I didn't like anything. The room i was offered was very dirty, there were cigarette ashes on the table, the bathroom was dirty and the worst part was that I opened the microwave and there was a bucket full of moulded chicken so i quickly called receptionist, he came up and said he was sorry and quickly took the moulded chicken out from the microwave. He then offered me another room, the floor was dirty, the washing basin was dirty, i went back to the reception but found no one. I just took pictures and recorded the room and the bathroom. I can send them to you if you request.

Cons: Breakfast is a waste as it is overloaded with pork and for just a bowl of fruit with a cheese sandwich highly overpriced. No wash cloths, no way to regulate temperature in the room. They did have a few staff members that were prejudice, which also effected our check out.

Very pleasant weekend break. Exactly what we were after, nice and spacious and very clean. Close enough to the train station to walk.
The bed was 2 singles pushed together with 2 separate duvets, although it was quite comfortable.
It wasn’t an issue for us, as we planned to eat out but there was no cutlery or crockery in the room. My boyfriend would have also appreciated an iron, but this wasn’t mentioned in the amenities, and he compromised by using the hair dryer to remove large creases from his clothes.

The hotel is very modern and nice. WIfi works very good, but automatically logs in to MSN. Parking is €20 per night which is expensive for an unprotected open car park. Good public transport.

The hotel was clean and new, I can't rate the breakfast. What was a disappointment was the parking. They charge 20 euros to park but only have about 7 spots available.. and none were available. So, I didn't pay for parking but I had to park down the street and was lucky to find a spot. If it had been inclement weather, it would have not been pleasant.

Unterkunft ist sauber und gut für 1-2 Nächte geeignet. Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption recht angemerkt und unfreundlich. Auf Nachfrage nach zwei weiteren Kopfkissen wurde nach demonstrativem Augenrillen gefragt, ob wir denn keine Kissen in unseren Zimmern hätten. Ich bestätigte das, teilte aber gleichzeitig mit, dass uns die Kissen zu niedrig sind. Darauf qhin wurde erneut mit dem Augen gerollt und mitgeteilt, man schaue mal, ob man noch weitere Kissen „finden“ würde. Tatsächlich haben wir diese jedoch nicht mehr bekommen.

Seit dem Eigentümerwechsel hat sich das Hotel komplett negativ verändert. Das personal ist nicht freundlich, die Zimmer sind absolut dreckig! Die Toilette war dreckig, die Küchenzeile inkl. Kühlschrank nicht gereinigt oder geleert, nach dem fertigen Zimmerwechsel war immer noch alles dreckig, dann kam jemand zum Nachbessern und hat mit dem gleichen Lappen, womit er vor unseren Augen das WC gereinigt hat, die dreckigen Zahnputzbecher sauber gemacht. Da fragt man sich schon, inwieweit das Zimmer allgemein gereinigt wurde. Nachdem wir das Hotel verlassen haben, war das Hotel nicht mal kulant und hat sich entschuldigt und lehnte die von Expedia angeforderte Stornierung ab. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert und nie wieder!

Bad war nicht geputzt, z.B. einige gelbe Flecken auf der Klobrille - als ich der Reinigungsfachkraft die Flecken gezeigt habe und sie gebeten habe, die Flecken den Tag über zu entfernen, wurde ich abends enttäuscht: Die Flecken waren noch immer da. Einige Spinnenweben gabs auch. Sonst wars okay, der Preis hat gepasst und die Ausstattung war gut.

Wir hatten ein Appartement leider im Keller. Der Erker und Fenster war so verdreckt und voller Spinnenweben, das wir das Fenster lieber nicht aufgemacht haben. Die Zimmer sehen modern aus und auch schön, leider werden sie nicht gepflegt. Wir hatten bei Ankunft ein dreckiges Bad, Dusche voller gelber Ablagerungen, Boden voll mit Haare. In der Küche war noch der Müll vom Vorgänger. Becken,Kühlschrank und Herd total dreckig. Zimmer wurde nur an einem Tag geputzt, aber ausser Bett gemacht und einmal gekehrt war nix zu sehen. Ein Gebläse ist im Zimmer was so laut ist das man nicht schlafen kann. Personal versteht kein Deutsch, und sah auch nicht nach Klärungsinteresse aus als ich paar Mal da war. Der Flur jedoch wurde stets sauber gehalten. Parken kann man hinter dem Haus für 10 Euro die Nacht. Leider sehr enttäuschend, das man ein so schönes Hotel so verkommen lässt. Wir kommen nicht nochmal

Parken sehr schwierig. Enge Parkplätze, die von Mitarbeitern zugeparkt waren. Ein ausparken am morgen sehr schwierig. Weiterhin stand nirgendwo, das das parken 15€ pro Tag kostet und man den Parkplatz vorher buchen muss, da nur 6 Plätze vorhanden sind.
Teilweise sprachen die MA an der Rezeption kaum Deutsch oder Englisch.

