Avoid! I stayed for 5 nights, 3rd night i was awaken by sudden burning and itching on my arms,legs and around the neck. As i was busy with work and didnt have much time to care. Last night i felt the same amd now i have red bumps around my shoulder.

My Stay at Premier Inn Dubai Dragon Mart
For the price, I got a location that was convenient and a stay that was very comfortable. I stayed at the competition down the street and Premier Inn Dubai Dragon Mart was better by far!!

Horrendous and terrible, from the reception staff to the amenities, decor and furniture and location and booking price was over rated to the max. I would never consider never ever to stay at this hotel, especially this location, again.
Could you imagine the toothpaste, slippers and all these small items are offered for a fee, nothing for free. The rooms were tiny and all sounds surrounding your room, in your dam ears.
I’m trying to think of something decent about this place, other than it’s being dedicated for the dragon mart shoppers, else, save your money!

The location was excellent, however there was limited supplies, only one towel provided and you have to keep asking for things, the equipments were broken including the bathroom water, but what was really concerning is the atmosphere, as it was filled by drunk people at night, who were significantly drunk, prostitutes all night coming and going, and very unsafe environment for family, I think for a single person could be something you could work with but absolutely I would recommend against it for family due to multiple drunk people at night and prostitution at night

I had a mild heart attack with chest pain and my wife had requested the reception if a taxi can be arranged. However, they were insensitive and just told her to go outside to find a taxi. Expected a better service from Ibis chain of hotels!

Hotel was in a good location in terms of choices of places to eat but be aware that one side backs onto a main road and is therefore pretty noisy. Breakfast was always fresh and the breakfast staff very friendly. The hotel itself is also very noisy, cleaners ckeaning at 4am every morning and juat loud gusts in general- the hotel's open plan construction doesn't help. My room was a non smoking room but cleanly people had been smoking as the room stunk and could also smell smoke throughout the floor i was on. In summary i stayed here as it was very close to where i was working but i wouldn't stay here again - sorry Ibis.

When I got to the room after check in the room has no towels at all. The telephone on the side of the bed was not working and I had to use one in the bathroom that did not had a list of the numbers for reception, house keeping and things like that. After tying some random numbers like 9,5 I discover that reception was number 0. So I called a few times before getting some one to answer me and get me some towels.
Also the remote control for the TV on the room was not working. This should not be such a problem as I was not looking forward to watch TV at all, but the problem is that when you enter the room the TV starts automatically so the only way that I could turn off the TV was looking for the cables behind the TV set in the wall and finally unplugged from the wall.

My booking package conditions (stay+breakfast) with hotels.com was not honored by Ibis. Due to some miscommunication bet the hotel's agent and hotels.com, Ibis did not allow me to avail free breakfast that was offered to me during reservation. But Hcom was kind enough to reimburse / refund the breakfast charges. But, the hotel in general, its comfort, location to Dragon Mart shopping malls and breakfast was pretty good though. The staff Mohammad, Daya, etc. were really helpful people.

Firstly, the location of the hotel was good, i.e., close to public transport bus stop, close to the dragon mart mall as well as other stores and a great spread of hot and cold buffet breakfast. I did find that there was a guy at reception who was extremely rude and was even sarcastic when asked general questions that typically tourists would not find obvious e.g., I asked him about the nearest bus stop and he pointed me in the wrong direction. I later discovered (thanks to the kind gentlemen working in the kitchen) that the nearest bus stop was a few meters around the corner. So overall, will I stay there again? Most definitely. I'm not gonna let one idiot stop me. As May Angelou said, \"when you know better, you do better\".

Wonderful 3 star hotel, with helpful English speaking staff. Excellent breakfast buffet with many hot and cold choices. Room is well equipped and modern. Only omission is hair dryer needed in bathroom. Construction of roads in the area make getting to the hotel difficult, and more expensive as taxis need to make circuitous route to get to hotel entrance. Connected to the Dragon Mart 2 for good shopping and food court. Some tour operators will charge extra for pick-up at this hotel as it is somewhat outside of central Dubai.

A very clean hotel, very pleasant staff from check in to leaving from receptionists, security, cleaners, bar staff. The hotel is very modern, the location is a little far out, 20 minutes from Downtown Dubai but if you're happy to pay for taxis as I was then you'll have no issues at all. Taxis are really cheap for anyone in doubt.
