Do not stay at this hotel—especially if you are traveling with family.
We booked this hotel expecting a basic, clean place to sleep before an early flight. Based on the name and the reviews we saw on Expedia, we believed it would be decent. That was a serious mistake. I now genuinely question how those reviews exist, because they do not reflect reality at all. I should have checked Google reviews instead.
This hotel is beyond terrible. The moment we entered, there was an overwhelming, artificial strawberry-chemical odor being pumped through the air conditioning system. The smell is suffocating—so strong it makes it difficult to breathe. Due to that, I could not sleep the entire night!!! I cannot imagine what this would do to someone with allergies, asthma, or any respiratory sensitivity. It is clearly being used to mask heavy smoking odors, something we were never informed that it was allowed.
The environment was completely inappropriate for families. The lobby contains multiple clubs, and there are men and women interactions that are not appropriate for families. When we waited there for about 30 minutes before leaving for the airport, I had to physically shield my child’s attention and tell her not to look around. No parent should ever be put in that position.
This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience of my life. Unsafe, unpleasant, and misleading. Do not stay here.

My first room had roaches crawling on the bed. The concierge went to kill them. We asked for another room and it was subpar. The toilet seat was dirty, there was hair that wasn’t ours on the floor, we never had hot water until the last night. You could hear music from downstairs from the whole night. I told the check in person to add a night to the stay when I FIRST arrived and he didn’t. Then when I was in the middle of getting ready one day, my power went out they said that I checked out. I told them I said at check in, to add the night and they wanted to charge an astronomical price for a hotel that’s the same quality as a 15 minute motel. After going back and forth they finally gave me the price I was promised the first night.

I asked for a manager. They said the manager was out because it was the holiday. Then a manager showed up.

Stay away from here. Do not stay. Just bite the bullet stay at a nicer place and stay away from roach infested place. If I could upload picture I would.

There was no water available when I woke up in the morning, so I couldn’t wash my face or brush my teeth. The breakfast was disappointing—mostly vegetarian, with very few non-vegetarian options. When I entered my room, it smelled like cigarette smoke, and I could also smell smoke coming from outside. The club on the ground floor was extremely noisy, with loud music and people shouting, and I could hear everything even from my room on the second floor. There were also many people walking noisily through the corridor; the hotel should put up signs reminding guests to be quiet at night since others are trying to sleep. The staff were generally okay, but the staff who checked me in could use more training in customer service.

Our room attendant cleaned our room nicely. Only Reception team are not friendly even dont know to greet the guest , also dont to smile all very serious. Dont know breakfast charges for kids, saying you can check with the Restaurant. Rahil khan was cleaning his nose on Reception desk, disgusting. Check Camera on 24/11 @ 21.15. Divya needs more training.

This hotel is tired & dated. The room was dark & dingy & the dirty caret had been partially replaced by boards. The sink in our room was cracked & dirty. We were not given enough towels & I had to ask twice for additional, which was deemed to be an inconvenience. Other than the two porters, the rest of the staff were really completely disinterested. We were really too tired from travelling to express our concerns & just glad to move on to our next hotel.The property is located on a very busy junction & directly under the airport flight path. If you like pollution this hotel is for you, although I have to say, it is well insulated, so there was no noise disturbance.

The room was poorly. No hand towels in the bathroom and only 1 bath towel, the flush would keep running when used. Lighting near the door/outside the bathroom broken. King bed was 2 twin beds connected, they do not have 2 queens. No, i didnt contact the hotel bcoz i came to stay for 1 night and i expect the room to be liveable and not have to complain. Do no recommend this place.

Pillow covers didn’t cover the entire pillow and the dirty pillow was half out of cover.
Staff, though friendly was not trained in hospitality. They would want to go out of their way to help but lack of training is very evident.

Very bad service and reception staff very bad and very rude plus they only give one key if you are two person and one of the person want to go out he have to take Kay with because lift doesn’t work without key so other person stay in the room without the light because when you take your key light get off very strange hotel very bad customer service not helpful I travel all over the world but never had hotel and staff like that very very bad I will never going to use this hotel again very rubbish hotel

Check in staff very helpful and friendly (Ejaz, in particular). Lunch in the cafe was very nice. The in-hotel perfume shop helpful and it was fun to smell all the different fragrances. Hotel is very well located for the excellent Dubai Metro.

Overall the property is ok for a short stay but not close to most tourist attractions. The benefits is that it is 5 minutes from a metro station so you can get around easily and cheap if you don’t want to bother renting a car. Breakfast was very mediocre. Rooms are dated but the beds were comfortable. Service was very good. There is not much around the hotel and the area is a bit “dicey”.

