Did not clean room (policy seems to be only cleaning once every 7 days). When we asked for a cleaning, they said they would not.

The bathtub and walls were also peeling, and the dishwasher was broken

Stayed for a two night getaway. Pool was clean but small for the facility. You need a car or Uber to get anywhere. The decor in the unit was tacky. The kitchen was useful. The TV was difficult to use as only streaming services are available. All we could watch was the one channel and it was Winter Olympics. Parking was full at night and cars were using grassy areas.

We always enjoy our stay however this time we had a painter come to our room from the balcony while I was alone with our girls and ask if they could paint our balcony. That startled us a bit. Not sure if these things could be clarified with front desk to be alerted ahead of time? Other than that we always wish the firepit stayed on longer than 10pm especially if guests are quietly enjoying it.

Wonderful parking, secluded area with security and lots of families and young folks. Check in is on the second floor with check in parking at the front. Extremely convenient for straight chilling.

This property was fine for the money paid. It was clean, but the rooms are basic and are in need of updating. For example, the bathtub had been painted and was peeling badly and there was damage to a bathroom door. The pool is small but adequate. The view over the water is nice and they have done a nice job with the limited space overlooking the water.

We were there two hours before check in. The first room they gave us on the second floor was uninhabitable. The rug had holes, the shower was stained, there was still food left out. I went to the desk and they gave us a new room on the top floor, it was okay. Still extremely run down.. will include pictures of the degraded chipped shower and furniture. There was VERY noisy construction going on the entire time we were there. We were still charged for early check in despite having our room being reassigned? Explain that.

The paper we signed when we booked and checked in said cleaning every 3 days. We were staying 6 days. The front desk woman said the new policy was you needed to stay 7 days. Kind of insane they refuse to clean your room with housekeeping. My son got sick one night and I asked for a new comforter. She said she didn't have one because housekeeping left for the day? Then I asked if we could at least have a broom to sweep. They didn't send housekeepers but sent a very used broom and told me to sweep the room myself

The only saving grace was Nikki at the restaurant.

Make sure you don't open your doors if you are there on trash day, the smell from our balcony was horrible and there were trails of trash everywhere.

Also don't expect a full gym. They have a few metal machines outside, not a gym... not sure why it is advertised as such.

Very disappointed with how much we spent and what we received in return as far as the condition of the room and facilities.

The hotel was wonderful. The poolside restaurant served delicious food all day. The pool was clean and offered a beautiful view of the bay. I would have liked to have beach access to the bay, but there was a nice beach a short drive away. The hotel was quiet at night, but not so strict that I worried about my young child making too much noise.

The property is a great location however the listing included a pier that you could not walk out on and water that you could not get into because of rocks. The pool is nice and the staff all did a great job making us feel welcome! The rooms were not serviced but the view was beautiful! Would recommend staying here with all of the knowledge as the value I felt was great.

Just maybe a tad too expensive for what it is, you could probably find a nicer view for the same price. (We had a bay view room)

They watched our luggage and allowed us to use the facility because we were early checking in as we had just gotten off a cruise. The pool and beach area are nice and the restaurant on site had great food! It was very nice and we plan on returning!

The area was OK not much around that would be walkable.. The pool was kind of small and the pool area was definitely small with dated furniture. It was definitely not enough room for all the buildings. The view was very nice. The sunsets were amazing. The food at the pool bar was OK. You can’t swim in the bay

this location only 15 minutes from the airport. Had a view of the bay. Nice room design with a balcony. The rug is getting a bit old and crippled in a few spots and a few stains but other than that, no complaints.

The rooms didn’t smell great. The towels had an odor. The sheets were already on the pull out collapsed bed. Were they fresh? The toiletries products were cheap. The walk from the parking garage was so long and winding. The kids outside partied all night. The check in host was rude. The whole building seemed to be leaning.

The 2 bedroom 2 bath suite was clean and the fully furnished kitchen was well maintained with no problems. The balcony was clean and comfortable. The suite need some updating in the furniture and the bathroom need caulking in the shower/ bathtub area along with the bathtub glazing is peeling off…

The location is great, the room worked well for us, but the service is lacking. No housekeeping service in 5 days. When I requested sheets, I had to go get them. When I requested soap and clean towels, I had to go get them, too. Again, good place but the first place Ive ever stayed that had no service.

