Park Hyatt Dubai is my favorite hotel in the world. It is so beautiful with amazing facilities. The best part is the staff. They took amazing care of my wife and I. I’d particularly like to mention Chef Pereira and his team. They accommodated our particular needs with such care - going over and above. The team at Brassiere welcomed us every morning and attended to our needs with warmth and care.

My husband and I had a great time. We were on a business trip, but staying there felt like we were on a lovely holiday. All staff members were friendly, kind, and helpful. In shaa Allah, we'd love to stay there again.

So many things that I want to highlight here about why we loved this place. One for sure, originally we booked via Expedia Travel, and the room we picked looked like it was on a higher floor, but we received the ground floor room when we arrived. However, they reassured to give us the room we wanted the next day since it was fully booked. We wanted the upper room because, as a Muslim woman, it felt more private and comfortable for me to remove my hijab and whatnot. So I was pleased that they were able to accommodate that. Really really really appreciate this :)

The rooms of the hotel are so dated, as they still have DVD’s in them. They need renovation, as they don’t meet the 5 star standards of a “Park” Hyatt, and can’t compete with other 5 star hotels in Dubai.

They were spacious, and they had a good view on the perfect pool, but its very very old and even worse at night, as lights are low and few.
We also weren’t able to plug in our electronics as the outlets are Europeen/US, so we had to borrow the universal plugs from the guest service, as the room dont have any USB ports or normal Gulf outlets.
The other negative thing is that the bathrooms didn’t have a mini shower (شطاف) to the bidet like every single toilet in the middle east which is essential here.

Staff were great. They are always available to help and friendly, especially MANUEL, who went above and beyond to make us happy with our stay, and provide us with our needs.

The pool “Twiggy” was magnificent, this was the most beautiful thing in the hotel, and I would definitely come back to it. Without it, our stay would have been worse.

Refreshed rooms and abundantly available and good housekeeping/service staff. F&B product quality and service was consistently disappointing and would recommend going off property as the value for money just wasn’t there. Shout out to the family pool staff for not letting people reserve seats for 8 hours after our fifth day of going wanting.

A number of improvements to do.

Suppose to get an upgrade? Got a big palm tree covering windows ? No sea view as it was supposed to? Beds as most important was firm and average standard for comfort. As luxury hotel ? In specification fruit in room. Doesn’t show up.
When we went for a sun bed at Laguna pool. It was full occupancy. They arranged after a while.

After spending five months away with work this was there ideal location to spend my staycation with my partner.

We were given a complimentary upgrade which was incredible and enjoyed 3 wonderful nights at this five star hotel.

The food at the restaurants was out of this world and all the facilities at the hotel were awesome.

I would highly recommend this hotel as a staycation and is a little piece of luxury in downtown Dubai near the Creek and you would think that you were at an Oasis miles from nowhere.

Fantastic hotel - what a great find! Location on the Creek is stunniy. The \"laguna beach\" is gorgeous & so clever. You feel like you're on the beach! Staff & service are on point. We extended our stay by 3 nights, and then extended it again by a further 3 nights! Haven't left yet... It's very hard to say goodbye! Oh, I forget to mention breakfast - what an amazing selection. My Comments to Hyatt Directly - Overall V +ve

Always love staying at the hotel & overall has been a great holiday. Only things I would ask you to look at are:-

1) the way people are \"allowed\" to reserve sunbeds at The Lagoon from 8am onwards by leaving a hat or magazine across beds but not then arriving until after 11am - it is so frustrating that all the best beds are gone and then not used. It drives me crazy every time I stay at the hotel (I wasn't the only one who was considerably irritated by this)

2) service at Noepe isn't what it should be - the attitude of staff isn't consistent with the Park Hyatt brand (it also shouldn't take 10-15 minutes to get a check when wanting to leave)

On a much more positive note, Octavio (?) - F&B Manager is EXCEPTIONAL, especially during such a busy time for the hotel. His service mentality is beyond anything I've experienced before.

If you are going to Dubai this is the place to stay. Great location, great staff, beautiful secluded hotel that feels like a real escape but it close to everything. The room was super comfortable, amazing shower. Good selection of restaurants and the breakfast was fantastic. If I go back to Dubai I would absolutely stay here. 10/10.

Creekside luxury with great city views & a beach!

