We stayed at this hotel when visiting family in Dubai. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping team looked after the apartment and us daily, replenishing toiletries, tea/coffee etc, cleaning to a high standard. The swimming pool was great and I can highly recommend meals food from the restaurant. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay.

Staff were great, place was big and clean. Everything you’d want in an accommodation.

Grocery shop downstairs, ample parking, daily room cleaning, restaurant upstairs.

Only negative was that the swimming pool was freezing, and i did ask them to fix it. They say they did, but it really didn't.

I booked 2 bedroom apartment and once I reached to the hotel they charged tax fees per bedroom as if they are separate single rooms. The stay was a bit uncomfortable due to the broken furniture pieces. The pool water was quite freezing which can get people easily sick no wonder why it was empty all around my stay. I really prefer the old Abidos building in Al Barsha.

The place is located in the Dubai land residential area. It is quiet and away from the busy CBD metropolitan crowds and traffic. Abidos apartment hotel provides complimentary shuttle service daily to and from the city centre and Marina area( Dubai Mall, Marina Mall, Deira city centre, Mall of Emirates). From these locations, you can pretty much access more places via their Metro and Train systems or by Uber and Taxi.
They have a Grocery, Pharmacy and some eateries connected to the property. There’s some eateries nearby as well which you can access on foot. Although, there’s a few constructions going around the area, it does not affect the overall quietness of the place.
Overall, Abidos offers great value and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I will recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet long term stay in Dubai.

Took more than 30 mins to find the booking. Then charged local tax 2x what Expedia booking showed. At time of booking, I’m sure I selected room with breakfast included but upon check in, told none was included.
Rugs in the room old & dirty, broken lampshades.
Overall experience was below expectations.

This is my third time in this hotel and I had always liked it because the rooms were very clean and with all the comforts but this time many things were missing in the kitchen and the rooms have deteriorated a lot, the staff is very friendly, they have the comfort There is a supermarket downstairs from the hotel open until late, but still very good for the price

Appartments are outdated, very old furneture, used lights are bright white while hotels industry moved towards warm white color loong time ago.
Holed curtains, durty rags, dark wall paint.

The apartment was massive, as were the individual rooms. The staff were extremely polite and helpful with everything. We had a couple of issues with lights not working/one that was flickering and a smell coming from the toilet but it was sorted very quickly.

First of all, they say king size bed, but it's 2 twins placed together: this is not so comfortable. Also, the tour agency in the hotel tried to scam me by saying his tickets to IMG were cheaper than the gate, I called IMG, they were way better priced at the park. Overall, hotel is a good value and the staff is great. Wish the beds were more comfortable. Overall, it was a decent stay for those looking for a place near IMG at a good price.

Got a little lost finding the location due to construction but once we located the property it was absolutely beautiful. The hotel front seat was very accommodating and allows us to have a late check out. Very comfortable and clean! I would definitely give this property 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

A far away gem

Excellent apartment style hotel. We booked a two bedrooms apartment and it was so spacious, clean, and comfortable. Ideal for those who are driving there since public transportation doesn't serve the area yet, and it's also hard to find an Uber or Careem.

Tip: try to bring your own pillows. I had to stack 3 pillows on each other and could hardly feel them.

I reserved a king size bed, but I got the two twin beds connected together. It was very uncomfortable. The pillowcases had orange stains, and I was bitten by bugs indoor. Also, I heard a woman screaming and crashing noises upstairs, so I called the security. For me, it was a horrifying experience; I moved to a new hotel right away. Lastly, I had to wait a long time to even get checked-in because they somehow could not find the reservation that I made using Expedia. The staff found my reservation record after making several phone calls.

The service was okay, and we like to stay for the close proximity to the rugby tournament at Sevens Stadium. We have stayed multiple times; however, this stay was a little frustrating. Any time we switched on the air conditioning, an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke flooded the rooms. Also, the furnishings are in need of repair/updating. Two broken knives, no bowls, broken hair dryer, broken power outlets... all minor but certainly add up. I cautiously recommend the hotel, as we have had much better experiences in the past.

