The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, they were kind, gracious, and consistently attentive throughout my stay.

My main issue, however, was being charged extra for a Burj Khalifa view when the window was extremely dirty. The condition of the window made it impossible to fully enjoy the view, which was disappointing given the additional cost. Charging a premium for a view without ensuring the window is properly cleaned is unacceptable.

What ultimately made the stay pleasant was the exceptional staff, the clean room, and the amenities. However, the dirty window significantly detracted from the experience, and I honestly felt a partial refund would have been appropriate.

Pleasant, approachable and friendly staff from the desk especially Mr. Elmer , housekeeping Mr. Kim who kept our room clean and Rumesh and our driver Riyas to the airport . Convenient , 25 mins walk to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa and with grocery connected to the hotel. Definitely will stay here again and recommended to friends .

Awesome hotel. Incredible staff, eager to help and always available with a smile, especially Mustafa and the rest of the team at the front desk. Nice facilities, the AC in the rooms is amazing (maybe too good), fast WiFi. Right next door to the Mazaya shopping centre for necessities and a convenient location to get to the Burj, Dubai Mall, etc. For Kosher travelers, it's a 1 minute walk from Cafe Bibi/Fantastico and a 15 minute walk from Mosaica. Overall an incredible stay and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dubai.

The location is awesome, the best part is DAY to DAY hyper market is in the shopping center and other stores and pharmacies, mr Piyas and reception staff where helpful. I really recommend it if doesn't rent a car.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hotel, parfaitement central pour mes rendez-vous dans Dubai.
Il y a un centre commercial dans l'immeuble (très pratique pour du shopping vraiment pas cher), des resto (dont une super pizzeria nommée Ha bibi). Bien isolé et sans bruit extérieur.
Super rapport qualité prix !

Good value hotel

Quite basic business hotel. Not glitzy as so many things sre in Dubai. My first room ( a suite) faced Burj Khalifa, which means also it faced the very noisy road. The room noise isolation was great, but still it is not 100% quite.
Other room face into the internal space (view of the supermarket on groud floor, and the rooms on the opposite side.
By request i was moved to a suite facing the other side of the hotel. Less dramatic view, but very quite.
Breakfast (65 AED) was great.
Staff were friendly and helpfull and fast.
Espresso machine and kitchen utensils in the suites.
First suite's maintenance could be better. 2nd suite was perfect.

Swimming pool wa clean and nice. Gym

5 min walk to the metro.

If you are looking for reasonably priced hotel, this is a good choice.

For the price this was a great place to stay. Really friendly staff. Got upgraded to a burj view room although I'm glad i didnt pay extra for it because the window was filthy so couldnt see clearly. Plus lets face it, you just go see it anyway, not sit in a room looking at it.

I'd recommend a stay here. Its attached to a shopping mall too which was handy.

Easy access to the rail and the Dubai mall on foot.
The staff was polite and respectful.
The breakfast is priced reasonable and good. The bread was tasty and so as other dishes. The restaurant staff was nice and welcoming.

Massage spa was okay. I did not use the pool but the ambiance was nice.
Over all I would like to use the hotel next time. It gave me a good feeling and enjoyed staying with them.

The shower was not working properly. It was alternating from cold to boiling hot to the pint I had to move away from the shower head in order not to burn myself. I reported this issue twice and they did not fix it. I expect a parcial refund.

Nice enough hotel attached to a little mall. Big, clean rooms. Bottled water provided. It’s ostensibly a 20min walk from Dubai Mall, but the streets aren’t really pedestrian friendly…but that may just be how Dubai is laid out. Breakfast buffet is excellent - especially the baked goods! Good selection of continental, North American, Mediterranean and Indian dishes. There’s a public transit station within 15mins walk, but I Uber’ed everywhere, anyhow. Friendly staff — especially the concierge at the ‘tours’ desk…she was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Leave the hotel it’s amazing beautiful shopping area right on the strip. Very close to Burj Khalifa. Everything is so convenient and easy access to everything. The hotel is amazing. As soon as I came to Leva was greeted by Yin and she even brought my bags in that were real heavy that the taxi driver just left out of taxi there were several stairs to the entrance . All staff were very helpful even Divya the travel agent was helpful and informative. The Sven’s bakery food was healthy and ravishing their breakfast buffet is pricey but worth it
The pool staff on rooftop were also very nice and accommodating. I recommend this place if you want to be walking distance to Dubai mall and burj The staff called for taxi service promptly and all enjoyed doing their job

I was upgraded to a suite, it was fabulous, small kitchen, fridge, microwave eveything that you need. Very convenient location, 10 minute walk to the Metro easy 20 minute ride to the airport. 15 minute walk to the Dubai Mall. Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay again.

The hotel would have received a 5/5 if they had acknowledged or offered anything for the Expedia VIP. Also, closing a pool at 8pm but the pool bar being open to midnight doesn't make sense. With all the heat, it would be nice to have a dunk in the pool a bit later than 8pm. It is Dubai, so how rare is it that you're back in your hotel by 7pm? The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Staff were very nice and helpful. Oddly, I didn't seem to have cold water in my room. Odd request, I know, but if you've been to Dubai already you know why. No refreshing, cooling shower to be had. Otherwise a great stay for a good price. I didn't take the breakfast option as even though they say they have 'gluten friendly' options, there was nothing really gluten free. The hotel was very close to the Burj and the Dubai mall. I'm not sure how you'd walk it as it is across a freeway but there must be a way. I didn't try because it was 100 degrees daily. Things in my room needed a bit of updating (broken kettle, a few things needing replacing) but otherwise a fine place to stay.

Great location. Walkable to metro / Dubai mall / Burj Khalifa. Friendly staff. Room was a good size. Comfy bed. Would have liked a bath. Floor would flood in bathroom with shower use - drainage needs improving. Good communication before arrival. Special requests taken into consideration for honeymoon. Only wish were able to book airport shuttle before arrival for both ways. Weren’t able to until nearer time and then wasn’t available. On return we asked every day but kept being told to ask on day then on day no availability. Manager very kindly sorted with joining another couple but they kept us waiting for nearly an hour and we were then late to airport - extra stress not really needed.

Property near all the sites downtown. Check-in took a little bit but staff was very friendly sky and helpful. They printed visas via email and had ready in nice envelope in the morning and arranged transportation back to hotel. Staff made travel much easier
