During a time of unrest I felt that reception staff lacked empathy and were quite stoic. My room rate was frozen for the 4 day extention i needed but randomly my mini bar was emptied and I felt service was very basic- no turndown service etc. The normal room rate is quite high and though the room was large I personally had challenges. The safe was broken- they came to fix this after an hour, i got locked in the bathroom- the handle is tiny and latched into broken wood-thankfully there was a phone in the bathroom and I was able to call reception who sent someone to chisel it out, but overall the finish in the room was poor. Light switch panels were lopsided throughout and took time to master. I had club room access but again food choice was very limited and twice on two different occasions I notified waiting staff of flies all around the open salad but nothing seamed to be done. Its a lovely large hotel, lovely pool area and clean, I think I just happened to have a poor experience with the issues. Right on top of the mall is really convenient with lots of food options.

We had a wonderful stay here. It's a beautiful hotel, with breathtaking views, not to mention it's connected to the mall. All the staff were welcoming and very polite. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed 5 days. It is my second time in the same hotel. The location is very good, so is the breakfast. Unfortunately the club lounge food is not up to the standarts. It is the same food everyday, over and over again, same spices, same taste. I suggest they try more plain food. And leave the options to the eaters.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have wonderful experiences in dubai.
The staff are welcoming and super helpful at all times . everything is spotless and clean. So many options to choose from for breakfast and club access you have access to buffet for lunch/after noon tea and dinner.
The view is something else out of movies specially if you got burj khalifa and fountain view.
I would never bother looking around for hotel in dubai I go straight to here!!

I was told I will receive a final statement after my stay and my deposit will be refunded
Till today despite multiple emails not response
Hotel has very later and poor response and waste my time

Also multiple time has issues with sink not draining and issues was not entirely resolved

Would not recommend full package / lunch and dinner not worth it at all and expensive for what is being offered

One of the most amazing places we have every stayed! BUT, they close the pool at 7!? Cant geven get the full sunset, much less the epic city lights. Its perfect temperature at night during the summer. They really must change this policy l, as we chose this hotel largely based on that extact night swimming view/ experience. We were all very sad when we showed up to swim and were turned away. But seriously, otherwise the place it perfection 👌

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of a recent incident at The Address Hotel Dubai Mall, which has caused significant distress to my family and disrupted our professional commitments.

On April 12, 2025, my daughter sustained an injury due to a falling wooden fixture in our hotel room. Despite the severity of the incident, I had to personally request emergency medical assistance. Subsequently, we incurred substantial medical expenses for her treatment. Her foot remains swollen, and there is concern about a potential fracture, pending further medical evaluation.

This incident has had far-reaching consequences:
•My daughter missed several days of work at the IPS Real Estate Conference.
•I was compelled to cancel a crucial business trip to Paris and Monaco.
•We incurred additional costs, including purchasing new airline tickets with Emirates and paying extra fees to return our rental car in Dubai.
•My daughter is unable to participate in her school’s lacrosse team until she fully recovers.
•I had to cancel a suite reservation at the Burj Al Arab scheduled for April 17, 2025.
•My daughter is currently unable to engage in her various extracurricular activities, including lacrosse and tennis training, charity marathons and marches, and traversing her school’s expansive 20-acre campus.

First of all, we got in the early morning from a red-eye. We were lucky that trhere was a room available and were checked in. The staff across the board was constantly going above and beyond to make sure we weren't needing anything.

The amenities on the 12th floor are great. My kids and us really enjoyed lounging and swimming at the infinity pool. The rooms are very specious and comfortable. The view to the Burj was worht it.

It is so convinient being across Dubai mall. You walk through a bridge that goes through the Chinatown section of the mall and you are right at the famous waterfall in the mall.

I would definitely stay here again

I booked the hotel as Address Dubai mall but the hotel was not the same although the name is the same. Apparently they sold one I know to another company so it was misleading. The staff were excellent however the breakfast is like 4 star hotel. I paid £1300 a night for a suit but breakfast did not justify it. Hamza from the lounge was an excelling staff member like all of them.

