Our room AC was leaking on our rug in the room I’m sure it’s mildew in there and they didn’t change our room. Kelly at the front desk was horrible. There were many rooms available for early check-in and she wouldn’t accommodate or put in the system that they were turned over I even heard the staff that came in after her state it. She was very rude. The other ladies were respectful. There was only two towels and rags in our room because they didn’t restock when I called the front desk Kelly lied and said she will bring them up and never did. Walked down to get them myself.

Enjoyed our two night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was pretty good. Took full advantage of the FREE laundry and local shuttle. The pool is small and didn’t had any pool towels available. The gym was decent. The room was well equipped and spacious. But the bed was horrible and pillows worse.

This was my husband’s and I first time staying in Tampa overnight as we live in Orlando. We came in for a graduation at USF. Amazing service, incredible breakfast and impeccable cleanliness. We have traveled the world and this hotel was one of the best. And we didn’t even know it was in our own backyard! I was overly impressed at how simple the breakfast was but yet it was so delicious with quality foods and a massive variety. We will only stay at this home2 suites when we come back to Tampa!

The first room that was provided to us was not cleaned the second room that they provided to us. When we walked in. It smelled musty, and it was very hot. The AC red, 74, even though the AC thermostat indicated it was a 65 for The settings. The Room continue to be hot until three A.M. when one of the workers brought me a fan because the thermostat did not go below 73. It was very hot the first night.
