The hotel needs a make over

The location is very good, walking distance to the train station, restaurant, malls. safe location. What I didn't like is that I stayed for 5nights, and most of the time, I need to request for towel everyday. Also, the type of towel seem so bad. Noise is also perceived since there was a repair going on, which the hotel failed to tell during my booking.

Everything was terrible. Room not ready, then I was given what must have been the worst room in the hotel with maintenance work being undertaken outside my door. I could hear the noise from other people's bathrooms.

I have been staying here regularly for the last few years What I have seen of late is that the quality of the upkeep has come down very much . The toilets / rooms used to be extremely clean and neat . It has started getting an old look Never the less it is in a very safe area with excellent transport connectivity . Plus there are innumerable shops and restaurants in the vicinity . Nice place for a short stay - eithe for business or tourist purpose

Great location and value for money.

Great location. Less than a minute’s walk to the metro station and across the road from Reef Mall. A 5 minute walk to Al Ghurair Centre. Very good value for money and decent breakfast. Would certainly stay here again and recommend.

Stayed for 10 days at this hotel. Amazing hotel, location was very convenient, 2min walk to metro station, opposite reef mall and the stall outside the hotel was a bonus. The staff made this holiday perfect. The manager Khamies, the receptionist staff, the porter, the house cleaning guy made this the best holiday. They made sure we were very comforable and safe. Did everything possible to ensure our holiday was a memorable one. Will defo be returning again!

Our stay at Ramada by Wyndham Dubai Deira was AMAZING. The location is very convenient (right next to Dubai metro station), staff is very helpful, hotel is in very good condition and breakfast buffet is also good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling with family and kids or for business.

I originally read the reviews and was not too sure about this hotel but as we wanted a connecting room (family), this seemed to be the best option within the Diera location, so we went with it. When we arrived at the hotel, we were unavke to get the room before 11am unless we paid some money, however they did let us leave our luggage and come back later. We got the room and noticed no extra beds for the kids, however upon discussion with Daisy, she organised an extra bed and no other charge was added to the room, as we had already discussed this with the hotel before our arrival. Once there the room was cleaned everyday and alll the facilities were operational including AC, Wifi, fridge and hot water. So overall would recommend this hotel to families and couples. The breakfast was very nice too, as i wss looking for feedback on this too. Hope this helps other travelers.

El Hotel no corresponde ni a la calificación 8 de Hoteles.con ni a 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones no son nada igual a las fotos ni lo que esperábamos. Todo estaba antiguo, sucio y las sabanas de muy mal olor. El baño y el tapete de la habitación estaban sucios. En la habitación encontramos una cucaracha y en el baño una manguera rota.

The hotel is in dire need of a revamp. That being said it is difficult to imagine they will do so any time soon due to how busy it happens to be. There is no shortage of staff at hand who are incredibly helpful. That being said everything from the in-room safe, to the showers need replacing. In terms of location and accessibility to the rest of the city it couldn't any better if you intend upon using public transport as the Salah Al din Metro station is literally a stone's throw away. Otherwise incredibly tacky locale and if you're with kids I would avoid. However, for a sole or business traveller it gets the job done. Not a long-stay hotel by any means cramped and congested. Perfect for a short soujourn in Deira.
