Amazing! Futuristic hotel, love the sci-fi rooms. Super cool! Most friendly staff! Amazing location, next to La Perle theater and many restaurants and shops! Incredible, I will definitely stay again. Zoco Mexican restaurant inside the hotel is amazing too! And La Perle show was an absolutely mind-blowing performance!! A must-see!

We loved the vibe of the hotel- although it was a bit of an assault on the eyes! Lots of lines and mirrors and sparkly floors.

Our only non positive feedback was that the music was ridiculously loud around the pool area. I get that if it's full of people on a friday night it needs to be, but on a regular evening (or first thing in the morning!) it was prohibitive to even talking! And most of the time there were literally 3-4 people.

A couple of times we would have had another bottle of wine and enjoyed the evening sun, but the music was unbearable. Not a nice atmosphere to relax in.

The V Hotel Dubai truly lives by their slogan and proved “Anything you need anytime you need it just ask”.

Pros - staff, room, shuttle to beach, shuttle to Dubai mall, boardwalk, safe, Le perle, access to Hilton Al Habtoor

The concierge team at The V was exceptional and consistently went above and beyond! Richard, Samson, Hussnain, Rosanne, Ajay, Rafik, and Nabeel.

Kym, the guest relations manager, was also very attentive.

Unfortunately, we didn't catch the names of the housekeeping staff, but they kept our room spotless and were incredibly attentive to every detail.

A special shout-out to the host team and servers at Market Hilton Al Habtoor, where everything—from the food to the service—was always top-notch. Many thanks to Shune, Tarun, Emelyn, Lal, and Dinesh for always greeting us with warmth and a smile.

Cons - need transport to get around - Uber or taxis needed - not very much in the area - besides convenience store

We would highly recommend The V Hotel Dubai to our friends and family. We will definitely be back!

The check in people are not very friendly. Unsolicited prostitution is rampant in the lobby area and the reception which is located on the seventh floor. Breakfast is combined with guests of the Hilton. It chaos to say the least. You need to fight for a table, forced to stay on long lines to get warm dishes i.e. eggs etc. and you better forget to get any kind of service. Terrible. This is not a hotel I would recommend at all.

Hotel could use an update. 1970 vibe in the 12th floor and in the room. Room was huge, staff was amazing, breakfast was too notch. At Breakfast Nasir and Ann were two folks that stood out. They never stopped and always had a smile. Location was good but not walkable really.

Perfect hotel perfect service.

From the reception staff to the cleaners everyone gave exceptional customer service and all requests were dealt with promptly. The breakfast the location and just over all everything about this hotel was superb. The pool area was massive and so was the Hilton’s which guests can also make use of. Amazing hotel.

the hotel room offers a bathtub, one of the main reasons I made the booking. on arrival, I opened the water tap to see yellow dirty water coming from the tap.
I informed the staff, and after a few hours, they called me as I was out of the room, to say that they had fixed the issue.
I used the bathtub, and after I got out of the water, I realized that there was a lot of black debris at the bottom, which I later found to be rust particles. This caused me a skin infection and ruined my whole trip, I had to take a lot of medication and visit the doctor, to soothe the rash and burning on my skin, I could not go out and sightsee and enjoy my time for a whole week. it is disappointing for such a hotel not to have proper maintenance. I was left with both pain and horrible memories for my trip.

Quirky, large and very well laid out rooms

The location of the property is great, access easy. The rooms were very out of the box and spacious. Specially recommend the room with the round bed. We visited for new years when they were fully booked and the staff were over worked. Despite that, they maintained a smile, were friendly and managed to get us a room upgrade. Extremely happy with the service, cleanliness, rooms and the food. Only small complaint is with the hotel entry - the famous show le Perle shares the entry and there’s always a rush to get into the driveway, not too bothersome but need to give a few extra minutes there.

