I would definitely recommend staying at the Sheraton Grand Hotel. The room was spotless and very modern. The bed was supper comfortable and the towels were clean. I love the fact they had a mini bar along with other items you could purchase inside your room. The staffs are friendly and they did everything to make sure my stay was worthwhile especially since a lot was going on with Dubai thunderstorm and our plans got disrupted. There was an abundance of food options especially at the Feast restaurant. I love the fact that a Jamaican restaurant was on this property catering to us Caribbeans. Overall 10/10 experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Grand Dubai, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted me with warm smiles making me feel instantly at home.

The hotel itself is a stunning blend of modern elegance and traditional charm. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need. The panoramic views of the Dubai skyline from my room were simply breathtaking, especially at sunset.

One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel offers a variety of restaurants, each with its unique atmosphere and culinary delights. I particularly enjoyed dinner at the Jamaican and Indian restaurant, where the food was freshly made and the flavors were authentic and delicious. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, featuring an impressive selection of international dishes, fresh fruits, and pastries.

The facilities at Sheraton Grand Dubai are top-notch. The pool area is beautifully designed, providing a serene escape from the bustling city. I also took advantage of the spa services, which were heavenly and rejuvenating.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Dubai, with easy access to major attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The concierge team was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations and assisting with reservations.

The hotel its self is really good. The rooms are lovely and the dinning areas and food are super . It is however really noisy and busy around it. You need to be on 30 floor to be awy from.the constant road noise
The only other issue was the checkin and check out staff..we had a nughtmare checking in and checking iut was equally a poor experince . It took too long and the people doing it really did not know whst they were doing-it was a shambles and a very poor experience

I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, despite having been a loyal customer for five years. Unfortunately, the rooms failed to meet basic cleanliness standards, with loose sockets and dirty towels provided by housekeeping. To make matters worse, our toilet seat was broken. This was undoubtedly the worst experience for my family and me, and we will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are well designed for comfort and convenience. There is a nice exercise facility and a beautiful pool on the top level. I was very impressed by the positive attitude of the staff that cleaned my room (Sange and Narendra), the wait staff in the hotel dining room (Gagan, Sweety, Abbasi, Dipesh and Hunny), and Don the pool manager.

There was a lot of problems water leakage blind fell off, they didnt change bed sheets for five days, till we asked for them to change it. valet would delay almost every day. Not a good experience at all

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Great room. However, the toilet in the half bathroom constantly runs after you flush unless you press the flush a certain way or press it a few times to stop the water running.
The shower door does not close properly which caused our bathroom floor to constantly be wet and slippery after a shower and we we’re constantly having to put multiple towels on the floor to soak up all the water.
The maintenance man came to fix these but nothing was actually fixed.

A few mins walk from a metro, great facilities, lovely breakfast, really enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi and the spa area was amazing. The staff were lovely but as i was there for a weeks it became a little repetitive that someone would ask for a google review personally naming them, when that was the first they spoke to me. Happy to give to reviews when someone deserves this, just not because that was the first encounter we had e.g they did not help with anything but just came up to me to ask for a review etc.
