The lobby is not ideal for this rating,

I stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room room, the room is extremely small, the bathroom is very old and smells with the strong cleaning chemicals. The staff are not very nice. However, the hotel is relatively near to the Metro station and the Mall.

I stayed here back in January and am still trying to recover.
We were book for a week and only stayed 2 nights.
This place had 5 different businesses and club that run until the morning.
We had our 1 year old with us and it was impossible to sleep.
I reached out to Expedia to help us and even after arriving back to the UK and sending them an email still no response.
People smoke inside the property and you can smell it in your room.
The room and hotel is dirty ,the images on the website they are not same.
This place needs to shut down for a full refurbishment.
Small flies keep touching you.

this place needs a complete look at its management and operations.
toilets atrocious, maintenance next to nil. no towels in both rooms i hired. had to call 3 times to get the flush done and twice for toilet paper!! go figure.

I was disappointed in one thing which is the rating. When i booked it said it was a 4 star but I believe its at most a 3 star. The pool wasn’t working too which was a big part in my booking.

I am however very pleased with the service.10/10 there.

Karaoke sound was very horrible, noisy in this hotel. I requested to give me a room far away from it, and 4th floor room was given, i could hear terrible song.
Room was old but clean. Reception has bad smell, hotel area was not safe. People staying in this hotel are drunk, poor. I didnt feel safe.

Not clean hotel and worst room service

Don't come to this hotel !! It is not clean at all, i have booked 10 days in the hotel, many days they were missing cleaning my room, sometimes were not providing two sets of towels although we are two persons in the room and even when i call to complain and ask to provide towels they just ignore and nobody come, i have saw the bath floor towel only first day on my arrival but for the rest 9 days of my stay there was nothing, nobody replacing cover sheets and .... etc, so room service is terrible!!

The hotel pictures is not the same on real, swimming pool in roof is very small and it has be turned to sitting area and there is no room to swim even!
Rooms furniture looks very old, carpet has been used for long time and dirty, washroom making too much noise while trying to close or open and it will never close because it is smaller than the trim as it is become wet over year, even they have installed aluminum plates on bottom of door and frame to hide their conditions.

Underground parking us too small with too tight at enterance and exit with high percentage to get the car hit the walls.

EL PEOR HOTEL EN QUE ME E HOSPEDADO!!! Este hotel NO deberia estar en la lista de Orbitz..Las habitaciones son TERRIBLES, nos cambiaron 3 veces de habitacion porque habia cucarachas, las habitaciones no tenian Toallas, el baño sucio, las sabanas y almohadas sucias, el colchon super incomodo, todo el tiempo senti que estaba durmiendo en el piso. Las instalaciones estan deterioradas, le falta mucho mantenimiento..

There were no Phone in the room,no water, no toilet tissue, towel was available. Lot of roaches were the only thing that was available. Asked for a coffe in the morning didn’t received it till the check out, three times we asked for it. Never ever even think about staying there.

Where do I start, this place was nothing like the pictures online, and not sure why or how it is rated 4 stars on expedia. I wouldn’t even call this a hotel it is a cheap motel. Bathrooms were horrible black mold everywhere. Anywhere there was wood it would be visibly rotting. There were no towels in the room and when I asked for some they would bring me 1, until I insisted I needed more. The taxes and fees were charged at check in and when I checked out they wanted to charge me again! The pool was closed and under maintenance I was told so that was out of the picture also. Only reason I’d give this place 2 stars is the beds were comfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Booked because it was well located and 4 star. But very dissapointed! Very small rooms with king size beds. The toilets are extremely cramped. No space to move at all. How is this place even 4 stars? Mind you, i travel a lot and by far this is the worst. I stayed in a one star hotel and it was much better than this. And by the way , the service here is 0/10.

With all the hotels we've been to, this is the worse hotel ever. The smell is horrible, the wall paints are already falling, terrible condition. It is good that it is cold that we can just open the window for good ventilation. We never use the AC since the smell is terrible. The moment you will come out from the elevator you will be greeted with the terrible smell of molds all around.
The curtain is very evident that it has not been wash for more than a year.

3x we have to call the bring towel since the cleaned didn't replace new one.

HORRIBLE.... don’t waste your money here

We booked the lotus hotel because our flight back home was around midnight. Our original hotel was too far away from the airport and it was too expensive to book a whole day when we only needed about 7hrs. We also wanted to stay close to the gold souk and essentially needed somewhere to leave our bags while we were out at the gold souk, somewhere to relax and take a shower before catching the flight home. We only planned on being @ the lotus hotel from 2p-9p but even that was too much time.

The hotel room was NASTY. The shower was disgusting. It had mold on it, a huge black patch in the tub that looked like they used it to patch a hole up. There was a nasty mattress in the hallway, an ironing board in the hallway.

The hotel was HORRIBLE. I called and complained about my room ( which by the way looked NOTHING like the pictures online) and was given another room that looked similar to the pictures on the online. But I still couldn’t get myself to take a shower in this hotel. The towels were hard and dirty and this hotel deserves a negative 5 star.
