My mom and her friends stayed here when they were unexpectedly stranded in Dubai. The service provided by the front desk and the entire hotel staff was truly exceptional. My experience at this hotel was significantly below expectations. The studio I stayed in was approximately 28 years old, noticeably outdated, and equipped with old and worn-out furnishings. The hair dryer was broken and unsafe to use, and the room lacked basic modern amenities such as USB charging outlets.

A major safety concern occurred on the balcony, where there was a large colony of bees. I was stung multiple times while using the clothes rack. As a result, I had to seek medical attention and take prescribed medications. Although I contacted hotel management immediately, the response was delayed. The only solution initially offered was a room change. Eventually, the hotel refunded the unused nights, and we had to leave with eight days remaining on our trip.

The only positive aspect was the pool.

Overall, the stay was not worth the cost. I do not recommend this property, and I suggest choosing another place when visiting Dubai/UAE.

Two for the price of one.
Whilst the hotel is quite close to the airport the pro's outweghthe cons.
The Residences are very spacious for families and having washing/drying facilities an advantage. The staff are friendly from Reception to Housekeeping to Security..
Swimming pool on top floor with lifeguards and bar.
And the two for one....just across the carpark you have the facilities of the Pullman Hotel.
The restaurant is good, buffet every day and a large Brunch on Saturdays which is lively.
Also across yhe carpark you arw attached to City Mall. 4 storeys high and good price shops.
You wouldnt walk to destinations here so no real need to stay high end on the palm if you are budget conscious. Public transport here also with rail and uber and taxis.

We had an amazing holiday again this year
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. From our check in at reception making sure we got the studio we requested. The housekeeping on floor 11 who kept our residence spotless. The staff in Medely restaurant who always greeted us with a friendly smile and excellent service a special hi to Chezzy and all the staff. The pool area was always spotless and very comfortable. Looking forward to seeing you all again in December 😚

My stay at Pullman was beyond exceptional. The place is close to the airport, has easily accessible transportation service and is right next to the shopping complex so you don't need to go far away for any of your needs. Rooms were well maintained and regulary cleaned. The place has a good range of breakfast options. I would definitely stay here on my next trip.

When I arrived at the hotel I had to wait 30 minutes before being checked in. We were told to wait on the sofas at the front door by the security guard. 30 minutes later a member of staff came to check us in. I’ve never experienced this kind of service in any other hotel. I booked 2 rooms as we were travelling in a party. We were given rooms on Floor 6 and floor 9. I do not recommend this hotel if you are travelling in a party. I asked the person checking us in if we could be on the same floor he said no not possible. Really unhelpful and couldn’t care less. Then last of all this hotel charged me 350 AED more than my booking confirmation. I asked to speak to the manager about this they didn’t care even after showing them my booking and the amount confirmed on my booking. Do not book this hotel inless you want to be charged what ever the hotel decide at the point you check in. Really unhelpful staff and the worst service I’ve experienced in Dubai from any hotel I’ve stopped at.

We checked into the Pullman Residences for 2 nights, in a 2 bedroom apartment

Arriving on a morning flight we got to the residences at 8am, we were told that our room was available but would not be ready till 3pm on the same day, unless we wanted to pay extra

The check in lady was kind and spoke to her manager who advised we could have the room for 10am without an additional charge, this was a welcome change of heart and something we were thankful for and appreciated

The apartment was very clean and a decent a size, the master bedroom had a queen-size bed with its own ensuite bathroom

The second bedroom had 2 twin beds (both beds bigger than a UK single bed) and its own ensuite bathroom as well.

The dining room consisted of a fairly large sofa, a dining table and had a huge 50inch plus TV, the only downside being there were very few English channels available.

The kitchen was of a decent size it had all the appliances necessary inc, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and even an espresso machine. Cutlery and utensils were also provided.

Every day 4 bottles (1 litre) of mineral water were provided free of charge.

