Hotel staffs are very helpful and very kind, but the hotel service and repairs management needs changing, ASAP, as for teo weeks steam room didn't work!, and we couldn't fully enjoy the facilities, and the hotel policy should be stricter with guests which have no respect for others, loud music from guests shouldn't be allowed anywhere in the building , guests should have a better behavior in using facilities without making anything dirty!. The hotel lifts was not working properly, many time stuck and couldn't come out the lifts!!.in general the hotel location is good and all staffs are amazing and extremely helpful.

Every member of staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, they were so kind and polite. The breakfast staff were all lovely and always smiling and the breakfast always had variety. I was upgraded to a room that had a view of the burj khalifa, the apartment was spacious and had everything and cleaned daily. The best thing about the hotel was it was only a 5 minute walk to Dubai mall. My family and I will be staying at this hotel again for sure!

Deceiving advertising as a 5-star hotel. It is at best a poorly maintained 3-star! Ruined our first day experience in Dubai. We went in expecting a 5-star hotel experience and found ourselves in a poorly maintained hotel. Even 3-star hotels are better than that. Such a disappointment that we only stayed there for 5 hours. Do not recommend at all! There are lots of better options in Dubai. The stuff were friendly though.

The location of the hotel is great, only 5min walk to Dubai Mall via Fountain Address View. I wouldn't say the hotel is 5 star. I have stayed here 9 years go and then it would have been 5 years but the place is showing wear and tear. The Restaurant and Reception staff are great. However housekeeping let the hotel team down, not making the rooms up or providing fresh towels, i can understand if it happened the once but it happened for a few days running... which was appalling.

Horrible conditions, not safe to stay.

The stay was horrible, I had made the booking for my honeymoon, which was the biggest mistake I have made.
Firstly, the pictures deceive you with views of Burj Khalifa, but according to the staff, the view is now blocked due to new buildings. secondly, the floor which we were staying in had a major water leak previously, there was a damp smell and mold all over the roofs, there were small flies all around.
The mold and damp smell affected my breathing, I informed the staff but they paid no attention. I asked them to shorten my booking so I can leave immediately, they said it is not possible, once I contacted Hotels.com which was the booking party, they did not help at all, I asked for a refund but it seems as they don't even care for other people and their health.

Very nice people, reception, breakfast bar and everyone including the cleaning team. Fresh water (4-6 bottles) everyday, everything clean and new towels daily. Wifi very good in all hotel. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym - free. Perfect for few business day spent there. Dubai Mall just around the building, 5 minutes walk distance.

Excellent service. Managers were helpful. Restaurant staff and porters are very helpful and quick to respond to our requests eg extra coffee at breakfast buffet, taxi for travel. Our apartment bathroom had a fault. They did not hesitate to change apartment for us. Very nice views of Burj Khalifa. We were able to glimpse the water foundation show from the 27 Floor of 3 bed apartment. About 10 mins walk to Dubai mall, 15 mins walk to fountains. Attractions walkable through Address View building via inside aircon walkway. Thank you

Everything was just perfect from check in to check out. Mall is just walking distance and lot of nice places to eat near by. Spa area was the best i have had a chance to visit Aziz at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Staff at the breakfast were also very professional and courteous. I will surely stay here again.

Overall hotel is okay location is excellent help desk people is very good specially mohammmad. but this hotel room service and cleaning service is -0 they are not changing bed sheets they are using used bed sheets even I change aging bed sheets on them there is small small black bats and dirty dots always on bed sheets I hope management is take care about this. Room service guys are don’t care about cleaning and just time passing in room.

Disappointing 2 star hotel experience

Be prepared to clean the room since we have changed 2x and all rooms were not really cleaned with human hair, stains etc
Be prepared to smell garbage everyday because some rooms are adjacent to garbage room.
Be prepared to wait 10 minutes for the elevator.
Be prepared to have your clothes destroyed in the washing machine
Be prepared to have the mattress with the metal pieces making your night not comfortable
Be prepared for floods in the washroom
Be prepared for lack of water pressure so you need to spend more time bathing
Be prepared for total lack of communication with reception when you ask something. They say they will solve but in reality they do not solve
Even with all these problems they charged the rooms as everything was normal showing a total lack of consideration for the guests that were misled by photos of hotel.
In conclusion if you do not want to sleep well and want to pay for a 5 star hotel but stay in a 2 star hotel, this is the perfect choice.