Upon check in the security told us to see the concierge inside. They took our bags but didn’t give us a tag which we felt was very unsafe. While we were in the lobby waiting 20 minutes for concierge we had to keep an eye on our bags needless to say it was definitely not safe so we took our own bags.
After 20 minutes and no concierge , we even asked all the security which they kept telling us to wait? Then they say go to 30th floor to check in.
Upon check in, 3 broken plug sockets. Lock hatch broken.
Upon check out there was a queue. Which you would expect to serve whoever is at the front .
The guest relations Karim decided to pick a guy out from the back to serve them first? Which when we said there’s a queue he says “just one minute please”
Breakfast - awful. Worst choice of options available

We originally booked for 3 nights but had to change it to 2 nights instead and we had the worst experience with v hotel and expedia in doing so. We were literally chasing both parties back and forth nonstop and they told us they would refund us for the last night and they never did. We didn't even stay for that last night either. Such headaches with this hotel and it was our only worst experience when we visited Dubai. Upon checking in and entering our rooms, it was gross and it didn't even look clean. We wanted to check out inmediately and stay somewhere else but they were already giving us such a hard time refunding us for the last night so we didnt bother. I don't even know how this hotel has 5 stars. We have stayed at hotels that are 3 or 4 stars and are way cleaner and way professional than this hotel. Honestly with the money you're spending at this hotel, you can use this money for a different hotel that is way better and cleaner. So disappointed.

Paid the booking twice - bad experience

The hotel is nice but I had a very bad experience with the booking which is the reason for my rate. I had booked the room for my cousin and paid in full before arriving. However, when she went to the hotel to check in, the receptionist argued that the reservation was not paid and made her pay in full again. She was on her own in Dubai and she did not know anyone to get some help or recommendations on what to do. She paid as requested but the hotel didn’t try to contact hotels.com to solve based on the fact that The reservation was confirmed and confirmation was the payment was received by hotels prior the stay.

It has passed a week since she checked in and none of us has received any refund yet. The booking was paid twice and nobody has been accountable for the refund. For sure, the experience was bad from the beginning.

Check in took around 30 minutes, and even though early check in was promised it was not received.

The room looks modern in the pictures but in actual fact it’s very dated, the features in the room were broken, bathroom smelt of damp and all’s of the plugs are fitted so low towards the self that even a phone charger doesn’t fit!

First night I was woken up 3 times as I had DND on, so they decided to ring the rooms phone instead for matters that had nothing to do with me. Next night I had a laundry delivery come to the room that wasn’t for me, again I had DND and they still came in.

Reported this to the management who offered a dinner as way of apology, but the dinner was limited to a very small fixed menu which only 2 options.

I reported that my watch was stolen from my room upon check out, they tried to say that because I was not wearing my watch when checking in that it didn’t exist. I asked for CCTV confirmation so that I can give this to the police and they declined to do so.

I ask for an email stating that they will not be prepared to comment on the watch, and they said they would do so but never did. They requested I call the police knowing full well that the police would ONLY attend if I was there, and as I was on my way to the airport within the next hour this wouldn’t be possible.

I’d never ever stay here again, the facilities of the communal areas are great, but the rooms, the staff and house keeping is beyond ridiculous. Worst 5 star ever.

it was a good experience but unfortunately it wasn't as enjoyable as we were expecting, we had multiple issues from the beginning, from broken coffee machine, room not in the best condition, delays on service, lost of time wasted waiting for requests, calling 5-7 times a day just to get the room clean, not enough coffee or cleaning supplies, no bath robes, etc, among other issues... things that you will never expect to have in a hotel like this one, so at the end we did not have a great time.

Hopefully they will improve their services so other guests can have better experiences.

I have stayed at several Hilton's in several different countries. All of the hotels are amazingly decorated with amazing staff. The V Hotel Dubai is extremely appealing, clean, close to nightlife, nightlife within the hotel, beautiful ambiance, amazing staff, great food, and services. The amenities at this hotel are superb and ALL staff are attentive and provide thorough and knowledgeable customer service. Thasleem from room service was amazing, attentive, respectful and, kind. This hotel is beyond 5 stars and I recommend anyone visiting Dubai to stay here!!!!!!!

