We stayed here for just 2 days and unfortunately it was a bad experience. The room was poorly maintained, and looked nothing like the nice photos online – those must be old or heavily edited.
We found cockroaches in the bathroom and around the room, which made it really uncomfortable and unhygienic. It was very difficult to find another place on short notice, so we had to stay, but we wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Miss this place! Safe & best place to stay in Old Dubai!!! 5 days in this beautiful Hotel. Mum Big Sis & I will go back!! We had the Triple Room with big bathroom & they bought the dryer & washing to our Room. The Hotel has awesome Housekeeping & Front Office Team. Lastly the best Bell Man Faisal ordered a Driver for us from our Hotel to Abu Dabi Airport (2 Hour Driver). Grateful to the Hotel Bell Man Faisal!!! Faisal needs to have a reward. We checked in 5 hours early & were so happy! Appreciate you Pearl Executive Hotel & Faisal!!

Not convenient to MRT station, that takes 20 mins walk. The hotel seems quite old. Cannot adjust the air con temperature. The hair dryer is dirty. And cannot use the phone to contact receiption, take quite long time to wait the lift. I don't think I will come again.

There was a number of cockroaches.
Needs a serious health and safety check.

To make matters worse, there were noticeable marks on the bed that made me question how often it was cleaned. was extremely disappointed with my stay. I hate this hotel, it’s a waste of money to stay in this hotel. My children could not eat the food because one of their staff was picking his nose, robbing his face, sneezed on his hand and touched the food without washing his hands. Management of the hotel is terrible, staff are rude with non challant attitude. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay. It is a total waste of money.

The only positive points were location and spacious apartment's, rest terrible starting with a broken main door handle .
In shower the only plus point was a good shower but the water was always uncomfortably hot , Linen was dirty with stains , no fridge , no washing machine , very noisy all the time , crowd outside was not where you would walk around with your family .
Kitchen door panels broken .
So will never go again and would recommend to everyone not to go there at any cost , as cost was okay but then there were too many negatives .

STOP!!!! Before you book this hotel, please read the google reviews. It’s a very economical stay but for me, not worth it. I found a few small roaches in our bathroom and we saw several in the dining area around the food we were eating for breakfast. Also the place through out stinks like cigarette including the room and I ended up getting sick. If you’re totally ok with everything I mentioned above than by all means, more power to you. It was unfortunate that we booked this place and I failed to do further research. Their Hotels.com ad and review is a little miss leading and they do NOT refund for cancellations. I was unable to make any changes and just pushed through our stay. Other than that, the staff was nice.

Hey fellow travelers, don't let them scam you like they did to me. This hotel is not 5 star, it's not even 1 star and it is not safe from the health point of view. There are roaches all over the place, I have seen many of them at various places in the hotel and in my room. There was one sitting inside the refrigerator in my room and in the bathroom, not to mention the flies and bedbugs but the most disturbing part was the roaches on the back wall where the breakfast buffet is served.
I was supposed to stay for 8 nights but had to check out after 2 nights because of the disgusting conditions of this hotel.
Expedia refused to refund me the remainder of the amount I have paid despite their false advertizing by rating this hotel as a 5 star.
Dubai is a far and an expensive destination, don't let them ruing for you. Go somewhere else.

This is an old aparthotel building in Deira, the centre of \"old Dubai\". The rooms need new furnishings and renovation and the building is riddled with cockroaches. Many the clients appeared to be \"party girls\" and their male friends. The staff are friendly are helpful and do their best with what they have to work with. Don´t expect much here and you won´t be disappointed.

For 4 adults and one kids they give 4 towels, they didn’t put towels in after room cleaning and every day we need to call reception and wait for hours to bring. After one big fight they accept to give the fifth toll for kid. Room key for all big 2 bedroom apartment was just one. My room had smoke even though we requested a non-smoking room. When we asked to switch to another room we were told that all the rooms have smoke because everyone smokes in their room. Extremely dirty hotel. I booked this through Expedia 4 days ago. The first night after sleeping 2 hours my body was full of bugs bite. We complained so they decided to give us the other room. When we went to the other room, that room was full of cockroaches and smelly. We were so tired as we came from Abu Dhabi. I had to woke up my both kids at 1 am to leave the hotel right away. We asked for the manager but he was not there at all time and didn’t want to talk over the phone. We left without any settlement. The whole hotel was full of cockroaches and prostitutes. The only thing I didn’t do on the spot was calling the police. Now they are not even refunding the money as Expedia just mentioned me that the hotel is following the policies. What a shame. I will call the police and will complain about them. Please don’t ever go there.