Had an amazing time all the employees are very very friendly and respectful. Very time you see them they all have on a beautiful smile and their attitude matches it. Long story short my credit card accidentally ended up in the garage the Dubai mall is near so I went shopping that day, when I came back I put my room keys and my credit card on the table I and I went on ahead and tried on the things I bought from the mall I tear up all the tags and also put them on the table and they were many of them. When I was done trying on everything I put my clothes up and took one of the shopping bags and put all the tags in it and threw it is the garage. Next more I was leaving for the mall again I checked for the card I didn’t find it I looked everywhere’s until I retraced my steps and figured it’s most likely in the trash I called reception and the manager came to me immediately I explained everything and he said it might be hard to find but let’s go, so we went and and before he got there their was 3 other man waiting for us to help us look. After 10 mins of looking we found the card which I was really about. It was my husbands card he gave it to me to use on my stay for anything I needed. I appreciate everything they did for me.❤️

At a five star hotel you'd expect at least clean bed sheets, however the bed sheets were used with human hair and the pillows had stains, I had to call room service twice to change them after 30 min of wait, TV not working properly, called room service twice about it but no one showed up. I'd give it 1 star.

Apartment hotel in walking distance to Dubai mall

We (2 adults and 6yr old child) only had 2 nights at the property when flying through but found it to be great. The only thing that annoyed me was the lifts which take forever.

The hotel has self contained apartments, our one bedroom apartment had 2 toilets a shower, bath, a fully stocked kitchen, and a decent sized lounge.

Staff were great bringing up extra pieces when we needed (towels, detergent for washing machine etc) , the 24hr in house dining was a god send on the first night when we just needed food and even catered for allergies.

There is a small convenience store literally across the road and around the corner and there is a bakery opposite.

Dubai mall even with the construction work is 12minutes walk away (Google maps). We used this to entertain our little one as you have the fountain display, aquarium, food court with soft play area, cinema and most importantly for them Kidzania. All in the shadows of the world's tallest building and ringed by a plethora of bars and restaurants. The mall has free WiFi if you need that to explore.

The hotel also has a small climbing frame and play area by the pool which has a small paddling pool, main pool and hot tub. Unfortunately due to buildings now surrounding it all you see are apartments from the pool, still in Feb it was warm enough to go for a swim at 7pm.

There is a spa and a fully equipped gym on the same floor as the pool, whilst we had a look we did not go in.

This was a great location for exploring downtown

The property amenities are exactly as they say, but look nothing like what a normal hotel looks like. The reception is a tiny hole with two people scuttling and took us 30 mins for check in. The breakfast has very few vegetarian options even though we requested for more. The drive into the hotel is probably the most obscure i have ever seen. Room was clean but a King/ Queen bed is never two single beds joint together by a linen sheet on top. Almost felt like we would fall through the middle at times and had to sleep on separate corners. Staff was extremely courteous but I am certain to opt for another property for my next visit. The walk to The Dubai Mall was extremely confusing as we had to walk through the mall parking lot drive in and was just not worth the hassle.

There is so much construction around, the access on foot is literally unsafe. How the property does not communicate this to potential guests as they are booking is beyond belief. Also - even more concerning - the total cost quoted on Expedia is much lower than what the property ended up charging. While Expedia showed the total booking including various feed, the property charged me another almost 15% more claiming it is VAT, service, charge, tourism fee etc etc, everything that was supposed to be already in the rate booked through Expedia.

We had a 2 bedroom suite, with kitchen. Kitchen had no plates and only 2 cups for coffee. Furniture and beds were a little dated. Hotel is surrounded by construction so noise was a issue, plus there was limited access to the hotel entrance by foot. no side walk, so had to walk down narrow driveway around hotel to street (no direct access). Access to Dubai Mall was only by back streets, 10 - 15 min walk because of construction. (will be great in a year or two when complete)

Please Note hotel is dry (no Alcohol served).

On the Plus side, Front Desk Staff very helpful and courteous.

Terrible checkin, not familiar with Expedia procedure, I wasn’t allowed to check in for 3 hours. Staff was insisting that I don’t have a room booked, then suddenly everything changed and they’ve asked for my papers to check me in.

First issue I had was getting to the hotel based off the entrance to the hotel.

Second issue I had was that I called for a taxi and I asked for notification when it arrived, and was told they would let me know. I received no notification that the taxi had arrived and missed my reservation to the Atmosphere in the Buji Khalifa.

Lastly, I called numerous times (6) for new towels. I had to go to the front desk after waiting for 3 hours to pass.

This property was centrally located walking distance to dubai mall. They upgraded us to their finest room. The room was really spacious and clean and had all the amenities required. Breakfast was small but had everything needed. I must say the F&B staff Niraj and Padam went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. Construction is going on nearby with noises but our overall stay was really pleasant.
