Staff here were exceptional. Location is brilliant with good access to shops and only five minutes walk from the Metro station. The gym was small but excellent. The absolutely only issue I had was that prior to arrival I contacted the hotel several times to try to arrange a transfer and to notify of late arrival. I did not get a response to any of my messages which I sent via the official email address as well asvia the hotel booking site. That said I had absolutely no issues when I did arrive and everything was exceptional.

Facilities in room were outdated. Hotplate but no cooking utensils. To charge phone the plug is on ground behind the bedside tables, so you have to move the table. Shower curtain is so short, once you open the shower, it flaps inside the tub, very uncomfortable. First day, room was not cleaned. Saw the staff outside cleaning a separate room and requested for fresh towels and trash to be emptied. No good channels in TV.

A comfortable, friendly hotel at a good price, with all key services. I was particularly impressed with the customer service: Syed was excellent on the Front Desk. At breakfast, Sunil was first class and led an impressive team that included Milind and Harin. Chefs Saman and Iqbal prepared really enjoyable food. Those staff in the top floor pool and sauna area were also very good.

Clean rooms, the room has a kitchen with electric cooker, fridge and water boiler. So it's easy to prepare your own meals. The area is around very affordable with so many supermarkets and all kind of stores where you can get anything at a good price. Al Bassam shopping complex is also a short walking distance from here where you can buy quality clothes and shoes at incredibly affordable prices. I deal for someone with a not so big budget that wants to enjoy Dubai life maximumly. We will gladly go back to this place in the next Dubai visit.
