I stayed at Nassima because I thought it would be close to the Trade Center as I was in Dubai for a work conference. It turns out that due to the location, you have to either walk FAR or take an uber/taxi, which means you're stuck in so much traffic. For this reason, I would never stay here again if I'm at a Trade Center conference. It's NOT walkable and even the metro stop is a distance away with a lot of walking.

On the good news, the connectoin to the Voca Hotel is fantastic because the breakfast buffet was delicious. Coffee was terrible.

The best part about the experience was the STAFF. Fantastic check in and check out experience with the ladies at the desk was very quick, hospitable, and when my room was missing several things upon check in, they sent it up quickly.

I want to appreciate Kashif the valet who was professional, helpful, and kind.

Hotel was nice and clean, location not the best but is fine to get taxis and the metro is located right out front. Room was clean and spacious but needed some lamps as having the large room lights on all the time became quite annoying.

Very big service apartment. Need electronic upgrade-still has old Sony lcd TV with TV cable connection. Has to upgrade to chromecast and mobile connectivity. Has dedicated modems to rooms, giving very fast internet connection. Daily cleaning and upkeep of rooms are done. Room also has a dedicated kitchen with stove microwave and dishwasher, 2 bathrooms 1 master bathroom with bathtub and other guest bathroom with a washing machine and dryer.

Fantastic location and nice space. The thing that really makes this hotel standout is the staff. They are so accommodating and kind, they go out of their way to make sure you have all the amenities you could need. Everyone from the front desk staff to the security at the front of the building to the bell hops, it was definitely the staff that made my stay so special

It is a terrible interior, furniture and carpet. Sofa was bad too. Washing machine didn't work. Customer service was so bad. Boys were helpful in assisting. But customer service has only one answer, if washing machine breaks what can we do. Except shower, everything is in a poor state. More like a two star housing. They have a pool and gym attached from next door hotel. Overall I was pretty disappointed with the apartment given.

We booked 2 one-bedroom apartments because we’re 5 adults and these have 4 bathrooms…. Dirty bathrooms like they have not been cleaned for ages! Major maintenance issues! No house cleaning no service!!! Also no towels no tissues no toilet roll no toiletries! They said upon request!!! We requested but were told we can only get 2 !!!!! I had to fight for towels! Reception people were cooperative. Overall if it wasn’t for sold out gitex circumstances we would not stay

Worst experience. I was told room is ready when i checkedin. When i reached the room staff was sitting in the room and said it is not ready pls come back after some time. Couches were stained and looked dirty. There was no water at night. In the morning when i went for shower the water coming out was literally brown.

Stayed here for a business trip for three days, its ok but a little tired, only complaint was just after arriving there was a leak from the bathroom ceiling, took two calls to reception to actually get a maintenance guy up to fix it, after fixing he said sorry but turn the water heater on for this bathroom, luckily I had a two room apartment so just used the other bathroom. Didn't get her name but the Philippino girl on reception was great, really helpful and really friendly.

The bed is very bad and not comfortable at all i am pregnant and i woke up daily with back pain
And the furniture is very old and the tower smells so bad. And no one know about this hotels all the taxis didn’t know which make our life disaster

Apartment was a bit tired looking but ok. No iron or kettle upon checkin but HK brought promptly. Previous guests garbage found in kitchen cupboards. Water for shower barely tepid - issue not resolved despite informing reception. For some strange reason shower cubicle drain covered with solid metal plate so entire bathroom flooded on use. HK staff and in particular doormen friendly and helpful

Dubai is a place of contradictions and so was the hotel. Beautiful marble floors, wall coverings but really crappy finishing and furnishings. In addition they also allow in room smoking in some rooms so make sure your specific in your room request

Amazing stay

First i booked an one bed room apartment in the tower but when I reached there they told me that the tower is full and they are out of rooms due to a busy season so they took me to the hotel part wnd offerd me sn upgrade to a premium suite but a non smoking one because all the smoking rooms were fully booked at the end and acter 20 mn waiting they gave me a room with a small living room that was like a box and the toilet was leaking so i had to put towels on the floor over all in can give the whole experience 4/10 , i dont know if its the hotel fault or hotel.com for not guaranteeing my booking bad bad experience from the hotel and the app i paid for a nothing

Overall experience was ok. Apt is close to a few food spots, small market, and pharmacy. They don't provide cleansers or towels for the kitchen. We had to ask for face towels everyday for some reason. They provide adapters for the electrical outlets. Tv channels aren't in English except CNN.

37th floor floor to ceiling glass for the perfect

Dubai is an amaxing place but location and your accommodation will either make or break your holiday. The Nassima Tower Apartment 3703 that we stayed in was magnificent. Huge living, kitchen dining, HUGE bedroom with ensuite including a bath, a second toilet, washing machie, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave. However, the hot water system is very poor, the hotel left not basic necessities for an apartment like a plug for the kitchen sink, a sponge to wash up, dishwashing liquid to clean cutlery, clothes washing powder, etc. We went and bought basics at Zoom, right next door but truly - a few small necessities would help.

Convenient from airport (15 mins only), near Metro Station, easy to avoid traffic jam, mini mart nearby, few eateries and pharmacy in the area. Price is right (sgd 270) per night and it ain't far from the major shopping malls and easy to travel to theme parks and premium outlet.Hotel buffet is good and reasonably priced.

Great business hotel apartment near Dubai downtown

We stayed here in November 2017 for two weeks. If you are looking for a full-service hotel apartment near the downtown area of Dubai, this place is one of the best ones. Very roomy--big living room and equally large bedroom. The laundry washer and drying hanger within the unit were extremely convenient. Friendly staff. Great choices of destination for the free area shuttle service including the Dubai Mall, the Mall of Emirates and the Emmar Square. Highly recommended!

At the time i arrived to the hotel, they were only one receptionist to serve all guests. I had to wait for almost 30min to get checkin.

Also the living room carbet in the apartment had some marks and the master bedroom wardrobe was old and hard to open .

I picked this hotel because of the favorable reviews on Expedia. Although we appreciate the upgrade to the penthouse level the hotel is just satisfactory. I chose this hotel as it had a nice pool for my daughter but was disappointed to find out that it was closed due to renovations. They did have plan in place to use another pool at another hotel but that was a hassle and we only used it once. Sometimes when having a shower the water was really cold, and the water pressure was really bad. At times we could not get water from the kitchen sink either. One day the dishwasher worked and another we could not get it to work.

Great location for walking & short cab rides, also huge rooms with all the comforts of home, great view of the city & staff was more than helpful. Only down side was the elevator system was a little confusing depending on the floor you were located on, and the pool was in the sister hotel - the Royal, so a bit of a trek to get there, but once you were there the pool was great with good views.

Booked upon reviews with no regrets. My kids loved it there. So spacious with nice sea and city view. I booked online from the uk. Will definitely recommend and book again. Note glossary stores and restaurants just two min walk from the hotel. Staffs are amazing and nice they offered for free a more luxurious room on arrival just to mark my hubbys bday because we arrived on his birthday.

I stayed in multiple hotels during my visit to Dubai, Nassima was the first one I stayed in and the best. My wife and I liked their location, rooms and staff, also it is great for the money we paid. Rooms were spacious but lighting wasn't good because they are using small led bulbs. Staff were cheerful and willing to help make our stay great. Over all the experience was great!
