We stayed in a huge apartment on the 17th floor, although it was a little dated it had everything we needed and was cleaned everyday.
All the staff were so friendly and polite and it felt very safe.
The apartment is located in a great place, a 5 minute walk to Corniche beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops, malls and a park.
Would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel doesn't have its own parking where you need to pay 27 dirhams per day for premium parking (if available) or around 15 dirhams for standard parking.

The apartment had one AC control panel controlling the full apartment, and the rooms doesn't feel cold after increasing the fan level / reduce temp. One bathroom available, two tissue boxes available in the apartment, no extra water bottles even after requesting (need to go to supermarket to buy), and not recommending for family.

I highly recommend Ecclipse.Their apartments are well appointed and very spacious. The concierge and front office staff are very friendly and helpful. When people book and an apartment the basic reason is to have a kitchen (and the laundry) otherwise you may as well stay at a hotel. We found the kitchen was not fully equipped and some parts not functional. I think they should improve the offerings in their kitchen. We had a problem with our door that kept buzzing randomly at different times during the night, that caused lots of sleepless nights, unfortunately.

Four of us stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We got a spacious two-room suite, comfortable beds. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and at your service for all questions. The hotel is not newly furnished, but everything is in order. The location is excellent, close to shops and affordable restaurants. We felt safe. Excellent service for a good price.

A convenient and affordable hotel to stay in. Excellent service from the staff there, Shahrukh was particularly helpful and helped us get around the city in the city in the hotels car. My biggest issues with the hotel were lack of facilities (no pool, but we knew that when we booked) and the slightly dated rooms/decor. All clean and tidy though.

The employees are really kind, the hotel looks good but is a little old, it needs to be refreshed. The cleaning could be better in the bathroom. The breakfast didn’t worth it, the coffee wasn’t good, the orange juice is not made with oranges and there’s not a lot of choice. It’s ok to stay one night especially thanks to the welcoming and helpful employees.

The washing machine drawer was broken and there was a cockroach inside the drum. The microwave was filthy. The ceiling needed painting.

There was mould around the bathtub, and when you open the door the ceiling tiles lifted up and was covered in greasy handprints. The towels were all old and stained and we had to ask several times to have them replaced before they gave us new ones.

My go to hotel in abu dhabi

The hotel is walking distance from the mall.Corniche Beach is also near probably around 20min. by walking. It is in the center of the city. The room is spacious enough for my toddlers to run around. I particularly like that there is a kitchen where we can cook and eat. They do housekeeping everyday. The pillows are super soft. They don't provide disposable slippers anymore but I think they will provide you if you just ask.

Apartment was perfect for 2, however as a family of 4 it was difficult when it’s set up for 2 all kitchen ware and towels etc. apartment was a good size and basics were there to be comfortable however a toaster in the kitchen and a tv in the bedroom would have been welcomed. All parking was paid either on the street or valet. Staff were very friendly and helpful accommodating all requests. It suited our needs and was in a fabulous location.

All the staff were most helpful and friendly at all times.
to prove this point we had lost our tickets for the flight home, both being in our late sixties and not best with technology we asked at the reception for help. The manager swung into action contacted British Airways and arranged for the tickets to be sent to the hotel by e mail. they also later in the day sorted out our boarding passes.

We would both not hesitate in reccomending this hotel to anyone considering travelling to Abu Dhabi in the future.

The hotel is basic, the photos on the website are flattering. The cleaning was the most random that I have ever experienced. Each day it was a lottery as to what you may find in your return to your room. From varying numbers of towels, some days having a shower matt, others not, toiletries were completely random and every day without fail I would have to bother the night porter to get some delivered. The kitchen is not somewhere that I would prepare a meal. It also had a locked door that lead to somewhere outside, no idea who could of used it. The safe was present, but not bolted to anything. I had an executive suite, but it wasn't! The local area is fine, but very little to do in Abu Dhabi compared with Dubai. If you are coming for the grand prix, it's a thirty minute drive into the track each day, you can just as easily get to the track from Dubai and it only takes an hour.

I liked the layout of the room. Good size kitchen, approachable from the living room and bedroom. Nicely decorated living room with good furniture. Nice golden filtered light from the tinted windows, and good city view.
Good kitchen appliances, although the washing machine could have drying function. The TV should be upgraded as it is sort of outdated, and one of the weaker points of the living room.

Don’t expect your room to be cleaned everyday, make sure you have your own products to wash dishes as this is not included in the rate. The kitchen is not very well stocked if you’re planning to self cater. Very basic gym, not all equipment works.

An excellent place

I am currently travelling a lot for work and this hotel was a relief to find. The benefit of 24 hour room service and the convenience of a kitchen gives you ultimate choice. Local supermarkets are very well stocked with everything you need and the one in the World Trade Centre Mall, just across the road, sell a lot of Waitrose products. Staff here are simply brilliant and they even acquired a toaster for my poached eggs on toast addiction. I never normally recommend hotels but all of the staff here should be congratulated for they dedication and consistently positive attitude.

We are staying in the 2-bedroom grand suite.

