This is a beautiful hotel with upscale amenities. Their breakfast was excellent and their entire staff gave us a five star treatment. One of the concierge staff, Christian set us up with a beautiful surprise (cake and wine) for our stay. Highly recommend this hotel

I was in hurry as had to rush for a dinner. While long time for check in was acceptable, the key not working was not. Staff at Club Lounge issued another one. That also didnt work. Then they sent a new one which took ita sweet time. I was explaind that there were upgrading the locks. So their old cards didnt work on new locks. Shouldnt they know and issue the right cards? Then I asked for directions to my dinner place. I was advised to take taxi which will take 15 minutes. The placed happened tl be less than 5 min walk

Front desk should have better service

The Residence side pool is not as good as the other premises. I had a surprising unwelcoming checkout experience as front desk manager Faisal wanted to argue with me on internet charges. I offered to pay it but it was more important for him to win the argument than concentrate on smooth customers service. I find other hotel next time.

first i want to mention that they have overcharged me $3k for my stay, i have prepaid for my stay and upon my check out they charged me again same amount. i have addresses the issue to front desk and they informed they going to refund me this amount within 3 weeks, one month passed already and i have still did not receive my refund. They never sent me any confirmation of refund but gladly i handle paper statements. I had to open a dispute with my credit card to get my money bank. i really think with such a high end hotel you should not experience such careless attitude. i have never even received an apology for such inconvenience

Well apart than that hotel is really overpriced. Room is small and dark and service is poor. Spa rooms are cold and massage therapist are unprofessional.

I reserved this hotel for my mom’s 50th birthday. I reached out to guest relations to ask them to ensure my mom’s room was decorated for the occasion. Well they went above and beyond. They made each day of her stay special. They even had us send birthday wish videos and they put it together and played it on her tv in her room. She was so surprised to come back to all the decorations, cake, videos from us in the states. Ms. Vaishnavi from guest relations was extraordinary. She goes above and beyond.

When I go to Dubai this is the I my hotel I will ever stay in. I can’t think them enough for making my mom’s trip so special!

My solo birthday trip

The staff was amazing. They were attentive, polite, and nade sure my birthday was special by bringing me a birthday card and small cakes. My room was quite clean and well appointed. The food was also great. I ate in the hotel 80% of the time suring my stay and I was quite pleased with both the selections and the taste. I was impressed with the spa and also enjoyed the outdoor pooI. I look forward to staying there again.

We had a bit of an issue at first with the room we got being too close to the brunch party at flair , which goes on from 1 pm and continues till 6 then restarts again from 8-2am . Although it’s not insanely loud, I am super sensitive to noise and it kept me up. The next day when we complained they moved us immediately to a quieter room in the other side. We appreciated wissam the manger on duty’s professionalism in this matter. Everything else was great , room service arrived every time in record time (under 20 minutes for burgers after midnight was a first for us!) and all other requests were met under 10 min (drinks; creamer , etc) fantastic stay.

A bit disappointed after check out ( as the men outside help for the luggage and do everything but one of our bags was missed and Was not in Car and we came back from far to take it again so just don’t rely on them and you need to check everything better).

Great staff but hotel needs major refab

Great staff who go out of their way to make one comfortable and address all needs but hotel and rooms in need of much overdue upgrade/refab to reflect the Ritz Carlton standards and price tag that’s attached to it . Beds were too old that they sunk in middle, carpets in room were worn out and towels had lost their lust and truly need a replacement.
The taff on the other hand turkey made up for all the shortcomings of the facilities and made the stay most enjoyable

Best Service, Best Staff

The Ritz DIFC is a destination in and of itself in Dubai. I've never been treated so well by the entire staff of a hotel, from checking in to the random personnel we met along our stay. They all bent over backwards to accommodate us (2 adults, 1 baby), almost to the point of being embarrassing but never disingenuous in the least. For example, when I was out the housecleaner noticed I didn't have a tablet stand while using a keyboard and made a custom stand for me out of cardboard that worked beautifully. Astonishing. We also took advantage of the Club membership on the 13th floor (I highly recommend it and worth every penny). Again, the staff in the Club were incredible, always remembering our names and helping with any request, from sightseeing to sending us cappuccinos at 0430 on the morning of our checkout. I can't recommend the hotel enough and will stay there every time I visit Dubai from this point forward.

Good - Not Quite Ritz Carlton Good

Overall the hotel was decent, however I did not find it up to the standard I have normally seen in other Ritz Carlton locations. The club level dining, especially it's cleanliness has much to be desired. Service staff was kind/friendly overall on the club level, but food was often found with flies on it and tables left uncleaned for an unusual amount of time for a hotel of this calibre.

The only other issue we experienced was in Cafe Belge - we had a very rude bartender. Overall we had enough issues to write into corporate. However, the management staff was attentive to the issues and responded quickly, which is good I suppose.

The positives were that the hotel is nice and quiet, and it is in a surprisingly good location even for those not on business, as it is a <$10 Uber ride to just about every downtown destination and within 20 mins of the airport. I was surprised with the amount of families on site for a financial district hotel (I suppose for the holidays).

Overall, I would recommend. It is still a great hotel with large rooms (we were on club level) I just feel they have some changes to make if they want to be up to the signature Ritz Carlton experience that I've had/seen in other locations around the world.

Constructions around the hotel were very noisy

I booked the largest suit in the hotel . The balcony overlooks construction and it didn’t have any good view! And it was on second floor!! I requested for higher floors but when I checked in they told me that those largest suits are on the lower floors (surprisingly) we pay more than other rooms and we get lower floors!!!!

The best welcome and the best service with a smile

As soon as we came out of the arrivals, our car driver was there to take us to our hotel The Ritz-Carlton.The driver was helpful and the car was very clean.At the reception, we were welcomed by Saurav with a smile and in a very polite manner. We were provided with an excellent service with a smile by all of the staff members and the quality of the food was absolutely great. We have decided to go back and stay at The Ritz-Carlton again next year and would love to recommend to family and friends. Thank you, all members of staff concerned at the hotel for making our stay so very nice and enjoyable.

I couldn't sleep well.

I couldn't sleep well since the light comes from the window of the bathroom and the bathroom is separated with a glass wall from the bedroom. So, the light comes through the glass to the bedroom.
