Very terrible experience.

1. Requested the tourist tax receipt i paid at the property, they say i can get during checkout. During checkout i ask for it the front desk said they will send to me email. I asked again at the same night, he said he forgot and will send. After few days of waiting and communicating on phone still not able to give the receipt with minimal response. Very poor customer service!

As i am writing this, i am still waiting for the receipt for business claims.

2. Random calls when i was in the room alone from reception saying i was too loud and disturbing other guests, when i told them it was a mistake, no apologies at all, and just shut off the phone.

My second time here for business stay, definitely will not recommend my company people to stay here, as our office is just located next door.

This hotel holds parties twice per week until 3am, and they’re so loud it’s impossible to sleep. It’s a shame this isn’t better advertised/advised as I would have avoided booking.
Breakfast had incredibly poor service, solely down to inconsistency. Staff were not attentive i the slightest and there was no coordination around tables - if you ordered something they have no idea where you are sat.
The rooms have absolutely no storage space so you’re unable to unpack if staying for a longer period.

The first room I was in had black mould in the room. I was moved rooms and the same problem was in the next room. They offered another room move and I told them unless the bathroom layout is different there’s no point as it’s clearly a design fault. I was moved to a different room type and there wasn’t any mould. It’s just a shame this was right at the end of my stay. Had I had a mould free room from the beginning it would have been a great stay. The hotel and facilities were great.

I stayed in the property for 10 days, the first 5 days you couldn’t use the bar swimming pool. Ironically those were the days of my vacation before work. No mention of construction or repairs before booking. That wasn’t cool

Comfortable, quirky and cool.

A really comfortable hotel, well maintained and very clean. The decor is very trendy and has much more personality than many of the sterile, cookie cutter hotels you might stay in. The half board option was good, but be prepared to pay some significant supplements for some menu items.
