The room was in good condition and tidy. The only thing that was slightly concerning for myself was the damp ceiling above the bed and the flies in the bathroom. There were small stains on the curtains and lamp shade. I was also woken up to the tv next door which was very loud at 4am. Besides these little issues. We had a great stay!

Great location, clean, very pleasant staff. Would go again.

We booked a double seaview room, check in was easy. However, the room smelt of cigarette smoke, someone had clearly been smoking in the room. We spoke to reception they rectified this straight away and upgraded us to a spacious room still seaview.

The breakfast was spot on, great choices for both cooked and continental. Parking was also easy on the promenade.

Staff were helpfull when tv didnt work although replacement was so small you needed xray vision

Room was okay. Bath was rusty around the plug so wasn't used. Staff, friendly and helpful. Was not happy with Expedia over charging us by £20. We could have got this cheaper by booking direct with the hotel, or someone else. Plus- pay when we got there to check in, and cancelled or, rearranged for free. Please do better Expedia!! No problen with hotel just the booking!.

However the mattress was very thin, low water pressure in the shower in the morning, no u-bend on sink and a smell of sewage in the bathroom. No air vent in the bathroom.

The felt neglected as did the hotel itself. The property needs a LOT of money spending on it. We had a room upgrade and it did not feel like it! I dread to think what the room would we should have been in was like.
The lounge next to reception had an awful smell, like fat that hasnt been changed in years.
On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was dirty. The floor boards are so creaky so you can’t sleep as it’s constant. The walls are so thin I could hear people talking on the corridors very clearly. The room was so scruffy, would not recommend at all

Me and my 4 year old daughter stayed for 3 nights. We booked a cosy double room (218) it was at the side of the building and we had a lovely side sea view which we didn't expect 😀. Room was small but very comfortable, room was very clean with lovely fresh white bedding and towels. Bathroom a little dated but for the price we paid it was great.
I ended up leaving my daughters dvd charger, and a cases full of dvds in the room (my own fault 🙃) staff where great packaging it up for me ready for royal mail to pick it up.
Thanks for everything we would definitely stay again.

Despite very helpful staff it does not detract from the terrible state of this hotel.
I was moved 3 times - first because of lack of heating and general poor state of the room and stinking pillows then because of a severe water leak from the ceiling above which could have damaged all of my luggage had I not been in the room - the state and heating situation was not much of an improvement on the first room.
The final room was a total contrast but by this point it was too late and had I not been staying for work purposes I would have moved to another hotel.

Breakfast was also pretty poor.

The general areas were also in need of severe update or cleaning. I cannot see how some of the top reviews on here can be legitimate in light of what I experienced.
Apart from the staff trying to remedy the situation and a couple being very helpful it really was an unacceptable experience.

Cannot complain about the staff but the resources they have at their disposal are limited
The lower part of the hotel is fine but go further up and the rooms seem a bit unloved. Radiator in our room didn’t work so we tried to ‘bleed’it
Didn’t work so we were given a very inadequate small space heater. Nice breeze from the window frames didn’t help😀so the room was cold. As I said, the staff are good and helpful but all in all, disappointing

There was a draught coming in through the window. The heating was practically non existent. The toilet was smelly in that every time you opened the bedroom/ bathroom door it wafted in, was quite noxious. Some of the staff were lovely but others did not communicate when you spoke to them. I will not be going back there.

All I wanted was a room for 3 nights which I got. However the radiator in the room was very noisy, starting about bed time. The first day I mentioned it to the receptionist, and fair play something was done about it. It was ok for that night, then the next evening it started again. Also they would not let me book in till I had provided them with a credit or debit card details which I did not want to give. But they made it quite plain I would not be allowed to stay unless I did, and my booking fee, payed in advance would b forfited.

The first impressions of the hotel was when we parked the car and travels through the rear entrance of the hotel to reception which was covered in pigeon mess from the rear door right to the left.
After collecting our key, we travelled up to the third floor in the left, which was a very frightening experience with some of the weird noises that lift mate.
The first one we went in was extremely poor. I went straight back to reception and explained this so they give us keys to another room on the same floor which was a little bit better still smelled the damp. The maintenance man must be a child if you’ve seen some of the masks in on the tiles The curtain backing was rotten. Plugs for the kettle and the telly didn’t work so we had to put them on the floor to boil the kettle in another plug socket. Overall I rate this Hotel is very very poor. I have purchased the back up all my points.

It was dirty with stains on the floor. It was also sticky to walk on. The bathroom was filthy grime everywhere with mould. Shower had pubic hair left in it and it had grime in there with paint peeling in the tray. Also the mattres had springs sticking out and was broke one side so you rolled off it. I was very disappointed in how dirty it was but the bed wasnt fit to sleep in

We stayed for 3 nights for a Birthday celebration. With beautiful views from our sea view room.
Parking was easy and right in front of the hotel entrance.
Breakfast made fresh to order and of very good quality.
Staff are very pleasant & friendly. They were very welcoming, helpful and dog friendly to our 2 pooches.
The only criticism would be the Skirting and corners in the room was quite dusty. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and picture rails in the dining room.
But overall an enjoyable stay.

I stayed at The Seafront Hotel for a work and overall had an enjoyable stay. The location is excellent — right on the promenade with easy access to the pier, beaches and town centre. Staff were consistently warm and helpful from check-in to breakfast, and the reception team gave useful local tips that made exploring simple.

The room was clean and comfortable with a pleasant sea view, and the bed was supportive. Housekeeping were efficient and punctual. Breakfast offered a good range of choices; the cooked options were well presented and the buffet kept replenished.

First off the room aren't as described /shown on the website. Our room was a double every bathroom pic shows a pic with shower ours had a small walk in cubical the area for the sink was very small. The bathroom door didnt work right its a sliding door and kept on sticking my partnergot stucka couple of times. The pics shows a tassimo machine there wasnt one! the floors were only hoovered where you walk nothing moved the towels are only changed if asked for they are not changed everyday. We did say about the bathroom door and we were moved to a room which was more like the pics shown but even in there we found a dog biscuit in the middle of room.

I was meeting up with some friends in Llandudno and picked this hotel as it's dog friendly. My room was basic but very clean and comfortable. I had the bonus of a seaview too. The check in lady was very friendly as was lady next morning when I checked out. I was meeting my friends for breakfast so I can't comment on it but it smelled good!

A pokey little room at the back of the building. TV wouldn't work, beside light didn't work, it was a cold room & central heating wasn't on. When I searched on line for a hotel I specified with breakfast, when this hotel came up I booked it with your company assuming breakfast was included. Upon arrival I was told that it wasn't included. You need to make it clear what customers are getting. Overall a very disappointing stay. You & the hotel need to improve your standards. I shall not be using you again or starting at this hotel again. ( The Seafront Hotel. Previously called The County Hotel in Llandudno)

I only stayed for one night last night and it was lovely. I was nervous due to very mixed reviews but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were lovely. Only downside was I had no toilet roll, I asked for some to be placed in my room whilst I was out but when I came back there was still none. I’d stay again though… I’ll just bring my own!