Breakfast was provided in Pullman Hotel which is adjoining to the residence, and approx 10 minutes from the residence via 2 lifts and a set of stairs.
Hot food for breakfast was limited but tasty and they had a live egg cooking station, plenty of pastries were provided.

Overall highly recommended for families, due to mall and metro access

Efficient, check in. Rooms had decent appliances and the house keeping staff were friendly and fast. Location is excellent for mall and airport.

However the bedroom felt musty and dark rather than fresh and clean. Space felt cramped in the bedroom and in the living room due to bulky lamps, chairs and tables.

Breakfast was fine. Waiters were helpful and cheerful.

Check out was shambolic. No taxi was arranged for the airport for the requested time. The hotel had no other arrangements with any taxi company other than local taxi service via the app. Hotel’s own larger taxi was unavailable.

We requested a porter to help with our luggage then gave up waiting and lugged 4 suitcases down ourselves.

Lots of excuses about holidays causing delays, flooded roads and tired drivers. We hadn’t experienced any of these during our stay so were not sure what the staff were referring to.

The explanations just made us feel stressed pre-flight rather than looked after as we were getting late.

Travelling abroad with family is stressful enough nowadays without hotel staff providing guests with a lengthy list of reasons why they can’t do something.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay. The residence that we rented had a big, comfortable bed with a very nice view of the city skyline. It was nice having a kitchen, though could have used a few extra dishes/glasses, but I believe more could be requested if needed. Nicely equipped with dishwasher, refridgerator/freezer, electric stovetop, etc. Bathroom was just right for us as a couple. Place was very clean and comfy. It was great being adjacent to a large mall. We could literally go from the residences directly into the mall without going out onto the street. We'll be back again for sure!

i stayed for 5 nights at Apartment 1 king room and 2 Twin roomThe reception charged us twice for the tourism fee, Dirty sofa, Pelows, bedsheets, (missing a lot of things in bathrooms for both bedrooms, not really recommended for families at all (hope you Understand if you’re Adult), i do recommend the new 4 stars hotel called “Aloft” which is best hotel to go directly to the shopping mallfrom the 2nd floor (not from car parking like this hotel), cleaning staffs are so angry just if me and my family told them to put some shampoos and other things in the bathrooms for both rooms, try just to call for house keeping you will laugh about the staffs, they will send to you more than 4 persons (to clean you room) looking for money >as what happened in 28Feb at 9 pm< when we just arrived at our Apartment at night and we contacted to the house keeping they are running to our apartment looking for some dirhams (TO GIVE THEM FOR CLEANING OUR ROOMS (i noticed that after i reached the elevator i saw alot of cleaners running to my room there), 2 cleaners at least are enough (i think) but 4 for what? for money? o_O, there’s another thing (they want me to give them money to change the sheets, my booking includes breakfast so you have to go out from car parking walking into the pullman creek (which is the other building from car parking to the hotel’s 1st floor, after i arrived at breakfast floor (ONCE ONLY) the lady wants me to sit between the crowds, but i ignored her and i took other table

The 2 bedroom apartment was very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel is connected to a superb mall which made life very convenient. We enjoyed room service. The swimming pool was great and on one day they turned the heating on because of overcast. Both bathrooms required a technician to fill the gaps of the shower doors. This was unprofessional and should have been quality checked. The lifeguard when cleaning the swimming pool toilets, used the mop for the floor on the sink areas too - THIS IS DISGUSTING SO BE AWARE!

Can’t beat the fact that it’s connected to the City Centre! Also a plus that it has a full fridge, microwave, sink and washing machine/dryer. A lot of hotels I’ve stayed at in Dubai do not have adequate space for leftovers or to go plates, this place does!

A wonderful 8 night stay.

