The room and guest services were 5-star. But the price gouging, even considering Dubai and a fancy hotel, were ridiculous! The pricing at nearby restaurants was high…but this hotel wanted $US100++ for a basic meal with 1-drink. Nearby restaurants were about 1/2.

Check in was quick and our suitcases were held for us until our room was available. The room was amazing, clean and very spacious!
Breakfast selection and quality was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel.
And we recommend booking sightseeing tours with Kashan at Best Way Trips located in the lobby. We were able to see and visit so many amazing places in our 2 day stay before our cruises.

Our stay was wonderful. We reserved the two bedroom suite on the 26th floor and it came with an incredible view of Dubai. The suite was very clean. Karan, was always sure to make us completely satisfied and even cleaned after regular hours. Hinin and Gomez at the reception were also extremely courteous and professional which made our stay even better. The breakfast was also very nice, clean and with variety. The hotel overall from our point of view ranks well above 4 stars.

Room was excellent, outside view even better. Suggest you get some better bed pillows. Staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Perfect for a family stay. Breakfast was quite good. One of the executive there (I wish I had taken his name) made arrangement with the chef to prepare a special Indian Dish for my wife and I to serve the following day... That's what I call real pampering❤️

I was put in an accessible room, which wasn't requested - the lower facilities were not comfortable for me. Strangely though the bathroom magnifier mirror was placed very high, so only tall people could use it. I was given a free breakfast for the inconvenience.
The shower didn't drain properly, so flooded the bathroom floor. And it was very dark in the bathroom.
When I called ahead to have my car brought around, it wasn't waiting for me - they only went to get it when I came to the drop off area.
My room still wasn't made up at 5.30pm - I had to call to ask for housekeeping. Requests for additional face cloths were slow, I had to call twice.
Overall a bit surprised / disappointed that a Radisson wasn't more up to scratch.

The hotel is a disappointment and a let down to the brand. From the duty manager that told me that they don't recognise expedia benefits (i complained to the manager the next day and complained each time i ordered food or drink to get the 20% discount) to the valet parking that takes over 30 minutes each time (self parking not allowed), to the cleaners that show up at 8pm to clean the room or don't show up at all if you don't call. Save yourself the hassle stay at the marina or waterfront.

I got charged breakfast for 2 people when I was staying alone.

When I asked if the breakfast charge for the second person could be refunded.

The response was COMPUTER SAYS NO

I will no longer book hotels with any Expedia subsidiary company, or Radisson Hotel again.

A bit run down

**Hotel Review: Mixed Feelings**

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a rather mixed experience. Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for the complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. However, the excitement quickly faded when I entered the room. Unfortunately, it did not meet the standard I had hoped for.

While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I noticed several issues, including a wet stain on the sofa that was quite off-putting. It’s disappointing when such details are overlooked, especially in a hospitality setting.

Additionally, the furnishings seemed worn and in need of a serious revamp. The overall ambiance felt scruffy, which detracted from what could have been a pleasant stay.

In conclusion, while the staff's kindness was appreciated and the upgrade was a nice touch, the lack of cleanliness and the condition of the room made it less than ideal for us. Unfortunately, this hotel may not be the right fit for our future travels.

Wonderful stay

Such a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel it’s about 30 minutes from the main centre but is really lovely. The buffet breakfast is great, and the swimming pool was very relaxing. They upgraded us to a suite which was greatly appreciated. It was absolutely beautiful.

We recently spent three nights with our family traveling from Europe to Australia, and our stay was exceptional. The suite was immaculate, incredibly spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I hadn’t realised just how peaceful Damac Hills would be—set a 30-minute drive from Dubai Mall, it offers a quiet retreat away from the city’s hustle. There were plenty of transportation options available, and the suite’s cost was much more economical than booking a separate room for the kids. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite from a family room. Be careful not to get charged double the nightly tourist tax, it’s still only 1 room technically although it has 2 separate bedrooms within it. The manager Wasl sorted out the double payment. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is adequate, you have to order your hot food which is then brought to your table. Valet boys were excellent. Good value hotel if you have a car as no tourist attractions nearby

Great holiday

Fantastic hotel I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Dubai. Not only the quality of the hotel and facilities but also the service, professionalism and attitude of all staff who I had the pleasure of meeting. From front of house to the cleaners the service was of the highest standard. Thank you to all staff at the hotel for making our stay a memorable one you are a credit and asset to the hotel .I would like to mention staff by name but there is not enough space on this review. This is a Radisson on steroids. Right next to Trumps golf course (you can eat in there restaurants and it was lovely). The Hotel and staff were amazing. A bit of construction going on but where in Dubai isn’t it. Price per enjoyment factor would probably rate it as one of the best stayed in. Minor issue is it is out of town so transportation required Taxis and Uber very easy to get and quite cheap. On lazy days the pool is great.

A little far from main attractions, but taxi's are plentiful... return to dubai mall for 60 USD.... leaving you with around a 100 USD saving for a smilar quality hotel.

I really liked the hotel and the service was brilliant. It's a long way away from anywhere and I am not sure who would want to be there unless they wanted to play golf at the orange amurrican halfwit's course but if you can think of a reason to be in this part of Dubai it's a great option and was good value.
