Great friendly staff. Had an accessible room (used to be called disabled room) whixh was fine except the sink was so small that it was impossible not to make a mess and it only had cold water so shaving was a challenge. Would happily stay there again but would insist on \"normal\" room.

Very nice hotel they have a free bus service to drop u off at the dubai mall or u could get the bus to the metro but by taxi its only 5 minutes to the metro staff where very nice, but what would help if they had a menu and a phone if you wanted to order food from outside, I know other hotels do that, but overall very nice stay. A staff member call Alfred in the lobby was always very nice. 😊👍

Revier Hotel is a good hotel. Staff generally are ok. However, the room they assigned us 807 was absolutely horrible as the bathroom stunk from a drain located on the floor of the bathroom. The maintenance staff tried remediating it by spraying some chemical in the drain but that only worked for a day. On our checkout they were supposed to help us with luggage after waiting for a half hour I gave up and we decided it do on our own. Another thing that really bothered me is they only allow long term guests use the microwave. I dont understand the policy. I was expecting better from a swiss hotel. Not sure i will repeat again.

It was close to the burj khalifa but that’s about it. Very clean. Felt like you were in a 4 star hotel. If I was staying longer 5 days I would have stayed in the marina area. 20 mins from the marina and diera. Not far but Ubers add up.

Clean but will not use again

I was supposed to get an upgrade as platinum VIP member. I did not get it, the guy thought he was smart telling me it’s a better room and any other upgrade I will need to pay. The room was very small and he did not upgrade. The wardrobe is extremely small and in very tight place between bed and bathroom wall. Don’t book if you think you’ll get upgrade. Although room and hotel is clean you do see that the furniture needs updating. Bed is not comfortable. Staff at reception not efficient. I needed to add another day as on business trip but hardly used the hotel. It’s also far from restaurants or shopping malls. They do have a bus shuttle though that goes to the beach or mall. I only found out when I asked. I didn’t use as times did not suit me. I travel a lot and will not use again when in Dubai.

Hotel has no restaurants near by, it was a bit of a walk. The bed was not comfortable. I do have back issues so memory foam bed was not good. The rooms have no hair conditioners. Just shower gel and shampoo. Also no body cream. The hotel is very clean. The reception staff although friendly seem short staffed and not very efficient.

Nice hotel but the manager was not flexible regarding my last minute change. I had an emergency and had to checked out 3 days prior, I therefore asked to get a credit since I had a trip coming 2 weeks later where I would use my 3 nights additional 2 nights that I would pay. But 0 flexibility from them which is sad because I would have been a loyal customer. Besides, as a VIP Platinum Expedia member, I didn’t receive any benefits!

Something kept hitting our window all night and day from outside, but when I mentioned it to the staff they didn't take my concerns seriously. There was also a problem with the water pipes in the hotel that made it very inconvenient for us to get dressed and leave for our activities on time. The curtains didn't close all the way so a lot of light from the neon signage next door to us can into our room. Not sure if we will ever stay at this hotel again. Wasn't the best experience at all.

The staff of this hotel is extremely rude and unprofessional. The front office staff is terrible and the room service is shockingly bad. In Dubai you will find much better hotels with profesional, accommodating and friendly staff. Avoid this hotel at all costs! I had my ONLY bad stay in Dubai at this hotel. They absolutely need to step up their standards and improve majorly in costumer service.

Noisy stay a Revier hotel

I stayed one week for a business trip at Revier hotel, unfortunately the glass sliding door could not seal properly when shut, and the measured noise was of 50dBa all time with door shut, due to the proximity of the motorway and traffic. I asked several times the hotel to find a solution, but they were not capable to help which was very disappointing. I would not really recommend staying. The hotel otherwise is good but the location is a little strange and you cannot just walk out to a pedestrian street.

The only drawback is the location in Business Bay, which limits walkable options for cafes, restaurants, and beaches. However, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle bus service to some locations.

This is the second time I stayed here, and as last time-I kept extending my stay and ended up staying for a week. It’s close to down town, clean, affordable, and they even have a shuttle bus to Dubai Mall. I didn’t use it, but it’s nice to know that they have it. For moving around with an Uber in the Business Bay and Downtown area, this is an excellent location. The staff is also extremely nice, particularly the ladies that work at the reception. The hotel smells really nice too, like cloves and cinnamon. Lovely!

Super clean property, suite is fairly large, and close to downtown and Dubai Mall. They even have a free shuttle to the mall 3 times per day. Bathrooms are clean but rather small, and only bathtub, no walk-in shower. All in all, great value and nice because it's relatively new.