We stayed at the Pullman Residence as we wanted the comforts of home for our 8 night stay ie kitchenette and space for our 4 year old daughter to move around. The hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with utmost courtesy. The creekside view from our 1 bedroom apartment with balcony offered a superb view of the Dubai skyline. We could see the Burj Khalifa in the distance. Only downfall was seeing the roof of the mall but we got used to it. The apartment was very large, great shower and spacious bath, fully equiped kitchen with sink, ceramic stove, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washer/dryer. Being in Deira city centre was perfect. Breakfast was served at the main hotel, only a very short walk through the carpark. The mall was connected to the main hotel or you could access it via the carpark too. Breakfast was superb, and the service second to none- Arabic, Indian, western, continental choices were available daily. 5-7 min walk away was the metro station, right outside the mall which took you to downtown dubai in half hour. The area was very safe and there were restaurants nearby. We ate at the mall a few times and our daughter enjoyed playing at Magic Planet in the mall. Carrefour is located at the mall. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We did not make it to the pool but noted that the spa offered 50% off rates between 10am and 2pm. TV choices were extensive. It was an excellent choice for our family.

It's our first time me and my family since we have been in deira in last 9 years ago.

This hotel is the best hotel you can find in deira as a 5 stars hotel (My opinion), it's my pleasure for me to be a guest on this hotel, the staffs are so so respected thanks to the security men, because if you ordered something from Supermarkets, restaurants the security will come with the person who's delivering your order to into your room without worries, the hotel is very very clean i booked 2 rooms for 5 Adults (Apartment with 2 bedrooms) and (Studio room) but they upgraded my Studio room into the Apartment Bedroom (NO additional charges), the total for both rooms was 11,912 AED, from 13 Jan 2019 Until 20 Jan 2019 for 7 days.

The hotel is so safe so clean smiley faces from all staffs.

When you exit from the elevator on the left side you will find a door it leads you to Parking lot and then walk less than 100 meters you will find a Door Deira city Centre Shopping mall.

Hope to stay again, thanks to Expedia and thanks to Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Residences.

Spacious apartment in great location

The apartment was clean and spacious with two bathrooms (bath/showers in both). Washing machine was handy. Location is great - connecting to the shopping mall, where there is a carrefour for supplies, food court for feeding hungry kids and a metro station. Concierge at the hotel reception was good - we got a great deal on ifly dubai (indoor skydiving). We found the location really handy. Pool was great for afternoon swims after sightseeing. Staff were super friendly.

The service was excellent, the location is ideal for shopping. All the staff were warm and welcoming especially a gentleman by the name of Hamid, he was especially helpful in trying to locate a fone and a handbag which got left in a taxi. I was really impressed with the service. Have stayed there before but will definitely be back again. The apartment was very comfortable, we were lucky to get one which faced the creek. The apartment I had at the Pullman City centre residences was very good. I booked with EBookers which was unfortunate as they quoted I would receive 25 per cent discount on food which I was told was not the case by the management. As the food was rather expensive this made a difference. I paid extra for a balcony but I could not understand why there wasn't a table or chair provided to sit on! The view of the creek wasn't that brilliant either. The pool area was excellent and the staff including the housekeeping lad on the 9th floor(sorry forgot his name) was most obliging, also Musa and the evening young lady on the reception. Hopefully I will try the hotel part on my next visit, the apartment was excellent but rather too big for me.

Nice apartment with huge shopping mall attached

We spent 4 nights with a 10month baby in one bedroom apartment. Room has a lovely living room. We can lying on the couch watching tv after putting baby to sleep. Another thing we like about this hotel is that it attaches to a huge shopping mall. And the shopping mall is connected with a car park which is less than 50m walk. Very convenient to grab some grocery from Carrefour. There is also a food court upstairs provides lots choices.

Great location & Great Customer Service

Since hotel is connected to mall, it was easy to shop without having to worry about needing transportation. Staff took care of me from the first moment I arrived all the way until I checked out of the hotel. Assisting with taking luggage to the room and providing excellent housekeeping. After getting a 1hr massage in the spa, my muscles no longer feel tense. Definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

Very comfortable stay and the HD Channels had great reception which is lacking in most hotels here in Dubai.
