A wonderful location and a clean, modern hotel. Check-in was seamless and efficient. I arrived in Dubai early in the morning ahead of my reservation, and they graciously offered early check-in for a minimal fee — a huge plus for me as a solo traveler after a long flight.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and absolutely worth adding to your stay. They also offer an evening dinner buffet for an additional fee, which made for a convenient and enjoyable stay-in dining option one of the nights.

Service throughout the hotel was outstanding — especially in the dining room. The valet team and front entrance staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and professional. Overall, a very comfortable and well-managed stay that I would happily recommend.

Nice Hot Showers, spacious rooms and it’s a clean hotel, nice staff and a great selection at breakfast. The rooms had balconies (reception has to be contacted to unlock the door for your stay). Pool top floor.

It’s a 10 min ride to Burg Khalifa by uber, and 15 mins to airport. I got the hotel to get me a cab to airport which was quick and easy.

I had a number of suitcases and they take them from the car to your room and back, good service.

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are great , except the bathrooms are a little tight) . The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the food options are great. Breakfast had an amazing variety.
What stood out was the service by 2 of the staff. First was Paul , we believe he is a manager. He stopped and asked us if we need Ed help as we waited for the front desk. We took a chance to see if the hotel may have a spare lanyard we could browse to save our phone for a trip. He went looking and got us one. The next person is Zeeshan. Zeeshan always has a smile on his face and very helpful at the restaurant.

Everything was great . I had an amazing stay. The staff were very polite and helpful all the way from the time I arrived to departure .
The rooms were great .. only issue was the bathrooms are a little tight and sometimes the hot water changes to extreme hot and cold while showering

The hotel’s location is excellent—you can easily walk to the Lusail Food Arena and the ocean. The property itself is luxurious, clean, and well maintained.
However, the service could use improvement. On a cold night, it felt like the heater in our room was not working. We contacted the front desk multiple times requesting assistance and an extra blanket, but unfortunately no one followed up.
The bellman, Hamza, on the other hand truly stood out. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and was the only staff member who showed genuine care and attentiveness during our stay

Me and my husband stayed in the room with the waterfront balcony view. It was nothing short of stunning and amazing! The room was in perfect condition with all the amenities there from a coffee machine to internet with youtube on the tv. The room was in modern condition. I loved the beige tones. Room service was always on point. If there was one regret it was that we didn’t stay long enough!! This is our spot to come to in Dubai since everything was so convenient to us. Brilliant staff very friendly and always seconds away from helping.

Room was nice big and clean. Bathroom was very small and very poorly designed. Faucet in the sink was leaking and not repaired. Shower door was also leaking and a small bathroom area got flooded every time we showered.
Breakfast was good.
You have to take Taxi for wherever you want to go. Nothing is walkable.

The hotel is conveniently located with a very pleasant view by the canal, Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are good, linen is clean, well ventilated and thermostats work well. The bathrooms are small and ill planned. These need a fresh architectural review.

The pool area is small. The beach is at another hotel and is at extea cost. Over all i would say its a average hotel.

I am writing to express my concerns about the condition of my room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned upon my arrival, and the air conditioning vent appears to be very dirty. The air coming out of the vent has a strong, foul odor, making it difficult for me to breathe comfortably. I did checked out on the 15 of October and booked another hotel to stay😡

Overall, the hotel itself is very nice—you can tell it's a newer property. It's beautifully decorated and has a fresh, modern feel. The standout feature for me was the staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to **Rudmi**, who was absolutely amazing, and **Adriaan**, who was also wonderful. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality from every staff member I interacted with.

The room was a good size and comfortable, but I was disappointed with the bathroom setup. It seemed like this part of the design was overlooked. The door was awkwardly placed, and I found myself bumping into it often, even though I was traveling alone. There wasn't enough shelving for personal items, and the bathtub sat unusually high, which I found inconvenient.

Location-wise, the hotel wasn’t ideal for me. You definitely need transportation to get anywhere, as there’s not much within walking distance. Fortunately, the hotel does offer a shuttle with a limited schedule, which worked out during my stay—I was able to get to the mall and take the metro from there to explore the city.

Overall, my stay was pleasant thanks to the wonderful staff and clean, well-maintained property. However, due to the bathroom design and location, I don’t think I’d choose to stay here again.

1. Very SLOW check in (I told receptionist I had 15 hours flight), 2. even with 2 concierges you can’t get any help, they only talk … useless. 3. I was late for a booked Tour and therefore lost money only because the beach shuttle did not arrive on schedule (2:10 pm) but was 25 minutes late.

We recently booked the most expensive suite available at this hotel, anticipating a luxurious experience with a city view. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were assigned a suite on the second floor overlooking the desert and exposed to significant highway noise. Prior to our stay, we had requested a room with a pleasant city view through Expedia and reiterated this preference at the reception during check-in. Regrettably, our request was denied without a satisfactory explanation.

The combination of an undesirable view and constant noise from the highway significantly detracted from our stay. Given the premium price paid for the suite, we expected better accommodation and more attentive service to our preferences. This experience has left us hesitant to recommend this hotel to others seeking a premium stay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet selection is vast. There was work going on to complete the promenade at the rear of the hotel, along the canal, so access was limited. The shower has very low pressure and did not maintain it's temperature, running from hot to luke warm constantly.
The drive to a d from the hotel to anywhere involves 3 passes of basically the same road as you have to turn left out of the hotel and drive for 3-4 mins before going around and then coning back up the same road. And then you have to do rhe sanw thing again to around the other side of the canal. A bit annoying.

Property has nice view and rooms are clean. For a large family, getting rooms on a single level might be a struggle and also moving across rooms if not on same floor is a struggle. Alley leading to rooms has a carpets that smell musty.
Restaurants are good and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with some quirks.

Amazing… beyond our expectations. They ensured we got an early check-in since one of the kids wasn’t feeling well. The rooms were adjoining, which was perfect for our family.

The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were incredibly friendly, from booking taxis to assisting us at the concierge. We’ll definitely choose a First Collection hotel on our next trip to Dubai.

Really nice hotel, staff is superb from front desk, porters, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Highly recommend this place, but bit far from everything. Uber is there but ot can add up quick so better to book close to attractions for extra. Hotel provides transport but delays due to traffic (which is understandable and not the hotels fault). There's 24hr grocers around but few restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant is great tho.
