Very convenient hotel for the World Trade Centre, which is a quick walk away. The staff are very helpful and courteous and friendly. My room was very pleasant and had a great view. Very pleased with the bathroom. Food including room service is also very good. Room was very quiet. Overall, very pleased.

Not a 5 stars hotel. It is a good 4 stars.
The insulation in th rooms is terrible. We were.awake several times at night due to our neighbor room occupants discussions.
We requeated to have the coffee maker exchanged for a nespresso and regardless of the efforts that kindly Muhammed (at the reception) did, apparently the management's policies are more important that the guests comfort.
The covers at the beds were too thin and the room pretty small. The bathroom door sounded loudly when opening or closing, adding to the noises at night.
Lastly, we received a call before checking out remind us to leave. Not nice

Not good. Arrived and my room wasn't ready - so upgraded to a suite on level 46. They neglected to tell me this is 3 floors below a nightclub and the sound insulation is non-existent, so you can expect loud thumping bass until 3am. They don't even provide any earplugs, despite knowing this is an issue. The rooms (especially the shower room) gets very cold and there appears to be no heating.

Not sure if other hotels are similar, but definitely don't recommend staying here if you want a good night's sleep!

I had the most relaxing time at Hotel Coco Dubai! From the moment I arrived, the experience was flawless. The check-in process was smooth, and Mae and Happy were absolutely exceptional. Their attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything was perfect truly stood out.

The customer service throughout my stay was top-notch, from the incredible room service to the delightful happy hour on the 42nd floor. The atmosphere, views, and drinks were all exceptional.

Although I stayed for only three days, it was so wonderful that I didn’t feel the need to step outside the hotel. The massage service was rejuvenating, and the barbershop experience was phenomenal—talk about luxury and relaxation rolled into one!

Hotel Coco is more than a place to stay; it’s an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend it, and I can’t wait to return!

From arrival we felt unwelcomed to the establishment. We waited for 10 minutes holding all of our bags until someone finally offered assistance. We stood for 20 minutes waiting for registration and over 45 minutes for the entire check-in.
When we got to the room it smelled bad like a wet dog and many things in the room were not working. The bed is uncomfortable and the extra bed was unusable because it was hard and with springs.
The property is outdated and offers nothing special to draw people other than unsuspecting first-time guests.
We booked a Club Suite and were told on check-in that we were receiving an \"upgraded\" room option, despite being placed in a lower room option than booked.
We have stayed in Dubai hotels for over 16 years and this stay ranks at the bottom of the list for overall and specific service, quality, and amenities.

Voco hotel is conveniently located for Dubai World Trade Centre and is also close to Metro stations and the Museum of The Future. It is a short-ish taxi ride from the airport.

All the public areas are nice, modern, clean and well laid out.

The staff were all excellent, a really good feature of this hotel.

My room was comfortable and I had a great view, 38th floor. I loved the automatic curtains and the free standing bath with a view! The bed was comfy. The only negative is that the walls seem quite thin so one can hear guests in the next room easily.

The food was great, a good selection for breakfast and there are a few restaurants in the building for lunch and dinner. The Celcius buffet is very good.

Great Stay, Amazing views. It is probably the best for young professionals. There is so much to do within the hotel (clubs, restaurants, spa, pool). The staff was amazing. The pool is a bit small for such a huge hotel but I went usually at opening time & the space was pretty empty.

Lovely business hotel in a great location to the World Trade Center. Lovely room and comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and very nice.
The service was fantastic throughout. The swimming pool is very small and gets very crowded. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area.

We asked for an extra towel 3 times over the course of 8 hours and finally got it. Also when we checked in there was smokiness, we called the reception who told us they do not have smoking rooms, cut us off and then said they will call the front desk manager to see if they have other available rooms, we will be called back, after 4 nights, no call back at all, overall hotel is nice and good location, but service was disappointing and disrespectful.

More a club than a hotel - not recommended

Stylish hotel on Sheikh Zayed road, though in the evening the hotel turns more into a nightclub with endless people loitering around the lobby and lifts trying to find the club. I would not stay here if travelling for business or with a family. The check-in process was also one of the lengthiest I experienced with the front desk having to press a million buttons on the computer to check me in.

stayed there with my wife for 10 days rooms are neat and clean, room service is not good, we have call room service many times if we need something,options in breakfast buffet are not much but the staff are really helpful.
Hotel's lobby needs a full makeover and hotel's pool is really small.

There is an issue with the vallet on the weekend. One of the vallet staff ask me to go and call the assistant from the lobby to take my things from the car till he becomes free to take my car to the parking. The duty manager solved this matter in a good way. I observed that the reception usually has two open counters only which is not enough to serve the people who keep waiting for long time. The location is perfect. The breakfast and the room is great. The room service is quick and good. The hotel is recommended in order to be close to the most popular places in Dubai.

The staff was amazing and accommodating!!! Our luggage was loss via the airline and the staff at Voco made sure to contact baggage claim to be sure our luggage will get to the correct destination. The front hotel attendants were always available for service and efficient in getting me a car service to get around Dubai

I booked Voco because it was the cheapest 5* I could find in a central location, I was expecting it to be alright but it exceeded all my expectations and more
The welcome was great
The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice
Our room had such an amazing view of museum of the future and sky scrapers
The bars and restaurants are great with a specifically shout out for Tresind the Indian on the 2nd floor
Great pool and spa too
And all of this a 5 minute walk from the metro which makes the transfer from the airport so easy
I’ll be recommending to anyone I know going to Dubai and would stay again in future

Overall our hotel stay was very pleasant. We did have to request a change of room (suite) on the first day as the shower wasn’t usable and the sofa was far too small. However, the hotel staff were accommodating and moved us to another room promptly. The stay was very good from this point and the staff were friendly.

Everything is great but I am always facing the same bad experience: what I book on Expedia application is not matching with the booking Expedia is communicating / agreeing with the hotel. And, the hotel is always requesting me to make the needed calls and reconciliation between Expedia and the hotel. Recent example is my stay on Jan. 4 till 7. My reservation was breakfast for 2 persons but they refused and said the reservation from Expedia is for 1 person. Other examples are also available. Hope that Expedia sort this matter out or provide the guest copy of the reservation requested / communicated by Expedia to the hotel. Hope not to face these bad experiences anymore in the future.

I am on a business trip and extended 3 days so I decided to check in to Voco Hotel as my office is just next to it .
1st , the access card didn't work for 4 times .
Would be better if the carpet don't stink and looks extremely dirty.
The walls should be thicker as I can't sleep well due to the noises of the guest next room. Pillows smells bad , bed bouncy, quilt is thin and light.
Rooms are old. Aircon either goes too cold or OFF itself. Aircon will make noise every 20 minutes or so for some minutes.. This is also one of the reason as well that disturbs my sleep.

No hairdryer in the room and I don't think for a 5 star hotel, I have to request for it.

Papercup for the hot drinks? This is totally a joke.
Plastic cups for rinsing my mouth in the bathroom?
Toothbrush need to request for a 5 star hotel.

I booked a smoking room but given a non-smoking floor.
I was told by the reception that i can smoke in this room but they can't give me an ashtray.
So what happen to non-smoking guest check in after I check out the room? Get a stale room?

Unbelievable!!!!

This is a 5 star hotel like anywhere else in Dubai and It is painful to pay around USD 470 per night . I should check the review before I book it for 3 nights. I regret booking this hotel!

And a side note, too much working girls hanging out , dressed revealing in the lobby. It makes me insecure as I am a woman.

The staffs are friendly and that's the reason I gave 2 points for them.

I am writing my honest review.
