A 4-Star Hotel That Truly Feels Like 5 ⭐️ – Perfect Honeymoon Stay

We had an amazing stay here for our honeymoon and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a studio to a one-bedroom suite—complete with three balconies and stunning Burj Khalifa views.

The suite was spacious and beautifully designed, featuring a cozy living room, full kitchen with dishes, a modern bathroom with a rain shower, and a large bedroom with a super-comfortable king bed. Each room even had its own thermostat, which was a nice touch. Plenty of closet space, too!

Amenities:
The hotel offers great extras, including a restaurant and a lovely coffee/smoothie shop right by the lobby. The 25th floor has the pool and fitness room, both overlooking the Burj. Just note: pool hours are 7am–7pm, so if you’re hoping for nighttime skyline swimming, time is limited (sunset was around 5:30 during our stay).

Noise:
Because the hotel is located near the freeway, you can expect a bit of traffic noise. We were on the 19th floor, and it wasn’t too bad—just something to keep in mind for light sleepers.

Location:
The location is fantastic. It’s slightly outside downtown, making it more affordable while still incredibly convenient. Ubers were always 2–3 minutes away, and we found it easy to get around everywhere in Dubai.

Fantastic! Spacious bedrooms and living area

The hotel apartment was spacious and clean. The facilities were fantastic. The living room and bedrooms turned out to be bigger than expected.
The only thing that let us down was not getting good firm pillows but everything else was good! Definitely worth the stay.

The staff are very helpful and friendly rooms are clean and spacious bed was comfortable. Location was close to city by transport and not too far from airport or beach. Only complaint is pillows are a bit flat for my liking and curtains have come off the track letting light in the morning

Me and my family stayed at this property for week and we liked everything about it.location is very convenient closer to mall and burj khalifa.free parking in the basement and breakfast is amazing.staff there is always ready to help.if we will go back there we will stay again.

Decent hotel with adequate amenities. I stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting family. The rooms are large but lack any character. Clean and neat. They offered toothpaste kit and shaving which was a nice extra as I’d forgotten mine on previous trip. I would have liked a lobby lounge for coffee and snacks but only a minor moan. Suggest staying here for business or short visits - not sure I’d stay here for a holiday.

did not like: nothing.. do yourself a favor and book it. ignore the few bad review ones..truly best hotel..feel like home ..why I keep staying here... enjoyed even fireworks looking at kalifa tower . taxies plenty..good mexican chipotle like next door.. market 30 second beyond hotel..no brainer. best place and i never write reviews..but felt obligated to mark top hotel and best value for money .

Check in was at 3, I arrived at 9 so room must be ready since I’m late for the check in but unfortunately I had to wait around 30mins in order for the room to be ready

It's pretty unfortunate when such a great modern property isn't kept in tip top cleanliness and that the service is mediocre.

I was really pleased to be upgraded. However, on arrival, there were no slippers - I called and was told it'll be sent right away, they arrived 45 minutes later. The next day, I discover there are no kitchen amenities (coffee, spoons...etc.) I had to call for that. I discovered that the drain in the shower is full of disgusting hair, I complained to the reception, I went out, came back, housekeeping had cleaned the room, but not the drain still (gross). The following day, I needed to use the iron, found that it's sticky. I complained, nothing was done.
Breakfast was pretty average.
Bed is comfortable, the rooms are really nice.
Too bad that housekeeping and front office complaints are not managed appropriately. I wrote all this because I was promised several times things will be addressed and nothing happened.

Honestly this was my worst experience ever
I stayed for 4 nights.
-They forgot to put iron in the room! And when I requested for one it wasn’t working well !!!
-Forks and knives are dirty with brown spots on it !!
- AC not working and they came and fix it later which was really uncomfortable.
Sink is blocked and I called them to fix it and it got blocked again..

As a hotel you should do the maintenance check regularly, don’t wait for a customer to come and check the room for you. Sooo uncomfortable!!

Disaster, first time I ever leave a hotel early

Based on the location, reviews, and the chain I selected this hotel to stay with my family for a short break. Little did I know that I was making a terrible mistake that would cost me money, lost time, lost nerves, and the only negative thing about my family trip.

The room was dirty, like really dirty.

I have found the following in the room:

Old used disposable eye drops
Party flag
Chemagh nylon wrap
Banana peel (??)
Sequins on the floor
Unidentified white stains on the living room carpet
Unidentified white stains on the living room sofa
Unidentified white stains on the master bedroom cushions
Unidentified white stains on the wardrobes and cabinets
Human poop marks under the toilet ring in second bathroom

After complaining to the front desk and telling them I'm going out for dinner for a couple of hours so they can clean the place up, I come back finding nothing was done. I complain two more times, and they send a guy with a single rag and a spray which he used on floors, sofa, cushions, bathroom, etc. Same rag, same spray.

No alternative room was given even after spending the night there, citing a full hotel. No alternative was given in any other millennium hotel.

The only alternative was given when I made it clear that I'm leaving to a real five star hotel. Too late, too little. Lost my prepaid accommodation money, hope you use my money to actually fix problems.

Never again, millennium.
