Nice hotel and centrally located in the heart of Dubai. The breakfast was decent and the room was very spacious. However, the cleaning crew should make an effort to clean the carpets a bit more as the one in my room had stains all over. The bathroom also had one of the handles broken. Lastly, the hotel should make an effort to either enable Netflix on the TVs or have better Chanel options. Overall, I give it a 7.5 out of 10.

Unfortunately, our experience at Hyde Hotel Dubai was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Despite being marketed as a “VIP access” hotel, there were no discernible benefits for me as a platinum Expedia member, no upgrade, no added amenities, and no acknowledgment of status whatsoever. One is left wondering what exactly qualifies as “VIP” here.
Communication among staff was notably poor. We waited until 10:00 p.m. for a baby crib, despite having requested it a full week in advance. For a hotel of this positioning, such a basic request should not require repeated follow-ups or an entire evening.
The volume of negative reviews online initially gave me pause, and having stayed here, I can unfortunately confirm that they are well-earned. I would not recommend this property.
Checkout added further confusion. I was informed that no deposit had been paid, which is surprising given that deposits are mandatory for all guests. I distinctly recall paying a cash deposit, though it did not appear on the receipt an unsettling lack of transparency.
As a frequent visitor to Dubai who stays in hotels regularly, this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in the city. Expectations were low by the end, yet they still managed to miss the mark.

I had an amazing stay at Hyde Business Bay Dubai and would absolutely give it 5 stars! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to make my birthday special by arranging chocolates in my room — such a thoughtful touch that truly made my day.

The hotel’s location is perfect: very central and conveniently close to the airport, which made getting around Dubai incredibly easy. Another highlight was the restaurant Occo, which is open until 3 AM every day. Having the option for a late dinner after long days out was a huge bonus, and the food was fantastic.

Overall, Hyde Business Bay exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

My experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The condition of the room was truly appalling — I discovered cockroaches shortly after checking in. This is completely unacceptable for any standard of accommodation, and it made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I would strongly advise management to address these sanitation issues immediately.

From the moment I arrived at Hyde Hotel Dubai, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and an atmosphere of luxury. The hotel itself is stunning, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff who consistently go above and beyond to make every guest feel valued.

Check-in was seamless thanks to the friendly and efficient front desk team, and throughout my stay, I was continually impressed by the attentiveness and care shown by everyone on staff. Whether I had questions, needed recommendations, or required assistance, they were always ready to help with genuine smiles and a willingness to go the extra mile.

A special shout-out to the amazing security team—they were always present, polite, and made me feel safe and well looked after at all times. Their discreet professionalism does not go unnoticed. The valet team was also incredibly helpful and fast, always greeting me with a warm welcome and ensuring my car was ready promptly whenever I needed it. And I can’t forget to praise the housekeeping staff, who kept my room spotless every day and were always courteous, respectful, and efficient.

Nice hotel in general. Just wish someone had put a review on here and mentioned it's not really suitable for families. I had made a booking late last year. Requested connecting rooms as we went as a family. On arrival i was told it wasn't possible, as its subject to availability as mentioned at the time of booking. However considering the fact that the booking was done many months beforehand Hyde should have made sure this was sorted. I confirmed this by email several times before our check in, and then i was told to show proof of this. Anyway for nearly a week out of our 10 night stay the family was placed on different floors, unyil i left a review then suddenly a room became availabe on the same floor whoch was the best they could offer. Prayer mats were Requested before arroval months ago, again after requesting this everyday we didn't get these until our toom was changed.

Overall some of the staff is nice. But it shouldnt have taken me to put a review online for them to actually do something about my family being split. I definitely would not recommend going here with the family especially with younger children. Alot of other business we saw going on which i would nt have wanted to be around with my kids for sure. No wonder there are no rooms availabe they are mostly occupied for other reasons.

We stayed at the Hyde for 5d4n. Had a magical stay. The views of the Burj Khalifa from our balcony was amazing! Had booked a Burj Khalifa view: stayed in Room 1612. Staff was friendly and kind, breakfast buffet options were pretty good, location was strategic: getting to tourist spots was more or less 15-25 minutes drive from uber/taxi. Supermarket nearby a minute or two walk away from the hotel. Amenities were great! Received 4 daily bottled water (free upon request) and a welcome box of chocolates. Family friendly. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you Hyde Hotel Dubai for this wonderful stay!

I recently stayed at the Hyde Hotel Dubai and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is incredibly safe and the staff are friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms and facilities were immaculately clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The location is also a major plus—it’s just a short drive to many local attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring Dubai. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for more. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend the Hyde Hotel Dubai to anyone visiting the city!

I only stayed for 1 night because I was moving to the Palm area, but let me just say Hyde was fantastic! The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. The rooms were super nice as well. I recommend the canal view, it’s beautiful at night. I’m in Dubai celebrating my birthday and Hyde went above and beyond even with me only staying a single night.

Disappointed did not recognise Expedia vip status at all. Our room we were given was dirty and the windows full of brown mud. The view was of the side of buildings. Not as pictured on Expedia site (Booked a platinum suite). We asked for another room, and another staff member told us there were other rooms available even in the category above, she then showed us a room in one category up and stated it was available for the entirety of our stay. She then said but this one is for the local people only as we don’t want to upset them. She said I could have an alternative upgraded room for an additional charge of 300 dirrhams a night. When we went back downstairs (confused as to why we had originally been told there were no rooms available) she then had a discussion with the original staff member who checked us in and they came to the conclusion that the room was not available again as soon as we mentioned Expedia VIP (how ironic) I don’t mind not getting an upgrade but please do not advertise this as a VIP hotel.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was absolutely amazing. Veronica from the Cleo restaurant made sure to make our night memorable by bringing out a cake wishing us a happy birthday. Everyone is so kind here and it’s very clean. The rooms are more than I expected. Just a perfect trip. We will be back.

My sister and I stayed at the Hyde Hotel for 6 nights and the stay was great. The check in was easy and seamless, and our room was beautiful. For a reasonable price, we had two double beds, a very large bathroom, and a balcony. The balcony was lovely and a great feature. The hotel also has many dining options on site. We went to Cleo twice - the food was amazing and it was great to sit outside. We also went to Perq for coffee and croissants several mornings and that was nice too. The pool was one of our favorite offers this hotel has. It had a beautiful city view including the Burj Khalifa. There were chairs in both sun and shade and many umbrellas. There is also a bar and seating area where you can relax and have drinks poolside. The location was central for everything we wanted to do but nothing was really walkable, we had to taxi/Uber everywhere (but these are both quite reasonably priced in Dubai). There is a market/grocery store just by the hotel which was convenient. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel. The appearance/ambience and decor was modern and new looking, and the staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. 10/10!

This hotel was one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in…from the moment you walk through the doors the lobby smells amazing, I loved the urban contemporary decor! The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are great! We stayed in a suite for one party of our stay and a standard room because we wanted to extend our stay and both rooms were exceptional. Highly recommend staying here!