Had roaches and mice droppings on counters and in bathroom, no toiletries provided, no toilet paper or Kleenex in room. Linens looked dirty. Room needs a deep clean and update badly. Don’t waste your money.

This is not a resort! It has a pool, but there is no coffee shop or decent place to eat on the premises. The bathroom is really small. There’s a window in the bedroom that faces out into the hall where light leaks in at night. There are no safes! There is no placard to say “do not disturb” but Cleaning is only once every seven days allegedly. Overhead light flickers and burns out over the desk area. No towel service. Elevator is cranky and extremely slow. Sitting areas are in garage. No nice public area to meet for coffee or play cards.

Pool was ok, a bit too small for the size of the resort, room was clean, AC was out(they fixed it as soon as possible) renovations around the hotel so some areas were under construction.
We travel with kids - non smoking policy signs everywhere, but not followed by the guests and not enforced either, saw people with cigarettes, vapes and joints around.
Over all hotel was a pleasant experience, hopefully we improve those areas because we would like to come back.

It was dirty. There was no housekeeping to speak of. You had to sign up for housekeeping when you got there. I signed up for it and it never came. It was dirty when we got there. Looks like it hasn't been deep cleaned maybe ever! Other than it being dirty I thought it was a great spot. That kind of ruins it though

Staff was very kind and available 24/7. The outdoor area is beautiful and very inviting. The room is huge and the balcony and view are outstanding. The room is a little dated - tub was peeling paint and the bathroom and kitchen sink needed to be cleaned a little better but all in all happy for the price.

The room was clean and the view of the bay was beautiful! Great addition to have the kitchen area. The pool bar had great food. The beach area was great to watch the sunset and play volleyball. Nice walk to some of the local restaurants. Only 15 min to Tampa river walk with more bars, shops and restaurants. We will be back again!

Someone commented these may have been old apts converted to a hotel. I agree. They did not renovate when converted. Everything appears to be old and antiquated. The tub is missing whatever coated it originally and it is just painted to the cover it up. The floor creaks. Location might be best attribute. How do they get away calling it a resort and charging an extra daily fee for this?

The pool and outside amenities are great. Right on the water. Our room was spacious for a family of 4 and clean. When we wnt in for the night, we ended up seeing and killing several roach bugs in the kitchen. Talked to the front desk. Told us they could give us a new room or loose our money and leave. The new room was nicer than before and we saw no bugs the remainder of our stay. Looked high and low and nothing.

The bedroom was very small and located right next to the hallway and elevator. It was extremely noisy with people and kids talking loudly and running in the hallway until 2:30 in the morning every night we were there.

The view from our room was phenomenal! And office staff helped get us in early cuz i got hurt on my cruise:)
Only issues was not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms, usually places leave an extra roll for emergency!
Also, the karaoke that was right below my window, so i had to shut my balcony door! I’m not a fan of karaoke and it was really disturbing the view and fresh air.

Adequate condo, rents rooms for short stays like a hotel. Bring a night mask - the bedrooms have windows with hall lights shining around the curtains. Rooms need some repairs, caulking in the bathroom, shower faucet in my room loose from the wall.
Felt safe, comfortable bed, had a kitchenette. Parking was free, on site.

Positive- Location on the water, some nice views, easy drive from the airport, multiple restaurants a close drive. The Bamboo Loinge on site was enjoyable.

Negatives- Very weathered and a bit run down, needs quite a bit of work, they had a kitchen but no soap to wash counters, etc, the second bedroom in the two bedroom unit was very tiny

The room smelled like mold. The grounds/area was a construction zone. I understand remodeling/building but it was overwhelming. The room is very outdated. The “”fitness faculty” consisted of outdoor outdated equipment. Not a lighted area making it difficult to workout early morning or after sunset. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. We ended up leaving after one night. I would not recommend or return.

Room was outdated, smelled like mildew, our door was initially blocked off by a big board as they were spray painting the entire outside of the place we stayed. It smelled like paint. I’m shocked that they let us sleep in there. They were stains on the sheets and blankets.

Nice view from the balcony overlooking the bay. The pool was clean. The AC worked great! The breakfast at the poolside diner had good options, but were not included in the stay. We went out for breakfast after checking out.
The tile floor in the main hallway was a bit sketch and felt like it was going to fall through if you stepped on it wrong.
