Great clean hotel for staying before or after a flight. The room is clean, comfortable and convenient and the breakfast is fantastic. They do not provide a free airport shuttle, but will arrange airport transportation. They have a spa with massages perfect for preparing for long flights and the staff was wonderful.

Good to have a place to stay near the airport

Just one night - good it is near the airport. I was surprised to pay something (tax?) + deposite - having my booking already pre-paid.
Breakfast is above expectation: I was too early (due to my flight time) - however still was able to have a good breakfast.

We checked in at 5:00 am and they gave us a late check out with no hassle. Only thing we didn’t, and couldn’t like was the toilet tissue. Seriously, it was like using printer paper, only much luck there was no paper cuts. A small thing maybe but an important one.

Upon arrival, there were no early check-in‘s available. After several hours of returning back to the hotel, the room that was provided to me, was extremely small and unclean also multiple items, and or functions in the room did not work properly.

Everything is fine really. Excellent breakfast. Large roomy hotel and rooms. But how do we get here? It’s an airport hotel after all and that is why we are here. On our way to expo. But getting here and getting info on how to get here should be easier.

Always stay at the Floral when I’m transitioning through Dubai always clean, polite and on the doorstep for the airport. There is no bar here however that can sometimes be a bonus and the millennium is literally 4 minutes walk. Highly recommended

There was no hand soap or body soap in the sink or shower. These were never replaced throughout the whole stay. Would have liked to know it was a dry hotel, no alcohol served.

Best little gem.

The place is fresh and airy. Lots of space in the room. Very clean. Friendly service. The price point is excellent (and not just good value for the money - it really is a lovely hotel on its own). I guess the only negatives is it’s not right up on a mall, if you’re doing touristy things (but it’s 2 minutes from the airport). Also, the sandwich I ordered from room service wasn’t to my liking. But it was immediately taken care of - off my bill. I’ve no complaints really.

Check in process was so slow! Receptionist was trainee & he don’t know how to allocate room in there system and after all that he didn’t share any information regarding our stay or room, even I ask for a internet password and extra key for a room , room was huge but in toilet I didn’t find lotion and soap ! It’s just ok hotel only best for those who have a late night flight because airport was so near and metro is also near. Metro is so near that you can hear all time it’s voice in your room when it’s come to platform Gigco!

The receptionist kindly upgraded us to a suite for our one night stay which we appreciated. However, the room walls showed damage and repairs. It did not seem possible to turn on bathroom lights without turning on the room lights which was inconvenient. The breakfast service was poor and we had to approach someone for tea and dishes were removed from the buffet promptly at 10:30 am although several guests were still trying to eat. We received a phone call on the room around 11 am to ensure we were checking out that day and when we asked about checkout time we learned it was 12 noon. I asked about car transfers from the airport to the hotel by email but did not receive a response. The hairdryer cut out after one minute of use and when I called to request a better hairdryer I was told it was unavailable. After complaining a larger hairdryer was sent to the room. On checkout I asked to receive the larger hairdryer on my next stay and was told they do not have one.

I liked the property but the only comment I have was that I selected an executive room non-smoking but when I arrived which was a little late in the evening, they didn’t have that option available and I was given a smoking executive room on the 4th floor. I wasn’t even told that it was a smoking floor until I arrived to that level and smelt that it was a smoking floor. So once I made my way down to the reception and discussed my preference I was informed that it was due to unavailability that my room was on a smoking level.

I just stayed one night as I had an early flight, but it was a lovely stay. The room was spacious and clean, the restaurant had great food, and the pool was gorgeous. It was great to have the free airport shuttle too. Very happy. There isn't much to do nearby, but it's an airport hotel, so I doubt that is high on anyone's priorities!

“perfect” is a non-increasable adjective

this is the fourth time i am staying with Flora Inn Dubai Airport - a tip from a local friend - all i can say is that although there is always room for improvement, it seems not to apply to this decent establishment - the staff just seems to do everything right!
my special appreciation is directed towards the 24/7 reception who does not turn any request down nor loses a second to make things happen - of utmost highest dedication are especially Rishabh, Omer, Christina, May, Naomi, and Komal who will certainly be always successful with everything they may go for in their future!
The security team is wonderful: seamless 360-awareness with a smile to make everybody feel-good, especially Joshua, probably a Navy Seal with diplomatic etiquette!
And if one would think that luggage boys are just heavy payload robots know this: they are IT-specialists squeezing more out of any machine than one could possibly imagine - Bilawal is one of those digital future guys certainly shaping a bright future for all of us!
With couple of words left, i never experienced such a dedicated and responsive housekeeping who literally knows what you want before you even moved your lips - guess Ishwar & Navam are the hotel owners working undercover.

Only problem: cannot check-in anywhere else in Dubai anymore.

no more room for improvement - just perfect

it is the fourth time i checked in with Flora Inn Dubai Airport and i have to admit that although there is always room for improvement, that does not apply to this decent hotel ran by kind professionals like i never experienced before!

Mandatory, dedicated thanks go to to the 24/7 reception, especially to Noemi and Christina who organized all and any requests to my 100% satisfaction. The hotel security is very reliable, decent, and has 360-awareness one can definitely count on - especially Joshua goes the extra mile on his duty - amazing!!!
Although i really want to mention every single staff member from management to chef, i was certainly enlightened by the incredible responsiveness and high-speed the house-keeping - if there is a hierarchy Ishwar & Navam must be the A-team - these guys take things on as if they own this establishment with no tomorrow!!!

The only problem there is with Flora Inn Dubai Airport: can not go anywhere else anymore. Good job.

Disappointed and Frustrating!

They put me in a smoking room when I asked for a non smoking one. I have a 4 year old and I complained, they said there was nothing else available. Then I tried to have a bath after 20 hrs of travel and the water was tepid. I asked someone to come have a look at it and they said they had to turn a valve to fix it. My son then had a warmish shower and then I attempted to have a bath. Tepid again. I complained again and the man said he had to go up to the roof to check it out. 40 minutes later still nothing. So, went to reception and complained again. She said they would find a new room. After a bit of shopping and a few hours, we returned to find out the new room was still not available. The lady at reception said she would contact us very shortly. 90 minutes later, still nothing. Again went down to the reception to find out my new room was finally available. Moved all of our bags and then found out the new room had no bath!! Gave up complaining because did not want to move again or be bothered. Added to this, the hotel served no alcohol, had to go to a nearby hotel to have a glass of wine..

I was also able to get a shuttle to the airport which was nice since the taxi's in Dubai were much more expensive for the short distance than I thought

Checking in was poor. Despite emailing and calling hotel twice prior to stay re room preference details; non smoking room, noise, late check in and check out times, they were still not prepared and unaware, which caused delays in settling in. Breakfast menu was okay but definitely not the best. Rooftop it was ok, was a shame jacuzzi was limited, needs more power. Sauna and steam room however very good, situated in ladies changing room.

Good for a short stay... didn’t like that they do not offer a shuttle to terminal 2 which caught us by surprise, but to there credit a member of the staff told us that when we were waiting for the shuttle to arrive and they didn’t wait for us to get surprised when the shuttle actually got there