All was perfect the only problem was the noise, as there were no sound proofing between the rooms, specially if there are a connecting door between them. The same for the noise from the street as the windows also not that good for sound proofing.

Our second stay at Address Dubai Mall and again, surpassed our expectations! Coming from a disappointing stay at Address Beach Resort 3 days prior, they redeemed the company’s reputation and raised the bar standards even further! From very accommodating and courteous receptionists, Mounaim and Jackie, to club lounge staff, Virginie, Ahmed, and Hamza, all led by Mr. Rai, our stay was exceptional! As visitors to such a beautiful country, it’s very comforting to know that your hotel staff are very authentic, and to summarize, always looking for ways to go beyond client expectations. We travel quite a bit across Europe and America and have to admit, your hotel sits at the top of our list! We can’t emphasize enough how much we love our stays at Address Dubai Mall and look forward to our next visit. Again, thank you Mounaim, Jackie, Virginie, Ahmed, Hamza, and especially Mr. Rai! It was a great experience in the new Address Dubai Mall. It has been long time I've been to Dubai and stays in Address Dubai Mall.

I've requested a car for transportation from the airport to the hotel, When I arrived the car was ready with the driver, and it took me there.

I booked Deluxe Burj Khalifa and Fountain View Room, the room was ready in the 23th floor, Room #2302, it was neat, clean & comfortable.

Check-out was very easy.

Always Address Dubai Mall is my fav. place to stay during my visit to Dubai!

Amazing stay at Address Dubai Mall

We had an amazing stay at Address Dubai Mall. We booked an Executive Suite but upgraded to the Ambassador suite on arrival which was incredible - huge with fantastic views of the Burj Khalifa and fountain show from the balcony. We stayed with our two teens and having the hotel directly connected to the Mall was very handy.

We had access to the Club lounge which had complimentary food and drink all day.

Breakfast was delicious and could be eaten inside or out on the terrace.

Very quick and simple to get a taxi from airport to hotel, and the hotel called us a taxi when we were leaving.

Pool area was great with good towel and drinks service.

Perfect hotel for us and would definitely like to return soon!

Everything was excellent except that when I booked this through hotels.com, I got a 20% off one time on any meal at the hotel but the hotel staff had no clue about it. Although they were kind enough to honour it, this is something they should know because it was quite a hassle. One more complaint, it’s extremely difficult to get taxis from this hotel which should be sorted out for a hotel or this quality.

The Address hotel has the best location and the view. Room was big with lots of windows and best view of the Burj and the downtown.
The decor of the lobby and the room was nice contemporary. I love the scent of the air freshener all over the lobby.
Staff is courteous. The restaurant was good for breakfast and the dinner by the infinity pool and the view of the burj. The hotel is connected to the Dubai mall which is very convenient
I would highly recommend Address by Dubai mall ( previously called address fountain view)

Overall excellent hotel. Conveniently located near Dubai mall and actually connected to the mall through china town. Building is nice and clean. I paid extra to get “fountain views” but ended up on the 16 floor (bottom floor in this hotel) where you can’t actually see the fountains so be careful

Address Dubai Mall is a great hotel, just steps from Dubai Mall. The exit from the hotel is right outside the mall's Chinatown district. The bell service at the entrance was exellent and the check-in was efficient and fast. We stayed in an executive suite which was the size of an apartment and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The balcony also gave a great view of the fountain show. The buffet breakfast had a good selection to suit most tastes and the pastries were outstanding. Also all of the staff were professional, helpful and kind without exception. I would stay again.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The location was superb, just steps away from the main attraction, with a staff that was both friendly and helpful . The hotel's exceptional cleanliness, style, and spaciousness added to the overall experience. The service was top-notch, and the food was delicious, albeit a bit pricey. However, the stunning views more than made up for it. The well-equipped and cozy room also contributed to a comfortable stay. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with my visit and look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Everything is pristine, classy, well designed and very carefully taken care of. The staff is incredible - starting with Amins hospitality at checkin and with Askar’s kind greeting at the breakfast every morning, this stay was nothing short of incredible. Aziz was kind enough to help us with our luggage without us even asking - this is the epitome of hospitality.