The apartment was very spacious with en-suite bathrooms for each of the 2 bedrooms, plus another 2 bathrooms. Facilities were fairly good although there were only 2 sockets in the living room area, and no oven, tea towels or washing up liquid in the kitchen.The staff were efficient and friendly and overall the apartment was very good, but it was located a long way from restaurants, the Dubai fountain etc in a residential area. However, there is a very handy little supermarket right next door to the hotel.

Great place to stay.

My family and I had great time staying at Abidos. The room size and amenities were nice. The hotel staff is very courteous and provided excellent service. I would surely recommend it to you. The only concern I would like to share is not about the hotel but its location. It's in Dubailand which is roughly 30 minutes (and considering traffic 40 some minutes) from Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Burj Khalifa, and other attractions. If this does not bother you, this is definitely a great place to stay. Well, the Global Village was just 10 minutes drive. That was a big plus.

Let's be clear, it will be hard to find better value for money and the price is the main reason for choosing this place which is far from everything.

The staff is extremely nice, the pool is correct, the room service is good and cheap, there is a small gym with everything you'd expect in it + steam room, sauna...
Our room was not super clean on arrival but we arrived very early and had to wait so they rushed to do the cleaning (and we thank them for that)and it got better the next day. Note also the 1 room apartment is given for four but won't have extra bed, you'll have to pay an additional £100 per bed per week. So if you have 2 children....

However, The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. A new devellopement area where there is absolutely nothing to do. It takes about 20mn and 50 AED / £11 by taxi to go in the city centre. On the bright side you'll never wait long for a cab.

But again, it will be hard to find such low price for that service in Dubai.

Great hotel, nice staff, room cleaned everyday, bedding changed everyday, would not recomend their restaurant as 2 off my children got ill after eating their fish & chips, even after complaing to the conseirge twice nothing was done and neither was we refunded or our complaint followed up. Suresh who looks after the swimming pool/gym/steam/sauna was really nice. there is an independant supermarket, chemist and italian pizza (not from restaurant) attached to hotel. when we arrived at the hotel the kettle, toaster and iron were not working but were replaced as soon as we notified them. nothing to do nearby.

my stay was a business one, so i was away all day and back in mid evening, only found an issue with available towels at the gym, and gym could be cooler and some noisy and uncontrolled kids, but this is not the hotels fault

Not a good experience to stay there. The staff took forever to complete the check in process but still can't get the key right. it took two times to get the key right. Also, the staff has no problem to find my booking to complete my check in but the staff asked me to email me the reservation info. I show her the info on Expedia app but still asked me to email it to the front desk. The staff said it is government required to attach the booking info. Maybe it is true but it never occur to me when check in abu dhabi hotel. One country two different policies?

The Apartments are located away from the hustle and bustle and was central to our family activities. The Apartments run a free shuttle bus into a few of the major shopping centres, we had a rental car so didn't utilise the service. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The only thing missing was a tea towel and dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, but the dishes were washed as part of the daily room service. I would certainly stay again.

A Decent Hotel for its Value

Everything was good except the cooker in the kitchen which was hard to operate. Instructions are needed as the markings on the surface of the cooker have been erased due to cleaning. Hotel is a little difficult to find at night as it is off the main highway. Booking site should have better directions as those on the map are not very useful.

The hotel is Deteriorated since we first stayed.

It's the second time we stayed there. I must say that we encounter few issues this time and the hotel is not up keeping the property and services as compare to the first time we stayed. Hotel staff is good and attend to the issues very quickly. A car is a must to stay in this hotel as the area is still remote however it is located ideally with in 20mins drive from all the attractions.

