I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, especially from Salah at the reception. He welcomed me warmly, handled my check-in efficiently, and provided outstanding service throughout. Excellent and affordable!

Vivek the Receptionist during check in was excellent and very helpful. House keeping very courteous and friendly.
Breakfast is outstanding with variety foods selection and excellent service. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Place hotel. I highly recommend for the value. I will consider to stay at Haytt Place Al Rigga.

Nice hotel club good inside the hotel

Good excellent hotel I always stay in this hotel when I come Dubai but this time they gave me king bed attached two single bed which caused my wife pain as in middle always a gap in which she was uncomfortable middle of night . I ask hotel to change the room and every time they say next day they will at noon but they never did . Breakfast good and hotel good .

Lovely comfy beds and the most powerful shower!
Breakfast was disappointing, not much western food choice available! Could also smell cigarette smoke near the reception lift area.

Water pressure so high and the shower curtain very thin so with the water pressure creating winds and curtain keep flowing toward my body causing water everywhere. Rooms are very small.

Great hotel

Great location, close to all main local attractions and amenities. The staff were great and accommodating. We arrived 6 hours early prior to check in and they sorted us out with our room pretty much as soon as we got there. Would definitely recommend this place.

Overall nice property but the rooms need some updating. The carpet in our room had stains, wallpaper coming apart at the seam. It was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is weak but the shower was large. We were able to walk, carefully, to restaurants. Taxis are readily available.

Great breakfast options right in the hotel. Note that the the hot water is not like a boiler setting, where the supply is continuous. It will run out and you will have to wait until the hot water is warm enough to to begin your shower.

We arrived at the hotel around 9.30am and the check-in was at 3pm.
The manager was so kind he gave us the room at 10am and on top of that he even upgraded our room into two bedroom apartment.

Location was great, we got upgraded to an apartment which was great. Breakfast was not so great in my opinion. Could have done with more fruit choices, pastries. They catered more for the Indian choices and not continental. Breakfast area was always congested, cups, cutlery running out, wait for tables. Al Rigga metro station was about 8 mins walk away

I booked for my family and friends who arrived a day later (5 rooms) to stay at this hotel because of my experience of staying in Hyatt Place at a different location in Dubai. I was disappointed at how terrible it was. Wi-fi stopped working on the second day and despite IT team efforts it did not work for 3 days.

Another reason for booking this was the pool and breakfast as we had 7 children with us. Pool was closed on the second day and when we complained the staff at the counter said it is complimentary anyways.

Breakfast was awful and no where near as good as their branch in Al Hudaiba where I stayed.

We tried their buffett restaurant and it was terrible. Food was not good. chicken was hard and chewy and rice tasted gone off.

Disappointing stay at Hotel Hyatt Al Rigga

Not very pleasant . Hotels is very average and tired with service lacking enthusiasm and sincerity . They don’t go out of their way to assist even with repeated complaints of their sub standard wifi . Breakfast is same old thing and no variety . Beds and bedding needs replacement and shower and water pressure below acceptable standard . Not given any special upgrade , VIP or extra value treatment as a Hotel.Com Gold club member . We will not go back to stay here .

Horrible stay. Poor service. Room smelt of cigarette smoke. Water leak from the toilet every time after flushing. They gave us a new room but still had cigarette smoke smell. Spraying from taps in sink and shower. Dark and dingy room. Breakfast very disorganised and no queue system. People touching food with hands. Lack of hygiene. Hotel did not offer any compensation and we left after one night to another hotel.

The HOTEL is great & the location is near clock tower & metro -- that is favorable to the Deira Market & the canal crossing to Bur Dubai. Plenty of out of Hotel places to eat & food in Dubai is generally delicious. We booked with breakfast for convenience reasons. Even though the spread (variety) is extensive the taste is to the best OK. If you are NOT rushed on time, you may prefer outside location bbreakfast. Overall GREAT place & had a successful trip.

The rooms were great, large and comfortable. Staff was good and attentive. BlueBird Cafe was a cute place to enjoy a drink and snack. The breakfast buffet needs more variety and more order. Other guests did not cue or respect any sort of line and would push and cut in. Although staff attempted to keep so order most guests ignored them and did as they pleased, including seating themselves even they were asked to wait at the end of the line with 20 plus people were in line waiting on tables. Some sampled food with their fingers. More order is needed to maintain hygiene and less chaos. The area around has lots of local food places and small stores including grocery stores. Be aware this hotel is very far from the main attractions. If you cab it will cost you and if you take the metro be prepared to stand and be crowded. For first time visitors I would recommend staying in the Marina area.

We stayed for one night the room was not ready for 2pm check in.Waited in lobby for one hour and left for our safari tour that’s the only disappointment . Rashed at the front desk was nice and courteous.
