The room was very comfortable and spacious, offering a high level of comfort.
However, I found that some of the staff were not as friendly or welcoming as expected.
I had requested a special arrangement for my partner’s 40th birthday and received a confirmation message, but unfortunately, nothing was prepared. This was quite disappointing, especially for a hotel of such a high standard.

The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the staff was wonderful and helpful! It was our first time in Dubai and the location was perfect! It's right across the street from the Burj Khalifa with unique views of it from the rooftop pool, giving some of the best views of the city. It is also attached to Dubai Mall via above ground tunnel system which was amazing when the weather was so hot and convenient for getting around. We absolutely loved our stay here!

I ended up booking the Address Sky View Hotel by mistake, thinking it was the other Address Downtown, but I was pleasantly surprised by this newer branch. The hotel is magnificent, particularly the stunning views and its proximity to the Dubai Mall. The pool on the 52nd floor is truly breathtaking.
However, I did encounter some issues with the spa staff, who weren’t very responsive. I attempted to make a booking several times and was promised a call back, but unfortunately, I never received one.
The top-floor restaurant, C’est La Vie, offers incredible views, but the food was average, especially when compared to the competition, such as the 99 Restaurant in the other Address Downtown, which is simply outstanding.
On a positive note, the flower arrangements, atmosphere, and scent in the reception area are exceptional, adding to the overall experience.

There were no toothbrushes at the rooms and when I came to the front desk to ask the lady at the front treated me like an idiot like I don’t know reception don’t give toothbrush and that it had to be delivered to the rooms instead. Don’t know why the tone can be so rude… left a bad taste for the 1 night stay here. I got here super early because of my flight, and they were super accommodating with an early check-in—plus, I even got a room upgrade. The whole hotel feels so luxurious, and it smells incredible everywhere. The views of the Burj Khalifa are insane, especially at night. The iftar buffet was amazing, with so many delicious options. The infinity pool was perfect for relaxing, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful the whole time. I can’t wait to stay here again.

I wanted to take a shower before sleeping and there were no hot water. They left a note saying due to annual maintenance there is no hot water available till next day 12pm. I am really disappointed given i would have stayed somewhere else during this period

The staff entered room in my absence when told not to and also there is no accessible way back after 11 from the mall without stairs or escalators. The room was super cold in January but they did give electric heaters but i ended up with a cold cos of 1st night. The two room service guys who served food were very polite. The skyline pool isnt for kids and also the indoor spa was also not for kids so we couldnt enjoy together as family

As mentioned above the area around this property is pretty safe and quiet fairly quiet. Also it's close to Dubai Mall which is probably the largest mall in the world. There are plenty of dining options that you would like. Transportation is very very easy. Taxi is there or the Metro. Just a walking distance and it's walkable very nice to walk around especially now that the temperature in the climate is very nice especially early morning or in the evening.