Other than the long distance from Dubai city everything was completly awesome.
Clean, comfortable, spacious and quite.
The super market by the hotel made the best combination so all you need is around you.
On the other way the pharmacy is a must, just in case.

Nice Hotel Apartment. Clean and Spacious. Secluded neighbourhood, away from hustle bustle of Dubai. For tourists to truly enjoy the glamour of Dubai, not the most suitable place to stay. If looking for plain accommodation and have own car, this is a good place and distance is no issue. Just 15 min to Dubai Mall. Staff are friendly and supportive. House keeping is excellent. Top management disappointing; Room Manager did not bother to reply to my mail. Have a well stocked supermarket in the ground floor open until 2:00 am and Pharmacy open until 1:00 am. Taxi to airport cost us AED60. Overall nice place and recommended to others. Good value for money.

Great hotel for longer time or short.

I wish my family was with me. I was on competition. Even tho it is far from down town, but price and comfort will beat any hotels in town area. Taxi price to get to places reel cheap, compare to Oman and they have meetre. Breakfast was pleasant. I m not spoiled traveler, and happy with any type of the rooms, depends on country I stay and money I pay.

Ideal place for a numerous family. We will visit again in Christmas. Big apartment, confortable beds and very, very clean. Room service dinner was ok, pasta was great but Ceasar salad a disaster. Come with your car, it is a must, while is far, there';s no traffic in Al Ain Road so it takes only 20' to go to Dubai Mall

Hotel difficult to find and too far away from Dubai. No hot water. They sent maintainence to fix but still only warm. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Hotel fixed towel problem, however no paper towels or dishwahing liquid or hand towels in kitchen. No ice either. Also beds were very firm. Only instant coffee in rooms. No internet connection alot of the time. Clean apartment and spacious Would not stay again.

Reasonable stay but residents very noisy at night!

Hotel apartment was very spacious with plenty of separate rooms. Floors and furniture were not well cleaned. Children rang door bell and ran riot at 1-2am and kept us awake one night. No oven in a fully fitted kitchen, which was a surprise but the other equipment and fridge freezer were in excellent condition.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people who like things to be near. This hotel was in the middle of nowhere. I literally had to call a taxi just to visit a ATM machine due to the 10 minute walk I took to the closest ATM didn't take my American visa debit card. However, the hotel was very nice. If it were in a better location I would stay every time, because the price for this hotel is fairly cheap. I am sure they're making up for the location with the low price.

Welcoming and courteous staff.

Had 3 weeks of stay at the hotel. The staff is exemplary and makes you overlook the little things that aren't perfect.
Our rooms were cleaned as per our requirements and staff went out of their way to provide anything missing from our kitchen or living room that we needed. Security guards were helpful carrying groceries and luggage when we needed. The facilities were clean and modern - and manned round the clock.

Our only major complaint was regarding Saudi guests who stayed in the penthouse unit and acted in careless disregard for other guests' comfort. Their music was blaring from the 16th floor down to ours on the 13th until dawn for several days, and despite complaining to hotel management, nothing changed. Shame on these guests, but it's also surprising that hotel security/management could not control this disturbance. After the 3rd day, we considered leaving the hotel since we had children and thought the hotel was powerless to do anything. Eventually, the perps left, and we continued our stay happily.

Budget stay, spacious room but far away!

You will definitely need your own car for this place, I don't think all taxi drivers know this hotel apartment. I checked in at almost midnight and was a pretty scary drive, after taking off from the highway, there's so part of the road that has no light and you will be entering some dirt road with no sign. You kind of see the hotel from far but don't see where's the road that you should be taking. They have a supermarket downstairs that opened until late which is convenient, hotel rooms are spacious (I had a two bedroom apartment) and cause the hotel is new so it's clean. staff were not helpful and not enough staff, the security guy came to give me toothbrush!

Difficult to find

Hotel is spacious and ok value for money, but somehow extremely difficult to find(GPS couldn't find). Small, but nice supermarket in same building.
