Eureka Hotel is the best hotel

Abul was so nice to helping us out with everything we needed and the services we had provided to us was above expectations. And got us to our destination and more importantly the staff service that we needed was excellent. I would like to recommend this hotel and more likely to stay again if we are going back to Dubai

Not a hotel, its a wedding venue with loud music.

I stayed for two nights recently and I must say that this place is disappointing because on both nights there were wedding functions inside the hotel that were extremely loud with music/dj. I was first at the third floor and I was unable to sleep because the beats were too high. Second night on floor 6th, slightly better, but another wedding and very, very loud until 4AM at night. I strongly recommend anyone to stay there. Its not a hotel. Its a club.

Great accessibility via the metro, good facilities and shopping nearby.
The club can get very noisy, but not an issue on the upper floors (5-6-7).

The property was very dirty. Carpets smelled of urine in hallway. TV was from 80s, no clarity. Dining hall was dirty small and dark and totally un-inviting. Staff was ok but managing very poorly. I will never stay with OYO group and advise the same to people.

Nice place close to the metro station ...good services ...room was ok as well...they are saying 2 star but i think you can categorize this hotel as 3 star.
The room was daily cleaned and amenities were all working except for the room safe.
The noise of the nightclub was there but much lower in the higher floors eg 6th floor.
Wifi was excellent .
Overall a pleasant place to stay.

Hotel denied room for my stay, stating no rooms available.

What is the purpose of early booking?

Decided not to book in this group of hotels in future even if they offer for free. Will be left in the road if arrived with the luggage - leading to stress and worries.

I travelled almost half the globe never experienced these kind of worst hospitality. Presently i am in Malaysia staying in a hotel, next year i may visit Dubai but the worst experience from this hotel never go out of my mind.

Oyo Eureka Hotel. A very nice hotel specially the location. Just 2 mins walking distance from Al Rigga metro station. Hotel service their employees are very nice. Me and my wife wants to thank Eureka hotel every employee for their nice hospitality and service. We stayed 10 days there for our last UAE tour. Many thanks to Eureka all employees once again. Cheers guys!!!

This place is much worse than in pictures. It is dirty, staff are are not friendly at all, and receptionist was a liar (said only have one room available and bathtub was moldy, but once we said we will not stay here, they took us to other rooms which honestly weren’t much better)…found long hairs in bedsheets, rooms have a very smell and there is loud music every single night until 3 am. This place definitely needs to upgrade/renovate or do something as I definitely would never recommend this hotel or ever stay here again.

- I like the 1960s furniture, reminds me of my favourite bar-hotel in Kuala Lumpur

- WC mirror big enough to see yourself shaving in bathtub (though it would not do as an entertainment reflection - there is one opposite the bed that would suffice in a pinch)

- nothing of significance... two hangers are not really enough, and I hate these designed as if they think you will steal them; Bath tub is a bit small; first room assigned reeked of cheap fresh paint so having gotten terribly sick from this once in India, I was reassigned to #507. I had to think hard of anything wrong with this second room. Very acceptable.

The bellman was the best part of the stay. Always happy to see us coming and going. Always a smile and greeting. This property is In Deira, old town and definitely working class. Which, is exactly what I wanted. One tends to get a bette feel for a country if you stay local. Great selection of food, typical American, Indian and of course Mediterranean and Persian cuisine. There are 5 to 6 different supermarkets within steps. Also very close to the metro station, which takes you directly to most tourist landmarks. The pool area was lacking. Very small and not attractive. We were not there to lounge by a pool so no big deal for us!
One of the best 2 star hotels out there.

One rude philipino lady in the reception lobby received me with chewing-gum. I said good evening she replied reservation under which name. No customer service sense only!
Then when checking out, was dragging my luggage outside. Then at once, i could not find them simply because 3 drunk people took it with them i was running behind then in the lobby!!!

It was good in general, the worst thing is that they refused to give my an invoice or receipt for my stay, saying it is an online reservation! This caused issues with my workplace as I was on a business trip and they cannot accept online invoices, only printed, signed and stamped invoices are accepted.
I will not stay there again for my business trips.

I had stayed for one day as I had long transeit in Dubai .
This was one of the cheapest hotels and not far from Airport.

Room was clean, staff is good, room service good as well and AC was working excellent also wash room and water pressure were excellent as well.

The mattress was not good that need some enhancements .

At night there is a club, very noisy and the noise is reaching the room but I did not stay at night to confirm if it will remain like that.

it is ok for short stay.

It was a decent price for UAE. The location is decent and I took advantage of the free parking in the garage. The room was clean. My two issues were the slow internet and lack of hot water in the shower. The internet was so slow that it ceased working some of the time. The shower wasn't hot.

Worst experience in eureka hote

First my wife booked the hotel and requested for hotel makeup at an extra charge.The hotel promised to do so but never delivered. upon inquiry she was told thats a 2 star hotel what should she expect?The cleaners mishandled my laptop and i found it down and broken. the managment couldnt own the mistake but instead directed me to police.I felt cheated since that was the worst customer service i ever received. The manager kept on dodging me till the last minuite and seemed unappologetic of the same. About the issue of the laptop he couldnt solve it ammicably since i found it down n broken n was busy shielding the staff. I would advice travellers not to visit the hotel due to poor service in the hotel.

The room was filthy and dusty, housekeeping is really poor they just tide the bed and never collected the empty shampoo and body shower tubes from the sower holder. My room had flies and mosquitos. Furniture,bed cover and towels are very old. I asked for an iron and kettle they never responded. Regretting staying in a such hotel.

Better than I had anticipated. 7 th floor quiet big room. Very comfy clean bed. Great movie tv channel.Great wi-fi.Good bathroom and hot shower. Pleasently pleased and great value for the money.Only downfall was the breakfast, you can forget about that.Ill go again as neigherhood great for eating and shopping.

One should not expect a posh-type of hotel during the stay at Eureka Hotel. But it is very accessible to restaurants, malls and public transport since it is very near Al Rigga Road. Few minutes away to Downtown Dubai. Major repairs inside the hotel though as it appears to be old and not classy.

This is recommended to travelers who do not usually abode inside the hotel but those who have more activities outside.

Careful about payment before you book this hotel

I would say I will think hundred times before going back to this hotel once again. Booked my stay from 10 Nov 2015 to 18th December 2015 with T&C of checking out early with full refund.

Since I paid with my Visa card at the checkin time I was not refunded in cash as per hotel policy. I was categorically told the refund will be in 4 weeks and it's 2 months I am still struggling for getting refunded. Called from India 4 times and now international calling cost is costing me more. Just terrible that's all I can say.
