This hotel shouldn't be in your lists. This hotel should not be advertise, not in the website at all. All the photos shown inthe website aren't true. Everything is lie.
Hotel are filthy. Lots of cockroach. Government of Dubai should not allow this kind of hotel to operate.

Avoid at all cost WANT MY MONEY BACK

Mouldy all over places. Not clean. Shower switch is broken and not been fixed during our stay.been given a tool to turn it on and promised to fix next day I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Got sick after first night due to humidity and mould. Loud music as night club in the four floor.. can’t post more than 8 photos.. I’ve got over 50 of them

Is very very bad hotel. Reception, he doesn’t have any respect. Hotel, very, very dirty.

It’s a normal hotel and you have everything what you need 24h supermarket is only 50 m away from the hotel and 2 minutes to a big mall. And the price is good.

The hot water in the shower was barely lukewarm. I had to go downstairs to ask for a towel as there were no towels in my room when I arrived.

In general the facilities are adequate. I would rate this a basically satisfactory low cost hotel.

A disgrace to UAE tourism

Ooh my word, what a disgrace to the UAE. In my country, I will be given full refund despite my stay in a place like this due to consumer protection issues. I will be visiting the UAE tourism to lay formal complaint for putting my health to such a huge risks. I had bed bugs all over my body and was itching all the time. There are cockroaches everywhere..super noisy and dirty to the core...in 8 days, I must have emptied 8 cans of cockroaches can spray...I stayed here for 8 days because of my business meetings, I could not afford to look and move to a new place... hygiene is non existence..I killed cockroaches and on my return it will still be there despite that my room was made up...I did not know whether to sleep on the floor or what because the bed is super dirty...gosh I was so nigligent not to read reviews!!!!

AC temperature could not be changed, the controls were not working. Complaining about it didn't help.
Cleaning staff didn't clean used glasses, left the door open one day. One day, he just gave us new water bottles and didn't come to clean despite us specifically telling him to clean the room after we went out.
Safe deposit box was not working.

Good location though. Walking distance to food and shopping. BUT hotel is worn down

Its Location is Anazing

The Hotel STAFF were veey Helpful.

Its Surprising how they OFFEE So much
In snall package .. like they Have a Anazung SWIMMING POOL, SPA and

Even a Disco Club ..inhouse with Bolkywoid music and dancers.

Plenty of Restaurants and Supermarkets nearby.

Im from USA But i will say
Its BEST HOTEL to Stay for SOUTH ASIAN Travelers .

I will Stay AGAIN and i will reccomebd to
All my Friends in USA.

You get what you pay for. We were just looking for a place to lay down and rest for our layover and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. We will spend more money next time.

Our toilet seat was broken. Water came out of the floor drain in the bathroom when we showered. The bedsheets were stained. There were cockroaches in our room. There were no towels in our room. There is a night club on the ground floor which we could hear clearly in our room.

Disappointing!! What a total joke. I've stayed in many hotels in my lifetime but Signiture Inn is by far THE WORST. I had a long connecting flight and needed a room for the day (which was booked my well beforehand). Upon arrival, the reception staff told me that weren't any room available and that the hotel was filled to capicity. I knew instantly this was rubbish as my room should have been ready. He made me wait THREE HOURS and the room I got was dirty, disgusting and to be quite honest this whole hotel needs bjlldozing. Shocking!!

This has to be one of worst places I have stayed. The room they assigned me was saturated with Raid (cockroach bugs spray). When I complained I was told it was the only room available. Unable to take the overwhelming smell I decided to call a cab and check out. When the receptionist saw that I was checking out, she decided yo give me another room. This property is really not geared for travelers from North America etc. In my opinion, I considered this hotel more like a cheap motel American standard. There are other hotels nearby with comparable prices that are much better. Skip this motel.

Very much disappointing.The toilets are stincky.I have seen reviews regarding the stincky toilets and changed my mind to cancel my reservation but expedia purposely locked their site .Due to this I can not change my hotel.After the cancellation time passes,the site immeditely sent me to ask how the reception was in the hotel.I will never reserve through expedia any more.

Wi-Fi was non extant, asked them to look in to the issue but not resolved. Room not cleaned, hairs in bath at check in. Can’t blame staff, no shower curtain, so floor unsafe following a shower. Had to ask for a towel to be placed on the floor. Location only positive.

I had very bad experience to Signature Inn in Deira, Dubai. stayed there 4 days with my family with bad dream. Started with front Desk guy name SURAJ showing attitude then went in a room. Is not possible to stay with dirty and smelly room broken tub leaking shower tap rusty bathroom ,no water in room no complimentary beverages. Askingfor water to Suraj said go buy from outside we are 5 people gave us one bathtowel. I took lot's of pictures of hotel room .there's no option to attach it if expedia wants i can submit. Next day morning front desk lady Ms. BEZZA , she help me to get different room slide different than other. she listened and try to give her best effort and thanks to her. Of course one person in this hotel who understand and try to giving some service he is MANJIT SING bell person. Anyway all after these i am not happy at all .so i ask to expedia being a good customer like to have my money back which i paid .and giving 0 rating for SIGNATURE INN in Deira, Dubai.

It's having clubs at the ground floor which operates with huge volume of music sounds for the entire night and disturbed sleeping
The house keeping staff are very arrogant and they don't provide tea in room also the linens were given torn and smelling like unwashed

Nothing wrong with the area. The front desk staff are great. Very Helpful. However, the Hotel is old, I stayed at the 7th floor. But beware, if you stay at 2nd or 3rd floor, there are noisy bars, yes more than one, at the 1st floor.
The bed is sinking and the bathroom stinks. I show roaches a few times.

For travelers looking for affordable inn - fair. It's near the metro, resto & other estabs like malls. But the room/building needs some upgrade, renovations or improvement. We had a problem on the toilet & bath, flooding, the ac on the foyer also damage, water is on the floor. Internet connection inside the room is slow.

They dont have what it takes to be a hotel. They have high prices yet they provide zero services. No hot water, No good services. washrooms are dirty. The workers feel bothered in providing services. The money they request should come with some free amendments like other 3star hotels like atlst water, tea condiments , Tea cups. When you tell them you want to extend its like bothering them. Check out time is like they are chasing you. i requested 1pm check out denied. Terrible hotel will never come back
