We got to the hotel which was disgusting with lots of half drunks around - then the room was given to us which had stained beds with blood on ripped carpets stained sofas
Disgusting- we exited and rejected the entire booking

Nothing more than an average 3 star hotel. No way this is 4 or even 5 stars. Weird interior, difficult to find out what the restaurant is all about. No signage or guidance from staff taking room numbers or explaining where to sit as the restaurant seems to be in three different parts/ themes. Everywhere just seems unorganised. The spa area uses the same check in entrance as another restaurant, just strange and unclear layout. room is fine, clean and spacious but I will not stay there again.

The staff seemed unorganized and not very friendly. Checking out took quite some time that I was starting to worry if I was going to make it to the airport in time. The rooms were nice but you can hear the highway. The room key also kept not working.

First we have waited for more than an hour to check-in. the front desk ladies were nice but i must say overwhelmed and did not know how manage the stress. we were charged for a mini bar item that we never consumed.

We had an amazing time! This hotel is walking distance to the Dubai Mall and there are multiple bus stops nearby that are also walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice rooms. Cleanliness could be better. There are two clubs in the hotel with very loud music until 4am. Them people partying in their rooms and hallways after. Don’t count on getting much sleep. 2 star rating for service. The pool area is unusable. Location is fantastic and the views of burj khalifa are great. Canal side views are terrible. Facing another big building.

Firstly, I did not receive the room that I reserved and paid for. Secondly, the staff was not on the same page. I was constantly bothered while sleeping about the status of my stay as I requested another night. Ultimately I ended up leaving early due to not much respect of privacy.

The front desk customer service people were not helpful at all. There were two elevator services? Why didn’t they tell us which elevator to use? I literally had to ask where everything is it’s not like they were actually volunteering any information. There was loud music throughout the night. There is a nightclub in the same building. I would never stay here again.

The hotel is very nice looking however, I can’t believe this hotel is a five star. I’ve recently stayed at plenty four even three stars and they’re 100 times better than this place. This place is very poorly run. The staff at the front desk is very unprofessional and was yelling at the bell boys infront of hotel guest, which is so cringe. We asked for water a few times never got it and it wasn’t even busy when we stayed.

Aside from that, it is an extremely noisy hotel due to the several clubs. We had to change our rooms three times due to the noise from the clubs and also the walls are like paper thin. We could hear everything from the room next-door.

This hotel definitely has potential to be so much better.

Terrible cleanliness. Even after repeatedly asking for deep cleaning the room and washroom were very unhygienic and dirty. There were hair and dirt all over the room. Moreover there are many clubs in the hotel and extremely noisy. The noise doesn’t stop until 5am in the morning. Please avoid this property at all cost if you can. Horrible experience.

We had the worst experience at Ramee. It started with the check-in, some of the staff were just standing around not helping and the one person who was helping us left midway to assist another person. Then they couldn’t give us 2 room keys because apparently there was a shortage. The room was not clean, there was a wet spot on one of the pillows and when we called housekeeping ( this time and several other times during our stay) no one picked up our call. When we called the reception, they were unhelpful. There were stains on the couch too. The housekeeping staff was clearly incompetent because apparently cleaning the room just means making the bed. To add on the bathroom was clogged. Water never went out the drains. Called in couple of times where we were assured it will be taken care but never was. Please never stay here.

This place is a nice place to stay. But they have restaurants/ lounge they play loud music till 6am affecting you from getting good night sleep. If buy food and ur food get cold no microwave to warm up your food. Customer service could be better.

Initially, our concern was that we weren’t given the room we were promised, kept promising day after day that they will move us to the room we paid for, apologized that the guest staying there didn’t want to leave but then changed the story later on and told us that Expedia booked us a room that was already booked—Keep in mind i reserved this a month in advanced. On our 4th day, we decided it’s time for new pillow cases so before we left, we removed them for the housekeeping. We found that the pillows underneath are unacceptably dirty. We then placed the pillows on the floor with a note saying we want new clean pillows and not just pillow cases. We came back in the evening and checked if we got our clean pillows, it was the same pillows, so we brought this up to the reception and asked for someone to take care of this. Housekeeping came and took the pillows away, came back with what seemed like new pillows but we decided to check anyway, surprisingly, still the same pillows. We called manager to complain, asked if he wanted to see it himself but no, he just sent back his housekeeper to take care of it. At 3am housekeeper said there’s no more pillows available and that he searched around earlier. We refused to take the pillows back. On top of all these, every morning we wake up around 4 or 5am to loud noises from outside, either from guests screaming, throwing up, laughing, or housekeepers vacuuming banging on the walls. Staff here are all rude no matter what time of the day.

In a convenient location. We stayed on 12th and had an amazing view of Burj. We went as family so couldnt explore the clubs but if you are into it, there are 5-6 clubs in the same building. You could hear the music on till 4-6 am in the morning. Good selection of breakfast and staff are friendly. Breakfast is till 11 am which is good.

The hotel look is nice and the staff are really helpful and very nice. However, The room was not that clean. They don’t clean the room every day. The bathroom shower was leaking and the sink drains are clocked, the water takes time to go down. Other than that it was a nice stay.

清潔で部屋も広いです。洗面台が二つあるのが良い。バスルームは大きなバスタブとシャワーブースが分離されているタイプ。シャワーブースは少し段差があり、バスルームに水がいかないようになっていますが、油断すると水浸しになるので素早く済ませたほうが良さそうです。あとシャワーの水圧が弱いです。スタッフは親切でした。メトロの駅は高くありませんがドバイモールまで徒歩10分ほどで行けたので、ブルジュハリファ周辺のアクセスは良いと思います。

Lage des Hotel ist gut, die Dubai Mall ist in 10min fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet, allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Bettlaken waren leider mit Make Up verziert und generell fleckig. Das Essen ist im Hotel nicht weiterzuempfehlen, genau so wie das Wechseln des Geldes. Das sollte man definitiv in der Mall oder am Flughafen tun. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, für den ist das Hotel nichts, da sich leider direkt daneben ein Club befindet. Außerdem ist der Pool ständig im Schatten, sodass man keine Lust hatte, dort schwimmen zu gehen.