It’s close to the Metro Train, and easy access to go anywhere! We bought the GOLD CARD for the metro train which is a VIP seat to take the Metro.

It was an easy check-in. We needed some adjustments of rooms and the staff at the reception were very helpful. They were very customer oriented and addressed to our needs. We stayed at this property for three days and needed assistance at various occasions. We found the staff team always available, willing and ready to assist at any time.
It never took more than a few minutes to attend whenever you called housekeeping service.
Hotel provides most of the services a guest would require, in-house.
Most importantly, it’s reasonably cheap compared to similar properties.
Highly recommend and I definitely will book this hotel again and again

We didn’t enjoy our stay. We were dismayed about the indoor pool. The water was blurry dark and the surrounding was unclean. The whole pool looks terribly dirty. The only reason we checked in was the indoor pool, we’re supposed to stay two nights but we just stayed one night. And I haven’t received my refund for the other one night until now.

The price is good, and you cannot ask for a perfect hotel if you pay a very good rate. But the hotel clearly needs renovation. rooms s bit smelly, bathroom is in a very used condition. Not really bad hotel, its just needing a refurbishing. there is 2 clubs downstairs, so if you like party it might be a good hotel, but for business is not a good one.
Staff is Ok, room service was punctual and delivered all as ordered, so no complains on that. there is security at night (I guess because of the clubs). I would recommend it if you are short of cash, or you dont mind too much and want to spend time at not fancy hotels during your stay.

The property was good for a late night quick check in, parking is available at the facility, front desk staff were very quick with check in, and it took no time to be in the room.
Rooms are in good condition, bed was comfortable, bathrooms were clean. There is no soap or shampoo, it’s all in one liquid soaps. If that is of a concern to travelers.
I did not use their Resturant’s nor any facilities, from the look they looked ok to me.

Checkin was terrible. Staff assigned to checkout refused to carry out checkin.

I paid cash as I wanted to use up my cash - no change for AED333. I had to wait for 3 hours for that. However, the Duty Manager was excellent and she provided service recovery and was very apologetic of these shortfall.

The carpet in the room needs replacement - stained throughout the room. The room has a stench and wasn’t pleasant. The bath in the bathroom needs to be scrubbed - there were moulds and water logged in the corners which had turned orange!

The rubbish collectors blocked the entrance to the car park. No way of accessing the parking and having to reverse back into the driveway was absolutely not an option when the reception staff and security were spectators and offered no assistance - they yelled at me instead of being empathetic. Another guest guided me to reverse safely and securely. The hotel staff were mere spectators! However, night Duty Manager was very understanding of the issue and listened to me.

When I collected my car the next day, I found a huge foot print on the side my car. Was it caused by some vindictive, disrespectful hotel staff out of revenge and vengeance?

Upon checkin out, I asked for a meeting with the Duty Manager and was granted audience with the hotel’s Cluster General Manager and Security Manager/Hygiene Manager.

Definitely not a hotel I will return or in a hurry to return.

It was close to the Metro. We were taken to a room and when we entered it smelled of mold and mildew. The carpet was so stained it was ridiculous. The bellhop said someone spilled coffee. We refused the room and he called the manager, we were shown another one and it was the SAME! He took us to a THIRD room which had new carpet and it was acceptable. We chose this hotel based on reviews and it had a pool, the manager said the pool was closed for repairs and assured us it would open in two days. When I asked fours days later the concierge started laughing! Nine days later, still closed. They cleaned our room one day and only left one towel, I went to the manager, told him my wife and I just returned to our room and there was only one towel, his response was \" well how many people are in your room\".

Very nice hotel!! Felt very welcome by the bellman as soon as we arrived!!!! He was so helpful from when we check in to from we checked out!! I think his name was Anvar. I travel so much and I have never met such a wonderful man like him he literally went out of his way to find us two taxis to take us to the airport at 5 AM since there were none outside
I only stayed at the hotel one night since it was not far from the airport and I didn’t see no point in paying $500 a night In other hotels when I can get a good rate at this nice hotel for a couple of hours just to sleep. Anvar was so kind hard working!!! he was so helpful. I checked in late and that’s when we met him and when we checked out he was still there working hard.

My Stay

The only quim I have are the carpets of the room. We stayed in Room 530. They are stained and seemed not very well kept. I have stayed at other Ramada hotels especially one in Abu Dhabi Corniche area and that hotel is exceptional.
I hope the hotel can improve on its visual characters which makes first impressions to visitors.
