Even though we only stayed there for 1 night our experience was nothing but great. The room was neat and clean. Special shout out to the managers and staff there, very courteous and helpful. They let us leave our luggage’s there while we went out to do last minute shopping for my wife even after our check out which I greatly appreciated.

My wife and I recently stayed for 3 nights on our way back to the UK from our honeymoon in the Maldives - and the Form seemed like a good, affordable option.

Easy to get to from the Airport via Taxi (approximately 8-10 USD/ GBP), and similar prices via Uber to the Mall/ Downtown etc so convenient enough.

The room was nice, we were put on the first floor without a city view despite having paid for a city view room so I'm not sure what the hotel considers to be a \"city view\".

First night we were woken around 5am by screaming and shouting from a room next door Which wasn't the best start having only got in from our flight around midnight... But fortunately our neighbors checked out and we didn't have anymore issues...

The included breakfast was a great way to start the day with a good selection of fruit/ pastries/ yoghurt and hot food... Only downside was anything other than basic coffee was chargeable (latte/ cappuccino etc)..

The roof top pool was a great feature, unfortunately the weather was unseasonably cool when we were there in mid December however it was still lovely to have a dip after a long day running around the Mall/ Burj Khalifa etc...

I probably wouldn't stay for a full holiday in Dubai, however I'd highly recommend if you're there for 3-4 days/ connecting flights through Dubai and want somewhere convenient a comfortable without paying crazy downtown prices

Would recommend!

Second time I stay here and I would stay again and again. Pools nice, foods good at the breakfast buffet, the locations great (downside that theres some construction now), the people are AMAZING!! Everyone who works there is so wonderful and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. What stood out most was the exceptional service from the staff everyone was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had thoughtful touches that made it feel more like home than a hotel. We also really appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. Overall, it was a perfecti balance of comfort, hospitality, and attention to detail.

Everything inside the room and in shared spaces looks very nice and is maintained perfectly clean and nicely smelling. Really great bed, pillows, and sheets. The location is pretty good, 3min walk to the metro station, but it's a lot faster to get to the very centre by taxi (~15min, ~7€).

What's not great:
The rooftop pool has opening hours only 8AM-6PM.
The amenities don't include slippers.

Location ok, up & coming with a lot of construction in the area that never disturbed me. 100mtr walk from Al Jadouf Metro Station. Room was OK size. The whole hotel was clean & well kept. The entire staff were always so helpful. The staff were the main positive of the Form hotel.

Very close to Al Jaddaf metro station. There are two supermarket around the corner. The room is clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. However the shower door is a bit awkward, the water is easily travel to the vanity/sink. Overall I have really good experience.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The staff are so friendly, positive, helpful, organized, and professional. Literally everyone working in this hotel from the reception, to security, housekeeping team, lifeguard, kitchen staff and more were so great! Rahim was especially exceptional every time we needed something, even if it was a recommendation for stores! The breakfast buffet is great! Housekeeping team deserves all the tips!! We loved staying at this hotel. The only criticism is the lighting in the actual rooms being dim. The location is perfect, a 3 minute walk to the metro, and an easy drive to basically anywhere, with a 24 hour pharmacy and minimart just next door. They even have a shuttle service! All around, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

If you are visiting Dubai on a budget you can't go wrong with this hotel.
It a quality hotel comfortable casual feel hotel with great staff - this is the one .

It's about 200 metres from the Al Jadaf metro station so getting around is easy .

Our stay at FORM was seamless, dubai metro is just 2 mins walk from property, there are couple of supermarket near by, which was very convenient. They also have free shuttle to Dubai Mall, festival city mall and kite beach. Food was good too. Staff member Marlon and others were very helpful.

Hotel isn’t located in the city at all und it’s impossible to look to the city.
Best view is to the highway which is not bad. Other views are to the buildings or constructions around the hotel. It’s a new area in the desert under construction.