As repeat guests who hadn't visited for a while we were looking forward to experiencing the new infinity pool & beach. We arrived late at night, check in went well & we were \"upgraded\" to a pool access room. The room was similar to other rooms we had stayed in previously, i.e. well appointed with a lovely bathroom on the ground floor with a terrace/garden & sun beds. Very nice if not quite as private as a balcony room on higher floors. As we had arrived so late we missed breakfast the first morning & so did not learn that the main restaurant Arabesque was closed until we actually arrived to eat & were then astonished to learn that the other main bistro/restaurant was also closed for a private booking leaving us with a choice of snack, Thai food or to go outside the hotel to eat. Not a great offering for a 5* hotel & very poor communication. Would I stay again? absolutely- (this is a lovely hotel in a very good location), but I would not have done so on this occasion if had been forewarned.

Our flight arrived very early in the morning. The staff was very helpful and they arranged early check in for us.

The hotel was just 15 mins taxi ride from the airport and around 20-30 mins taxi ride to other major tourist spots in Dubai.

The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have, with lots of variety. Again, the helpful staff offered me a breakfast package so I can have breakfast included on the day of my arrival too and didn’t waste one when my family had excursion activity which will skip the next day breakfast.

The lagoon swimming pool was super pretty! We spent most of our free time there. My son forgot his tee shirt and pant there the day of our departure but the staff was also very helpful to keep them for me so I could collect when I pick up the luggage before heading home.

Overall, nice environment, nice view, nice staff, nice food. A resort type hotel in the city centre of Dubai.

Checking in was quick and easy with Manuel...if you have a car they have valet parking because the self parking so super far from the front of the lobby!!!! Bell boy grabbed my bags took me to my room and they view from my balcony was amazing it was nice being able to catch the sunset every night from my room! The bathroom is perfect great shower head, jacuzzi, the room was clean everyday! I’ve had dinner at the French restaurant but service was slow and it wasn’t even busy when I went that night took 50 mins to get my food that’s crazy. I loved the pool lagoon/beach area great views of the city in the background! I wished they had more outlets to plug in more devices I only saw two...wish they had more outlets or places to plug in your cords in the room...Free WiFi throughout the whole resort...just know it’s $20 a day for resort fee which you will have to pay when you check out...

Great hotel by the Dubai creek

Beautiful hotel by the creek close to the airport. Low rise hotel rather than a big tower which was lovely. Rooms in excellent condition and well equipped with a very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom with separate shower and bath. Two pools, with the lagoon pool catching more of the sun and the other pool more shaded with attached bar. Staff are fantastic (Akshay by the pool bar remembered my name and was just brilliant). Several restaurants in the hotel - all great and breakfast was totally awesome. More restaurants and bars at the end of the promenade by the marina within 10 mins walk. Taxis are always available at reception to take you further if required. Public transport links are not so close. Golf course opposite hotel but I did not use it so cannot comment. Would recommend the hotel and suggest booking a room with a lagoon view. Sunsets against the backdrop of the city are lovely. Staff are all amazing and this totally helps!

Can see why it’s rated one of the best hotels in Dubai (on Expedia)!
Amazing ambiance and very friendly and attentive staff. We ate at the main restaurants in the hotel complex and found the food to be excellent in everyone.
I would highly recommend this hotel, however like most things, nothing is ever perfect.
So to the ‘watch outs’:
- Vast complex means a good brisk 10-15min walk to get out the complex - probably have to taxi it everywhere even Deira City Centre when it’s hot
- Plug Sockets - first time I’m ever noting this on a hotel review but it’s the first time I’ve only found 2 UK (3-pin) plug sockets in a room in the UAE! Also, those plugs are on the opposite side to the bed.
- Room location - if you get a ‘normal’ room, they will place you on the side closest to the Yatch Club, however Thursday & Friday night is disco night there and the music is loud enough to be heard fairly clearly in the room. If I go again, I would go for the ‘Lagoon View’ room instead.

All in all, a great experience and am really glad I booked the hotel to try out.

we love the lagoon pool.. it's a nice combo of fake beach and pool. We like to have the feel of sand and beach but not deal with rough water, waves, or salt water... it was the best feature of this place...and it was kept very clean. The hotel was set in beautiful grounds. It was peaceful and tranquil. The reception team were awesome and really made you feel welcome. The cafe staff went above and beyond to make a health shake for me and look after me. The restaurant teas led by a vivacious and great asst manager who was very welcoming and really made me feel very looked after. I have gluten intolerance and he made sure that there was food I could eat. The chef made me gluten free waffles one day. I can only say that this hotel is exceptional and team awesome. Oh, not forgetting girlie in the spa who did a great massage!

Best hotel I have stayed at thus far in Dubai. The staff are amazing and welcoming, the food is really great, the new beach and pool lovely, and the spa treatment I had was perfect. Park Hyatt will definitely be our home from home from now on when in Dubai!!!!