It would be unfair to judge this property too harshly given the very reasonable rates. Livable Hotel-Apart in a good area with nice staff. Very good Iranian restaurant downstairs (Bahran?).
The room interior appears dated and in need of renovation in part. Overall, reasonable value and no complaints. Lively hotel (The Moscow) across the road and good bars at La Meridian a short cab ride away/ Irish Village also.
Basic breakfast but you won't go hungry. In summary, I would stay again.

Great location, spacious twin bed room, free onsite parking, restaurants and malls close by. Since we had a child with us, we asked for an additional bed and they provided it to us at no additional charge. Couple of things we didn’t like during our stay; they checked us into an accessible room without asking us if it was ok to do so or even letting us know what to expect. The bathroom stunk, because it was an accessible one it had an standing overhead shower without a curtain which resulted water spilling all over the toilet, and couple of times we almost slipped and fell, they gave us a floor scraper to drive water to drain each time we took shower which was frustrating. They also ration towels, they gave us one clean towel per day, the front desk could also improve communication specially when it comes to guest requests for basic amenities, it took many calls to reception desk to get supplies.

We chose to book for this hotel apartment bec of its accessibility and cost. When we arrived at the hotel, the check-in process took a bit longer considering that we were the only guests to check-in at that time. The size of the room is quite good as well as the kitchen area. However we were disappointed with the incomplete kitchen equipment. The utensils that were available in our room were very old and over used, some mugs were cracked and the some spoons/fork have stains. We requested additional kitchen items but it took them forever to provide. Also, there’s no washing machine in our room, we requested for it several times but they failed to provide it. The microwave was not working as well as the telephone in the living room. The only telephone that was working was in the bedroom, however, even that was malfunctioning as the receiver cannot hear properly what we were saying and at times they will just hang up. Also, the major disappointment was when we used the pool. There was no staff in the pool area. We came there with just one guest but then few minutes later there were group of Indians and Arab guys who came to swim as well. One of the guys was spitting out in the pool which was very very disgusting. There was even a conflict that had happened and two of these guys almost got into fight. Considering that the pool is small and with the on-going situation of this pandemic, the pool got over crowded. This could've been avoided if there was a staff there.

I expected a lot with this hotel but I feel less with all my expectations. They have no heated pool. Its 15 mins away from the nearest Train station. Although it has a great bar across the street that has numerous russian chicks that will cost you 1000 aed per service. This hotel does not even give instant coffee.

\"It was a nightmare\"

I have visited many hotels around the world and stayed for atleast minimum 2/3 days in each hotel. Out of all my hotel experiences this is the worst hotel in my entire life.
Let me start from the beginning , while doing my reservation I have booked Deluxe studio king which indicate in the booking that I should have King size bed. But at the time of checkin they provide me two twin bed instead. I have specifically booked king size bed because I can't sleep in single bed. Anyways after that the interior of the hotel I would say its fair no complains about it even though its rated 4 star which is 100% lie and WiFi is disaster. There are nothing about this property can make you go a little easier.
Staff at the hotel? I think they should work in a organization where they can demand or can be rude to the guest or customer. But for a hotel staff they are just useless. Specially the girl at the reception ( don't wanna mentioned the name) is one of the worst receptionist in all my experience. She doesn't even look at your eyes while talking to you and so rude. Yes she must be busy but she need to know how to do multi task. If you want any help from the this staff then forget about it it will never come to you.
For a 4 star rated hotel it should way more facilities in the property. In my opinion there are no stars rated for this property. Oh I forget to mention it if you like to have a soup than you probably get a bowl from home or else you will end up having it in plate.

Very bad hotel rooms smells bad and not clean ever never everything is smelly and ugly I slept 4 am and left 9 am breakfast also very bad the bread maybe expire I’ll never do the mistake again
