The washing machine was not working at first. After I requested it to be fixed, it was repaired but then started leaking water. The air-conditioning thermostat is very old and does not function properly, which made it difficult to control the room temperature. Overall, the facilities need serious maintenance and upgrades. The staff was very helpfull and good.

Not a 4-Star Experience – Disappointing Stay!
This hotel does not meet 4-star standards by Dubai expectations and is not suitable for long stays.
Check-in took over 3 hours, which was very frustrating. Despite booking a non-smoking room, reception initially tried to assign a smoking room. Instead of resolving issues efficiently, management attempted to upsell us to a Suite, which felt inappropriate given the circumstances.
All “Spacious” rooms are facing Sheikh Zayed Road, a very busy 14-lane highway, resulting in constant traffic noise. The room itself is outdated and in need of renovation. The bathroom is very small, the door doesn’t open fully, and the tub/shower combo with a curtain feels old and inconvenient. There was also no cold water in the shower.
The refrigerator/freezer was not working and was replaced with a mini-bar fridge. The kitchenette had no plates or silverware, making it unusable. Clothes came out smelling bad after using the washer/dryer, and the room clearly needs deep cleaning. On some days, towels and bath mats were missing.
Technology is outdated: no AirPlay or ChromeCast, no USB charging ports, and no smart lighting controls.
The building has only 5 elevators for 65-floors with 462 rooms, causing severe crowding and long waits in the morning.
Overall, this property does not justify a 4-star rating in Dubai. Acceptable for a very short stay, but not recommended for extended stays.

We had excellent service from Faith at breakfast and Sirajudeen from housekeeping. The free shuttle to a few attractions and proximity to the metro was great.

Unfortunately the elevators take forever especially during breakfast. We also did not like the breakfast food .

The Staff, room was excellent! I had 2 issues, first the lifts, they have so many lifts but you have to wait up to 5 minutes for it to come down! second the breakfast! service is super slow! they seem 2 have 2 restaurants and only 1 has a live egg station (2nd floor), we preferred the 1st floor restaurant and you can order eggs... but you have to wait 10-15 minutes its a joke really! every morning our breakfast got ruined, cold! towards the end of the stay we decided to skip out breakfast, it was that bad! anyways apart from that yeah not a bad place to stay!

Right from our arrival, the check-in staff were fantastic! The breakfast offered a large variety of quality food. The young lady at the door 'Faith' was smiley and offered a warm welcome. The buffet manager \"Chandon\" was super helpful and attentive to everyone's needs.
All in all a wonderful experience!
I would go back to this hotel anytime!

Great hotel. We had room 40 with a Burj Khalifa room and it was amazing. Staff were very good and every request was granted.

Only thing is there is a long wait for the lifts and they all don't seem to be running at anyone time. Overall a great stay.

Great location for the RTA. Good, large rooms with large fridge and microwave. Good amenities, twin room had two double beds, very clean, great staff. Breakfast was good. Food at restaurant and poolside very good. The two things to consider are the shower is over a very high bath, which for someone of my height was difficult to get into and the lifts took forever to come and sometimes they were already full.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, causing people to rush to the stairwell. We had to run down from the 19th floor, and we were not informed that it was a false alarm—as they claim—until families had already reached the reception. It was an extremely miserable night.

Staff interaction was very positive, especially Chandan in the ding room where we met him both at breakfast and dinner. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The hotel is in a great spot for transport and the Museum of the Future. Unfortunately we were on the 51st floor and it was frustrating how long we had to wait for the lift when we wanted to go to breakfast or out for the day. The rooms were spotless as was the hotel. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the meal we had at O’lio was also good. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and ‘hello’. We are going back for one night on 31/12/2025 but I would prefer a room where the stairs are an option to the very slow responding lift.

Room was cleaned daily, we traveled with toddlers and really appreciated all the staff especially Mujahid, Mohamed, Moaz, Hazel and many more who were incredible and made us feel welcomed. The buffet was amazing. I will surely return in the future god willing.

I paid extra For Burj Khalifa view and all i got is dirty windows. Very dirty! And i didn’t stay for couple days . I stayed for 10 nights! Windows was horribly dirty! Cleaning didn’t vacuum or clean the dust. I would never go back to that hotel again’

The check on process was beyond exhausting. It took over 1.5 hrs to check in, as the front desk staff could not find the reservation. We shared our passports, the Expedia booking number, emails, etc, yet it took forever to finally be granted a room. It was a despicable experience. While the hotel is overall ok, the expediency and efficiency of the staff really matters. This must be brought to their attendtion.

My first time visiting Dubai. I spent three nights in this hotel. The room service (Jubeir and Hark) very professional and fast in cleaning. Their service is amazing. Even tho all the receptionists and breakfast staff are generous and love to make their guests happy as leaders of this country . I had an issue abt the suite I reserve. The temperature inside the room so high tho .I called the air conditioning technician twice, the first day and the second day during my stay. The air conditioning technician tried on the second day and told me that the temperature is high in this suite. I contacted the receptionist and after a simple discussion, he tried to give me another room. unfortunately , It was my last night, so I refused the request. In any case, I recommend this hotel.

Overall quite good! Excellent pool, service, view to die for! One minor issue with restaurant that was professionally resolved and much appreciated. That said we were surprised that the food and restaurant at the towers Rotana across the road was better (we stayed there last time) but that more than balances out with what Rayhaan has better. Would I stay at Rayhaan again? Yes!

They surprised me with a birthday cake and a card when I came back from the beach and they also decorated my bed with a beautiful red cushion and a runner which said Happy Birthday on it.

the room was really nice, as we had it upgraded to a suite. my family really loved the room, we had soo much space.

the only downside was the windows, which were not clean, but when we was leaving they had ppl cleaning the whole building

The hotel room phone was not working, we reported it few times with no fix, had to go all the way down from 62nd floor any requests.

when we was leaving for the airport, we used the hotel taxi for a fixed negotiated price, but the driver decided to charge us 35 AED extra saying it was some tax charge. was not happy about this, wont be using service again.

Hotel is 80meters from Metro red line Financial station, an easy subway ride from airport is 5 Dirhams, truly convenient!
Room's furniture is bit old but spacious to Parisian standard. We stayed 7 nights, all good except 2 days without housekeeping cleaning service, we had to call to get the cleaning done.
Location is great and I would recommend this hotel.

great hotel in a great location. 2 minute walk to the station and half hour walk to dubai mall and burj khalifa. rooms are comfortable, secure and clean with great views. staff was fantastic - and shout out to the wonderful staff member who checked me in - kind, friendly, helpful and professional. surrounded by 2 hour coffee shops and easy access to everything. great hotel.

Lack of dishes in rooms restricts how you can enjoy your own snacks in privacy, washing up should improve and some individual staff members tend to profit from 'on the side' business.