Der var rent og faciliteterne var pæne. Dog var der MEGET larm fra ventilationen, så meget at ingen af os rigtig fik lukket et øje hele natten. Man kunne ikke slukke den. Værelset lå i en kælder hvor der ikke var meget sollys.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, aber verkehrsgünstig. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Ich hatte ein Apartment mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank. Alles war sehr sauber, das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe den Aufenthalt dort genossen und werde dort gerne wieder buchen.

Das Hotel an sich hat einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck von Außen gemacht, Check-In war schnell erledigt. Personal war so nett und wollte mein Gepäck mit hoch bringen, weil ich so viel mitgenommen habe. Als ich im Zimmer war, war ich beeindruckt, sehr modern, aber leider wurde es vor meiner Ankunft nicht richtig gesäubert, sodass noch Handtücher von meinem Vorgänger auf dem Boden lagen. Ansonsten war das Bad aber ordentlich. Leider musste ich auch feststellen, das der kleine Tisch, an den man sich setzen konnte, das dort noch Kaffeeflecken drauf waren und Spuren vom letzten Essen, die nicht von mir waren. Staubig war es zudem auf den Nachtschränken.

Sehr dreckig, auch nach mehrfacher Aufforderung war am Abreisetag immer noch der Schmutz vom Anreisetag da. Ansonsten soweit akzeptabel. Moderne Zimmer, die leider durch schlechte Bewirtung an Charme verlieren.

Die Unterkunft hatte geschlossen und wir mussten in ein anderes Hotel derselben Kette, aber in der Innenstadt, so dass wir, um unser Ziel in Farmsen zu erreichen, noch zwei Wochenkarten kaufen mussten. Die Umquartierung erfolgte erst 15Stunden vor Abreise nach Hamburg. Das Ersatzhotel war ok, aber in St.Georg, direkt am Steindamm und so laut vom Straßenverkehr, dass wir kein Fenster öffnen konnten.

Das Hotel hat wegen der Corona-Krise geschlossen und ich konnte meine Reise nicht antreten. Bislang habe ich noch keine Info, ob ich mein Geld zurückbekomme. Das Hotel gefällt uns gut. Alles neu, schön eingerichtet. Freundliches Personal. Dass aber beim Einzug das frisch bezogene Bett benutzt aussieht und schwarze Haare auf dem Kopfkissen liegen, ist absolut inakzeptabel. Der Mangel wurde aber sofort sehr freundlich behoben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert.

Am Türrahmen des Badezimmers gab es mehrere Stellen die bräunlich/schwarz verfärbt waren evtl. durch einen Wasserschaden, das sah nicht so schön aus. Die Klimaanlage war nachts so laut, dass ich öfters wachgeworden bin, ausschalten konnte ich sie leider nicht. An der unteren Seite der Klobrille war ein gelblicher Fleck, sehr ekelhaft. Und auf dem Bett habe ich 1/2 Haare entdeckt, was auch etwas unangenehm ist. Und in der Mikrowelle gab es ein Behälter zum Aufwärmen, wo noch Essensreste drin waren. Das Zimmer an sich, war schön eingerichtet und sonst relativ sauber.

Leider hatte ich ein Cityapartment über Expedia gebucht. Es stand nirgendwo das ein Cityapartment ein Apartment im Souterrain ist...dummerweise steht auch nicht auf der Website vom Novum Hotel East Apartments, dass sich das Souterrain im Keller befindet mit einem Fenster, das in einem Schacht endet. Ordentliches Tageslicht?! Fehlanzeige ....Handynetz hatte man in dem Raum auch nicht. Dies war sehr schlecht, da meine Schwester eine Telefonkonferenz führen musste. Normalerweise sollte es möglich sein, in einem Hotel auch der Arbeit nachzukommen. Die Heizung ging im Badezimmer leider auch nicht. Ich war schon öfter im Novum, bisher war ich eigentlich auch immer zufrieden. Dieses Mal leider nicht. Als ich meine Beschwerde vorbrachte, gab man mir ein Kärtchen auf dem eine E-Mail-Adresse stand. Keine Telefonnummer bei der man sich direkt melden kann. Der Mann an der Rezeption konnte mir zunächst nicht weiterhelfen. Nach mehrmaligen hin und her habe ich eine kleine Erstattung bekommen, diese hat mir nur leider nicht viel gebracht, schließlich konnte man ja immer noch nicht telefonieren. Man bot mir an, das Telefonat im Frühstücksraum zu führen, mit dem Hinweis, dass es da aber ziemlich laut wäre...ansonsten könnten wir auch gerne gegen Aufpreis eine Nacht umziehen. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort! Einen Aufpreis für fehlende Informationen auf den jeweiligen Seiten zu zahlen und dann auch nur für eine Nacht finde ich nicht angemessen. Schade, dass dieser Aufenthalt so verlaufen ist.
