nice extra. Free parking outside for four to five vehicles.
RAYMOND
Rooms were immaculate! Remodeled smaller because the building it old part of Larne but that’s the quaint we were looking for. Convenient to ferry to get to Scotland. Breakfast was Awesome! Order the Soda Bread!! You won’t be disappointed…
Melissa
Highly recommended B&b for exploring the area with a car. Rooms are lovely, beautifully clean, breakfast amazing. Friendly team. Don’t worry about the appearance of the local area, this is a great base to stay.
Laureb
Great breakfast
Cute B&B close to Larne Port. Rooms are bright and airy - we liked the rooms in front of building as windows opened. Modern bathrooms. Amazing breakfast - fresh fruit, juice, cereals, yoghurt, and large omelettes with variety of fillings. Carol was always checking in that we were comfortable and her staff were friendly and available too. Free Parking is available on the street in front of the guest house. About 500 meter walk to the beach, and a bit closer to Olderfleet Hotel.

Easy check in, good location, comfortable

Good Value
Positives: Breakfast was great, property was clean, and service was great.
Negatives: No lift and our room was on the third floor. We were capable of hauling our luggage up the stairs, but others might not be able to. There is no air conditioning. On most days, I'm sure that doesn't matter, but it was very warm in the room at night.

Never judge a book by its cover...
What great little place. Very peaceful and the host was so kind and friendly. Our double room was very tastefully decorated and so comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast is 5*. My first impressions when I drove up was that it could do with a lick of paint and a freshen up..but take that away and I will definitely be back. A great stay. Thank You
Colin
Staff was very friendly, room was great for a good sleep. Breakfast in the morning was perfect for starting the day. Thank you!

Clean, tidy and relaxing.
Great experience. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The room was clean and tidy, spacious bathroom and shower. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hospitality. We liked the location close to the sea and there are plenty restaurants near by. Comfortable parking just in front of the hotel. Would recommend and we would definitely come back if we happen to book something around Belfast again.
Dale
Amazing staff - so helpful. Nice clean and affordable. Heated towel rack, bottled water, easy walk from train station, great breakfast!
Christina
My favourite stay of my whole vacation. Beautiful location. Easy to find. The nicest lady on the planet running it. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. And breakfast is amazing. Can’t recommend this enough.

Excellent service
We needed somewhere close to ferry terminal to catch early ferry next day. This was most convenient, providing everything we needed. (Can recommend nearby Olderfleet Pub for a good evening meal). When we told our hostess that we would have to leave before breakfast, she graciously offered to make us breakfast, including scrambled eggs, at 6.30.
Timothy
Our stay was excellent. The host was very helpful. The room was cozy with a nice new bathroom. The breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to the train station into Belfast.

Carol was an amazing host and had a wonderful home that she welcomed us into. The room was comfortable and made for a great first stop after an overnight flight. Breakfast each day was awesome and full of options! It’s also incredibly convenient to the ferry that takes you to Cairnyarn, Scotland. Highly recommended. Parking is a bit limited but not uncommon in areas like this. Just find a space and avoid the double yellow lines!

Spent the night here on our way to Belfast. Lovely place. Cozy. Small parking lot right in front that could easily be full. Good breakfast and friendly family. Our room was beautiful, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Have in mind that they have no elevator and you might have to carry your bags a couple of floors. Would stay here again.

Good Stay, Helpful Staff
The accommodations were not represented well in the booking process, but the staff was wonderful and well made up for any disappointment. Breakfast was great, and we understand a renovation is in the works. If the quality of that matches the quality of the staff it will continue to be an outstanding place to stay. Parking was great which is always a concern.

Perfectly suitable for our needs. Check in is later than advertised but they were very accomodating when we turned up early.

Comfortable hotel near ferry terminal
Old fashioned comfort - not in the least stylish, but everything you could want for a pleasant stay, including a warm welcome, and the best breakfast we've had for a long while! Just a minute's drive from the P&O ferry terminal, but completely quiet.
Sharolyn
Very nice place, with wonderful staff, very friendly.

Pros: Marion's very friendly and the breakfast is excellent.
Cons: The rooms doesn't have much facilities like toiletries and has the smallest TV (A3/A4 sized!). The facilities in the room should be better for the price. The WIFI coverage is also very patchy and wasn't available during my stay probably due to the coverage being uneven across the hotel.

Perfect location for ferries
If only I had booked my ferry from Larne. It would've been a <5 minute commute but was an easy drive to Belfast (20 minutes) if you needed to catch a ferry the next morning. Directions were exceptional on where to go to get the most scenic route (though Carrickfergus). Well worth the tour!
