It used to be one of the best hotels in Dubai. However, in our recent visit to the hotel it has changed. The carpet was dirty, they provide old bath towels, and the bed sheet has holes in it.

The room was nice and big with all amenities, unsurpassed cleanliness, beautiful lobby, clean and beautiful smelling floors as soon as u step out of the lift ... just a great hotel overall. And to top that it is in a wonderful location.. walking distance to the Coca Cola Arena where I had to attend an event and an amazing number of restaurants all nearby in the City Walk location.

Great location and amazing staff cross board which made this stay special. The hotel is modern and spotless and service is fultless which is refreshing to get in the city. A lot to be said of this hotel but one downside is bed comfort and noise level due to location but that’s a small inconvenience compare to overall positive experience

Not as enjoyable as expected. the room was small but the main problem was with bathroom that was too small and not close to a 5 * standard. the water pressure wasnt good and muslim shower will swith between working and not working. there was nothing to hang your dress or towels or gown inside the bathroom. Room service was slow, they wont pick your calls immediately and take long time. If you order some food they will ask for payment in front, never done this before and always paid such bills at the time of check out. Staff was slow (and rather impolite considering how they show hospitality in other hotels in Dubai). City walk doesn't have a lot of attractions and activities to do, being a family with kids it was not much fun.
