A true 5 star experience, we were made to feel welcomed the moment we arrived.
The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is spotless, housekeeping staff are excellent, keeping the room spotlessly clean!
We tried all the on site restaurants and didn't have a single complaint with any of them, great staff, great food. Danilo at the pool bar is a gentleman, so friendly and welcoming - a credit to the hotel...
In general the way this hotel is run is a true credit to the management.
If we are back in Abu Dhabi, this will be the first hotel I'll check for availability

This property is enormous. It has the feel of a luxury vacation stay that children would enjoy tremendously. It would not really be a couples destination but more of a family vacation destination. The food in the hotel was okay. For those of us that have been pampered by the culinary delights one experiences in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the restaurants in this property will be a let down, other than the breakfast buffet. The kids loved it. My wife and I were fine with it, mainly because of the kids. We would not come here on our own.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely the best!!! We had issues with our tvs when we first arrived but they fixed the issue immediately. We stayed in one bedroom pool beach side. It was absolutely perfect. I didn’t want to leave.

During the pandemic no is wearing mask at the gym,
Restaurants lower than 5 starts even the breakfast, accept Si Restaurant was good,
They refused to keep just one of the rooms for 30 minutes late check out, not even one room :)
The front desk staff wasn’t helpful both for check in and check out
And yeah housekeeping is poor :)
The usage of towels and shower in a resort is higher than just a hotel, wasn’t enough tho

I’m not going to stay there again

However the hotel facility and room is amazing but I faced some issues during the stay, for example I ordered food for dine in and I received wrong order after long time. the response for any request was always slow. food was not tasty at all.

unfair informations

there was no information on the website of the hotel or on Hotel.com that all the facilities were closed. Only a phone call 2 hours before I came but I was not able to cancel because it was booked via Hotel.com. So when I arrived, no pool, no beach, nothing, no restaurant, only my room with a balcony and a parking for my car underground with ugly entrance and a complex procedure through a service corridor where you can be lost. the hotel was almost empty. So a very quiet experience...a kind of retreat.

Terrible food specially the pool restaurant and room service ! They need to invest in a good chef . No service on the beach . Even the kids menu was all frozen commercial food sold at 5 star hotel rates . And the fish fingers were so smelly ...

The Rotana itself is a beautiful hotel, beautiful setting, but the staff contributed to make our stay exceptionally wonderful! Laura and Henry in the lobby were so lovely and catered to our every need without us even needing to ask. Such a lovely experience all around. We will definitely be back!

The service was amazing!!! Since the check in to the check. All the staff are there to help you. Even on the breakfast they was always some one near to my table to serve me the orange jus or coffee. I m always going to the 5stars hotel in dubai but I never saw the same high level of service

Not Enough Babg for the Buck

Amazing location with great pool and beautiful beach area. However,This brand new hotel with a hefty price tag didn’t live up to my expectations. The hotel was only at 49% capacity but they didn’t offer an upgrade, I didn’t have a good view, and my room was unbelievably far from the reception area. There were withers in the hallway completing stuff, and I had issues with the AC and the internet. The room was nice, but not the sort of luxury I expected for the price.

La vue mer des suites sont spectaculaires, et l’emplacement de l’hôtel à Saadiyat est idéal! Le personnel est aux petits soins, tous les employés sont adorables et très professionnels, le resort est magnifique, la nourriture au buffet du restaurant Sim Sim est variée et délicieuse, le restaurant italien Si, presque meilleur qu’en Italie, la plage est incroyable, l’eau et le sable blanc fin comme aux Maldives! Wir können dieses Hotel auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen. Toller Strand, schönes und sauberes Meer, toller Pool mit warmen Wasser, großzügige Zimmer, großes Frühstücksbüffet.