Our stay at FORM hotel in Dubai was average. The hotel was clean with good house keeping throughout and we felt generally comfortable however there were some areas that we felt were substandard. The bathroom facilities in our room were designed for the toilet to be separated from the basin, fact that we weren't fans of. Otherwise there were two USB ports by the desk and none of them was working. One of our bedside tables didn't have any sockets which meant that if we wanted to have our phone by our bedside at night, only one of them could be charged overnight and we found that inconvenient. The pool and gym facilities were sufficient, clean and in good condition. The breakfast was predetermined by the hotel (not a buffet). Although it was sufficient, there wasn't consistency as to what one was supposed to receive for breakfast. We didn't receive a yogurt the first day despite of most other customers receiving one. Although we had booked a bed and breakfast package, barista style coffee was available but we had to pay 22EAD for one which we found was excessive. Also it had to be paid on the spot.
The hotel staff were apathetic and uncharming and didn't show interest or care for customers. We were a little disappointed with the experience and we wouldn't go back or recommend.

Being a hip hotel does not mean compromising on guest service. Breakfast was from a pre-decided menu and for any extra helpings you have to pay more !

Asked for an iron, did not arrive for more than an hour despite 2 calls. Then they call to ask when I would be checking out. I responded....I dont have ironed clothes to wear. You send me an iron I shall check-out in 30 mins after I have ironed the clothes I intend to wear. Voila the iron arrives in 5 mins.

Very professional service. Everything went as expected. Spot on service. Location wise fantastic, just cross the road Al Jaddaf Metro Station is there. A fast food type restaurant and convenience store/mini supermarket are situated nearby walking distance. Also their in house food facilities are great.

It's all in the unique Form hotel interiors and details. Luxurious beds and pillows. Staff make their best to assist you. Just opposite to the green line metro. My tip: take the metro to Greek then take the ferry to Festival City mall for aed2 only! Or take the bus there too. Great hospitality. Beautiful swimming pool. Tranquilizing interiors. Stayed there for one week and was sad to leave.

Best small hotel in dubai

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room is small but its really really nice. Same size of rooms we had in singapore and hongkong but this hotel is way better aesthetically. They use refillable bottles for shampoos,etc which is eco friendly. We asked them if they can reheat our food and they did find way to do it.

The only problem we had is the access card which did not work at times and the wifi which did not work for some hours.

This is a new hotel which was a bonus. The layout and functionality are great, the shower was relaxing and spacious, bed was super comfy, staff was very helpful while friendly and the major plus was the location to the metro 2min walk. I used the gym and pool facilities also amazing. My only con is that on the last night I was awakened by either the neighbor or staff fixing something at 2am but fell right back asleep

A very simple stay in a new clean hotel . The interior of the hotel makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Staff is very helpful and cheerful.
They have a great restaurant food quality and nice calm outdoor terrace.
A/C system , bed comfort quality , tv system are great and better than some 5 stars hotels in the area.

Hamza and his team make this hotel extra special they really look after their guests really well this hotel is clean classy and cost-effective.

The staff are always at hand to help out the rooftop gym and swimming pool are great and the breakfast is also excellent. I had a really good stay at this hotel its location is right next to Al Jadaf Metro station, which makes travelling around central Dubai a breeze.

This hotel is well located. In a bit of a construction zone at the moment, but close to airport and metro. Food is very good, staff is very helpful and hospitable, comfy bed, and most importantly its a very clean hotel and rather new.

Hotel is brand new and very nicely designed. The rooms are clean, spacious and minimalistic. But maybe a little too spare in decor (no carpet or rugs for example which make the room feel a little bit sterile)

The location is easily accesible by car or metro but the entire area is still under construction. There’s nothing else to do yet. In a few years I’m sure it’ll be even better.

The staff was great and very helpful since we arrived until we left.

Property is in a newly developed area surrounded by construction sites. Interior decor nice & simple. Cleanliness needs to be improved, strands of hair found in bath towels, shower hose broken, shower door can’t close properly, used cups not cleaned, lack of attention to details. Most cabbies have no idea where hotel is. Fare from airport to Form was AED48, fare to airport was AED25 incl booking fee. Fare from Dubai mall to hotel was AED25 & AED35 on different nights. Rude cafe staff told us that bread dishes at bread station can’t be used for breakfast. Bread station and food station are at opp end separated by the bar. Guest is expected to get the bread dish from one end for the bread on the other. Good hardware but poor software.

The room was clean and had all the facilities that I needed, but when I opened my curtain in the morning I looked onto a building site and scaffolding. The breakfast left me wanting more as there was a typical sparse buffet and possibly the worst coffee I have ever drunk in my life. My idea of a good hotel stay is:Cleanliness, nice bed, and a great cup of coffee with a delicious breakfast....! I got 2 out of 4!! But the staff were excellent and very welcoming and attentive.