المكان في الصور اجمل من الواقع .. واجهت عدم مصداقيه في بداية تسجيلي لدخول الفندق من قبل الموظفين ولكن اتت موظفه اسمها مريم وحلت الاشكاليه وكانت لطيفه في التعامل .. ابسط الامور في الخدمه الغرف لم تكن تتوفر الا عند الطلب مثل العدد الكافي من العود والمناديل وبعض الاشياء كانت تحتاج لصيانه.. الفندق يعتبر من الفنادق الفخمه ولكن يحتاج لصيانه وايضا اسراع عملية تسجيل الدخول وعن فنسي لا انصح العوائل الخليجيه في السكن فيه والسبب ان المكان صاخب جدا في الليل والازعاج الحاصل من بعض الغرف ايضا

We had a lovely anniversary weekend at the V Hotel. You can valet park for free on arrival and are whisked up to the 30th floor to reception. We were checked into our round bed suite and taken there by Tatiana who was so quick and helpful and even made sure we had the loyalty app to collect points during our stay. We had a lovely time by the pool and a yummy lunch. They do a great job at firefly. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Summer Place which I highly recommend before a fabulous show at La Perle which exceeded my expectations. The hotel is super modern and futuristic. It felt like a cross between Vegas and Star Trek. The round beds are huge and so comfortable. This was definitely a cool experience for a staycation or visitor to Dubai!

Nice hotel with an excellent choice of restaurants (several alternatives among the three Hilton-related resorts). Following some small issues at check-in, the staff did its best to fix them and they have been really helpful. We have been staying in one of the suites, which is nicely decorated and clearly different from any other hotel room I ever slepts in! Love the design!

I loved this hotel. It’s a club on the top level that played music and served food and hookah, beautiful ambiance but very expensive.
It was a pool party over the weekend, I did not want to leave!
The hotel is close to fun activities, clubs, bars, restaurants.

Only bad thing I have to say is I went to the mall and purchased new shoes. When room service came into my room they through the box and bag and receipt out.. brand new shoes were sitting directly beside it.

The hotel is a bit Ikea and outdated, the most distressing thing was the hotel room although a free upgrade, it wasn't very clean, the sofa was very worn and was stained as where the bed sheets. The hotel staff need to be more identifiable in their uniforms, the only positive was the gym.

The hotel needs a refurbishment - nearly every surface is badly marked. Housekeeping seem to delight in daily leaving something out of the room that one would need - e.g. water, soap, toilet paper.
Room service try left for over 12 hours outside the door.
Breakfast room staff are either insolent or leary and creepy - looking at your anatomy not your face when they talk to you - classy.

The hotel facility was nice and modern. The rooms were uniquely decorated. Since the interior was all white, some of the furniture had permanent stains. The room switches also did not work right away, esp the switch for the curtains. You had to push the switches multiple times till they worked. The window view was nice from the room.

It was a lovely time in the hotel, which was in the perfect location near the Burj Khalfia. Only issue is the cloest Metro is 12-15mins walk away, but it is easy to get around with Taxi's which are always availble. The room was very spacious and beautiful! Great that there is a Club onsite you can have a drink on your way back and go back to your room!

However, I have called the service option and I requested the employee to send the housekeeping to clean my room because I will leave the hotel to have a dinner outside and she confirmed that she will send the housekeeping to my room. I went out for 4 hours and when I came back I got shocked when I saw the room as it is and nobody clean the room.

Hotel is very noisy they blast music from 8am until midnight around the pool, they don't lower the music. I changed rooms twice and same issue!
The staff are unprofessional and attitude: 1- I got a delivery and the reception asked me to come down to pick it up and 2- when I complained to the manager about the noise and told him I had a hard time sleeping his response to me was \"it's not that big of a deal\" he did not even apoligize.
One cleaner for 2 floors so if you leave your room for 3hrs it might still not be ready.
The pool is tiny and the music is terrible
And finally the consistent sound of water pipes over my head when the floor above showers.
