We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment, it’s was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff was attentive . Don’t bother with the buffet breakfast though limited selection and the same menu most of the days

The reception was very friendly and kind as they upgraded my room for a better view after I told them thay my room with a \"city view\" had no view at all.

The hotel itself needs some small fixes, for example the curtains don't all close/open, the safe deposit didn't work until I called room service etc...

The hotel cleaning service is great! I forgot the do not disturb sign in the morning and went out, to my surprise when I came back in the evening they called me and asked If I still wanted room service for that day, to which I responded yes and they sent someone immediately at 8pm! Really great service.

Was initially excited about staying at this property for 6 nights but due to a medical emergency, we had to check out the same day that we checked in.
The property refused to refund the unused nights or consider any refund at all even on compassionate grounds. I will not be considering this property ever in the future and will discourage anyone from considering booking this property due to the poor customer service and lack of empathy especially this time of the year.

Service was great, got an upgrade (only first night, could not extend and had to move to another room, but still nice gesture). I personally enjoy the 1 BR unit more than the 2 BR, as a single person I don’t need 3 beds ;-)
The staff is very polite and helpful, even provided laundry detergent free of charge.
The internet only had an initial hick-up. Hit water in the bathroom could have been hotter, it’s 35 C outside.
The real bummer are like
- no intention power sockets
- no free sockets by the bed
- only one free socket in the LR
- crack in one corner
- sparse decoration

On arrival reception welcomed me with a smile and offered me a free water view and room size upgrade which was lovely. However on entering the room I could smell cigarette smoke and condition of the room was a bit poor to me. I advised reception that night and was told they next shift would look into it for me in the morning. This was not done the next day but reception manager asked me to look at an alternative room I could stay in which did not have a good view. I did not worry about it as would be out most of the time anyway. New room did not smell of smoke and condition was much better. Breakfast at the hotel is fairly basic but free so cannot complain too much. Eggs however you like them, toast etc and fruit, tea coffee. Staff are amazing at the hotel but rooms are fairly standard for a 5 star as was expecting higher spec but for the price in the location it’s not bad. When leaving hallways were being painted which was good to see. The staff really impressed me and made the stay a pleasant one.

I had an incredible experience staying Damac Cour Jardin.
Perks of staying here
- deluxe room includes kitchen and dishes(there is walkin grocery store as well)
- 10 minutes walk to metro station. Good location for tourists.
- very nearby to Burj khalifa and Mall.
- you can enjoy the view even from this hotel location.
- very neat and clean hotel rooms
- Manager namely, Hossam was so nice to me throughtout the staycation.
All the staff were very friendly and nice.

Apartment 405 was not cleaned everyday. We were obliged to report to the reception for our apartment to be cleaned. That was not normal. We also noticed water drops falling from the ceiling in the main shower.

NEVER GOING BACK!

ZERO COVID precautions. They are letting tourists in without masks, no temp checks, no health declaration or anything.
Severely understaffed. When we got there at 3pm to check in we were told room wasn’t ready it’d take 45min. Didn’t get the room until 7pm. They offered a complimentary extra bed and baby crib. We never got the baby crib. After checking in, the burner on the stove didn’t work. The balcony door wouldn’t lock. They would not do housekeeping unless we called and asked and even then it took them at least 3 hrs after the call to come and just take the trash out. We were given 2 bath towels, there were 4 of us so I asked so have extra towels, wouldn’t provide and would be told that babies don’t need towels? Horrible horrible customer service. At the time of check out the lady said to go back to the room and leave the key there?!? Didn’t make sense, I was hauling my babies and I was not going to keep wasting my time. 2hrs after check out they called me to double check if I had indeed checked out. Never never going back there, definitely do not recommend. It was the worst experience ever. Very uncomfortable.

Very bad furniture, towels not suitable for human use, dilapidated bathroom with bad cleaning tools and the worst room service at all. You should beg them every day to get shampoo or soap because they do not renew it with daily cleaning

Good for families. Great location, close to the mall and only 20 mins to other attractions.
The only downside is there was no pool service serving drinks or snacks. The site also advertises a free shuttle to the mall and this was not offered.

This is a good place for a comfortable apartment stay in Dubai. It's close to the main tourist sites and has a decent kitchen/bedroom area. Cleaning was daily and sufficient water was provided.

The kids area is nice (free for one hour in the morning, but too expensive otherwise and nearly always empty). One major disappointment was that the swimming pool was shut for the entirety of our stay (almost a month) and we had choose the place for the pool. We were not informed of this previously.

The staff are excellent and so is the valet and porter.

Would highly recommend.

Great hotel but a bit isolated

This is a great hotel and I enjoyed my stay. The pool and gym are great and my evening meals in the restaurant were of a high standard but be aware - the restaurant off the lobby does not serve alcohol (this is not a criticism just an acknowledgement of the law). I would stay at this hotel again. The only issue is that access to public transport, in the heat, is not straightforward. The hotel provides a shuttle to the Dubai Mall but the first departure is not till 11 am.

3. Should supply basic dishwashing and cooking equipment ( dishwasher tablet, paper towels and oven gloves)

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the facilities were very nice. The only problem was there was little buffer to street noise. We actually thought the windows were open when we entered the room because the street sounds were so loud. They also pipe music to the entrance and lobby area which could be heard clearly in the room. It’s a nice hotel but the thin windows made it hard to sleep.

The problem is the teservation under my name initially, but later i did not travel with my family due to some reason, only my family traveled. and i had contacted EXPEDIA to change the reservation’s name but unfortunately my family had to wait more than an hour just to recive a confirmation from EXPEDIA which Expedia shall did it immediately after my call to allow my family for check in. Although, hotel receptionist was very tough and not corporated even they could accept my call verbally and my family having same family name.

The hotel is located in an area that is under development which will become a prime location very soon. The building is new and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
On the first day one the bath towels was dirty when I unfolded it after I showered. Otherwise everything was clean and housekeeping were doing an excellent job every day.

The staff were all absolutely wonderful, very helpful, and always there with a friendly smile. Location was good, but will be better in 1 year when the neighboring construction is completed.
Taxi drivers are still somewhat unfamiliar with the area so getting back to the hotel can sometimes be a challenge.

Huge, modern room, albeit with a relatively small bathroom. Service was pretty average and the hotel pool area became entirely blocked by the sun by 2.30pm. Hotel also in the wrong area with no amenities nearby. Wouldn't rush back..

Lovely apartments close to everything

Apartment was great, slightly varying from the photos provided (we expected our kitchen to be off the main family and dining area which would have been preferred rather than in a room on its own) Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was great for a family of 4 and it had an amazing amount of space. Close to the Mall and Burj Khalifa. On checkout, we were able to store our luggage and given access to the bathrooms at the spa at 10pm after a long day to have a shower etc before our 2am flight to London which was very helpful. Staff were very obliging and very attentive. Taxis always got confused as to which Damac it was as there are so many but this is not the hotels fault, moreso that the Taxis have no idea where anything is which was frustrating with a language barrier. Used the shuttle bus once to get home from the mall and it would be much better if they had a good clear indication as to where the shuttle bus would pick up from as there are so many in the area. all in all it was a great stay