Hotel is in great location, easy walking distance to the beach, to a mall and grocery store. The rooms are good size and comfortable. The kitchen is small but functional (wish there was a dishwashing machine). The staff is excellent. Julie is absolutely fabulous, and the whole staff is friendly and very helpful. There is access to a roof-top pool at a nearby hotel.

The hotel is also very kid friendly. We are staying with our two small children. The nearby World Trade Center mall(5 min walk) has a children's play area (paid but reasonable). If your child is over 5 there is an option for day care, if under 5 you cannot leave them.

There is a dry cleaner 1 min walk from the hotel.

There are four restaurants in the WTC mall that have full bars (in an area called the HUB). The Pizza Express restaurant has a nice band and good pizza.

Parking is a problem. The hotel charges 20 AED ($5) per day for having the staff park your car. There is a blue parking meter where you can pay yourself for 15 AED per day, but you must have coins or a UAE credit card. Foreign cards are not accepted. On Friday's parking is free, but there are almost never any spots vacant.

The windows to the flat are sealed shut. Access to the \"balcony\" which is a 1 square meter closet with a window that is normally locked. The staff will provide a key upon request. This is the only window which will open to allow fresh air into the room.

Our experience at the Eclipse Suits in Abu Dhabi was absolutely amazing and far exceeded our expectations. Upon arriving they took our bags, offered us drinks, and even upgraded our room because we had more guests than originally expected. The staff was extremely helpful when it came to navigating the city and the room was simply amazing. We had a 2 bedroom suite with an amazing view for a simply unbelievable price. I typically don't write reviews, especially in this length, but this hotel truly amazed me and I highly recommend them.

We enjoyed our stay at The Eclipse Boutique Hotel. Our rooms were big, comfortable and offered all we needed for our visit. Indeed there was the added bonus of kitchen facilities if we needed them. The hotel has been recently refurbished to a pretty high standard and it is obvious that all involved have tried hard to offer a good quality facility. The staff can't do enough for you. We found them very accommodating and met our requests for an early check in and late check out with no fuss (or greed). They almost beg for advice on how to offer a better product.

We needed a good quality hotel that would provide accommodation for 3 adults in 2 bedrooms. Although we only stayed one night, the hotel and room was outstanding. We even had a kitchen and sitting room as well as 2 very comfortable bedrooms, one with a convertible bed. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. When we asked for a late checkout, they obliged without hesitation. Abu Dhabi is a large city, and it doesn't matter where you stay, the various tourist sites are not within walking distance, so this hotel has a convenient central location. Brilliant!

I have bad experience

My girlfriend and I had bad experience staying there. The room is in bad condition & staff are rude. My girlfriend was disturbed by hotel staff when I was at the office & I complaint this matter to manager on night shift. He was rude & didnt show any concern. He even questioning my intention.I simply cant accept the behaviour & checked out on the next day.
I didnt want to pursue this matter as I believe hotel management will ignore it

The non-smoking room was stinking of tabacco, with cigarette butts at the balcony. Reception staff were extremely unhelpful. They do not know how much breakfast costs and when and from where shuttle buses go. Check out took ten minutes!!! We missed our bus because of this and risked missing our flight because of the incompetence of their hotel.

Zimmer war heruntergekommen und in die Jahre gekommen. 1 m2 Großer Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Wand des nachbargebäudes. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich, zu allen Gästen. Freundlichkeit war nicht gegeben außer bei den door mans. Hotel kann ich höchstens für 1 Nacht empfehlen aber eigentlich ist auch das schon zu viel. Angeblich Parkplätze vorm Hotel, diese werden aber mit privaten Fahrzeugen blockiert. Sind 1 std nachts im Kreis gefahren und haben dann verzweifelt das Auto beim Hotel Parkservice abgegeben und dann wurde kurz telefoniert das private Fahrzeug weggefahren und das Auto in die freie Lücke gestellt und dafür 26 dhr berechnet pro 24 std.

Alles soweit ok, aber so ein Frühstück habe ich in meiner bisherigen Reisezeit (incl. VAE) noch nie gesehen. Behälter mit heißem Wasser, daneben ein Glas Nescafe Gold, heller und dunkler Toast, aber kein Toaster, 2 Sorten Wurst, mal Schnittkäse, mal Frischkäse, Es gab gekochte Eier, Butter, eine Sorte Marmelade und warme Gerichte. In diesem Hotel vllt besser ohne Frühstück buchen.

Location and service was really good. Breakfast ok with room of improve meint but great View on The top floor. Very friendly staff. Spacious Appartements....kitchen could need a Refresh. But all good

Guter Preis, viel Platz aber veraltet

Sehr großes Appartement, okay für den Preis, großes TV im großzügigen Wohnzimmer, etwas veraltetes Mobiliar, Teppiche nicht so ganz sauber, Badezimmer mit diversen Schimmelstellen, Frühstück mittelmäßig, Valid Parking (Kosten ca. 8€) sollte in Anspruch genommen werden da ansonsten keine Parkmöglichkeit, vor allem über Nacht nicht, sehr gute Lage (5 Minuten zu Fuß ins WTC The Mall)
