One of the most conveniently located hotels in Dubai, direct walk access to the Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa, access to the Metro, incredibly helpfull and caring staff - GORGEOUS large pool (great for those who love swimming like me) this is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Dubai - there were some issues with reservation and billing but the staff and the manager demonstrated why Kempinski continues to beat its competitors and the truly tough game of doing their best for their clients. The hotel itself was very nice, but it is located in a rather busy area. If you are sensitive to noise from traffic, you might prefer a quieter location. On the other hand, the direct connection to Dubai Mall makes it a perfect choice for shopping lovers – you can walk straight from the hotel into the mall, which is extremely convenient.

My family recently stayed did two nights. The check in process was disorganized and the rooms were not ready on time. Delay was luggage transfer. The hotel was very clean and the beds very comfortable.
The concierge at the hotel sold adult priced tickets to Dubai frame to the kids in the group and insisted that there were no kids prices which was found to be incorrect.
At check out a wake up call and assistance with luggage was requested which were both not provided.
Overall very good location, very clean but the service could be better.
Not sure if I would stay again and definitely would avoid buying tickets to local attractions through the concierge.

On my first day, the hotel woke us up 4 times in the middle of the night because of some mistakes and errors they had, even though they gave us an upgrade but it was still unforgivable, and on the next day, the cleaning lady entered the room without knocking as I was sitting, thankfully I was not changing or anything, disappointing.

Inspite of my office paying AED 10000 on 17 Jun to cover incidental expenses during my stay - the hotel front desk still asked me to pay for the the same.

My office has coordinated several times for the same.

The miss communication and do not coordinate clearly.

The billing process is also very difficult - they do not send bills on timely manner. They claim to send on emails but dont unless you follow up endlessly.

Awesome Hotel, convenient location as it is attached to Dubai Mall. Friendly and courteous staff. Maria at front desk is just awesome helped me check-in and also was there when I was checking out, she remembered my name and even my room number very friendly and nice. I have stayed at Address hotel Dubai Mall before also it has been renovated since then, its a beautiful hotel. Breakfast is delicious and have many items, will be staying there again, Insha’Allah.

From the time our car door opened we were helped by the staff. As we entered the lobby we were already greeted by pleasant fragrance (talk about aroma therapy). The ambience at the lobby alone puts you in a relax mood and reminds you that you are in a high end place. Very much needed after an almost 16 hour flight. The staff are always nice, helpful and pleasant. The view from our room was great even the view from the pool of the Burj Khalifa was amazing. The bed is super comfortable. The technology used was astounding. Using the tablet for a lot of things. The glitch was when I ordered room service - ordered through the tablet - after a long wait - I called room service then my order arrived shortly - must have been the time I ordered.

Some of my personal items went missing. When reported to hotel management there was no action.
the washbasin was broken. The shower did not work well. for room to be cleaned I had to call reception a number of times.

Hotels.com customer service a disaster

Gold member for many years here. My main complaint is with hotels.com. When my rate for the same room for the same days went down 30%, neither address hotels nor hotels.com were willing to match the price.The hotels.com support line is serviced with operators outsourced abroad , with no options to speak to someone within the USA. If you wish to speak to a supervisor, the operator then says they will email a message to a supervisor who will get back to you within 72 hours, and I am pretty sure again they outsourced. Having spoken to many people including a supervisor and many emails, they failed to abide by their price match guarantee. The hotel was nice- I would book through address hotels directly for this hotel, and through the hotel chain directly for other hotel reservations as in the rare case you have customer service issues, hotels.com cannot be trusted. Prices are usually the same anyways.

A view worth the bill

We stayed 2 nights in a club room. Upon checkin, our room was upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Moses was so helpful getting us from our car to the checkin counter.

The room was gorgeous, with 2 balconies that gave us unobstructed views of the Burj Khalifa. The bed was so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud.

The best surprise was the club lounge access. It included a buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner and cocktails every day of our stay. Well worth the splurge.

The only negative was the vibe from most of the staff. It felt like it was a chore to put up with us.

To be honest, the Hotel location is perfect. However, I faced some issues considering I’m staying at 5 star hotel. After my early check in, my room was not ready, which is fine. So I went to have lunch and came back, but when I came back they change the room that that assigned to me. When I checked the room, the room was bad were I can hear the load sound of the fridge and different paint on the roof, which is not a good example for a 5star hotel. When I asked for room change. I had to wait for 3 hours to be able to get to my new room. That was at 7 pm. Also I found the bathroom sink broken in the new room. I was tired to ask for other change. Another issue were I had to wait for almost one hour for concierge to be able to print a couple of paper (PCR test). When I asked the front desk help, they told me just wait we informed management knowing that were free. During my check out, I was asked about my stay. I said it was okay. The front desk insisted on me to talk. So I did, then I was promised an apology to my email, which I found as a nice response to my complaint. But I did not receive any email.

We spent 2 weeks in the club suite at the address Dubai Mall. The location of the hotel provides a walking path to Dubai Mall which was heaven sent for my wife. The facilities at this hotel is first class which shows a great sense of team work. We had access to the Club Lounge and Houria, Abijit, Rodhica and Katana treated us like we were members of the royal family- Sout out to that team- Keep up the good work- The guys like Chandra,Smauel,Desouza and every staff is always helpful which depicts a sense of pride in this hotel.

I had problems with the room AC direct it to the bed which freez my head, Bathroom glass doors brings outdoor light witch comes from bath window to the room from 6:30 am, the refrigerator makes sound Wakes me up during the night. They moved me to other room after I have been to anther rooms all are the same AC issue, the new one I had problems with flashing tooks them two days to fix it.
