Long story short, I know it’s my fault since I booked the wrong date. But I tried calling them for weeks to see if there’s any solution but no one answered me and that made me have to book a different hotel. If they answered and said there’s nothing they can do I wouldn’t be so upset. But not answering at all that’s not good for a place that is supposed to be good?

Staff is accommodating. Great location near quaint park and several dining options including in the mall a five minute walk away. The water for the shower doesn't get very hot or stay hot long. The rooms show a little wear and tear but price when I first checked in made the stay a real value. Prices climbed up during EID and wasn't as good of value. Still a good stay.

Outdated, everything is old and not comfortable. Only the entrance looks nice. Very noisy, some construction going on. Paid for deluxe king room, only because I wanted a balcony, there was none, just a broken looking window overseeing dirty patio with no excess to it. Check in took forever, even though I arrived 4pm, and wasn't friendly. The in room service- limited food was available, and not eatable really. So if you need a quiet 24 hours between your flights with decent food brought to your clean and comfortable room, this is NOT a place for you

Location is in close proximity to airport. No airport shuttle provided even though this was reflected as a service on their websites and brochures. No discount on food & beverages as well as SPA treatments was given even though that was reflected on the VIP benefits for this hotel. Rooms were freezing and temperature could not be adjusted. Food quality was below average. Room phone did not work so every time you needed something you had to walk to the front desk. No storage facility for luggage offered. Very disappointing experience, expected a much higher standard given that this hotel had been verified by Expedia for quality and service and categorised under their VIP benefits list of hotels. Wouldn’t recommend.

TRULY A 4 STAR HOTEL

The hotel's location is superb. It enjoys great access to shopping, outdoor dining, transportation, banking, airport and family parks.
The housekeeping is timely and impressive.
Front desk staff, particularly Mr Gafar, is friendly and helpful.
The hotel is generally a nice place to stay.

It Is Good Hotel with supper friendly staff. but 2 things that manager has to consider on :
1) room needs more renovated ( mini bar, Iron for clothes ) these are very basic things every customer need in Hotel room.

2) the breakfast!!!! The quality of breakfast was not what I expected. please focus on it.

A few things to keep in mind before booking.

Overall, the hotel is OK for no-fuss guests but you have to be aware of a a few points before booking:
- The main complaint is that it took about 10 minutes to get hot water to flow to the shower or wash hand basin.
Pro tip: if you want to take a hot shower, get up 5 minutes early and run hot water through all the sinks for about 5-10 minutes until you feel hot water flowing. I wish I knew that in hindsight as on my first day, I had shower in cold water. Frankly speaking, not acceptable for a 4-star rated establishment.
- The airport shuttle does not run 24 hours. My flight arrived in the middle of the night and I had to take a taxi because the shuttle was not running. Another thing better to know in hindsight.
- The nearby area has no restaurants or other tourist attractions so don't expect anything. However, the hotel is within a 10 minute walk to a metro station with metro access to old Dubai, airport and beyond.
All in all, expect a 3-star accommodation and use the hotel as a base to explore greater Dubai.
No complaints about cleanliness or noise.

Our stay here was nice, we had the king size room.
Unfortunately we had two beds pushed together instead of a king size bed, and light was a bit lacking. There were only spotlights on one side of the room and the lamps beside the bed. Room service was nice and prompt, and location was great. About 10 minutes from airport by car, and 15 to 20 minutes to things like dubai mall. There is also a shopping mall thats walking distance from the hotel.

We love our 10 days at this hotel

The staff on this Deira location makes our stay a special one. From the receptionist (Gafar), room service,concierge [Jonathan). The interconnecting room is good, staff cleaned the rooms upon request,tended to all our request.the lobby area is good for inviting guests. We love the Breakfast buffet.we stayed for 9 nights and satisfied with the selections.walking distance to Carrefour,covid testing very near and easy access to taxis.

I have some comments
1. They need to reply to our special request. As i arrived around 5 am. And i asked if i can accommodate early, the issue if i book the day before, the reservation will cancel around 10 pm previous day if i doesn't show. No reply
2. Need more staff for cleaning. As they start around 9 am. They need to cover 24 hrs. At least with min staff during not peak time
3. Need more staff in reception if the hotel occupied more than 80%

I’d like to start by saying Dealing with orbitz is amazing and we are always happy. As for City Seasons we were very disappointed. The bed and a chair in the room had white stains that looked like “inappropriate” stains. That’s the best way for me to word it… we did bring it to a managers attention and they did have it cleaned later that day. There were water stains/damage on the bathroom ceiling we suppose from leakage. The front desk was ok, not mean but not very welcoming. The lifeguard was very sweet. The pool and the hot tub were the best amenities. We would not return to this hotel.

we always call to reception to give us bath towels to use, we had 2 nights waiting for the bath towel to be delivered till morning, the bathroom is always flooded when we use, i slip 2x in the floor because we dont have any bathtub, ( washroom for disabilty )? We ask to change the room but they said tomorrow when there’s a checkout. Very dissapointed with the quality of service

The hotel was nice, a few things I found peculiar, such as the room balcony I had to call for someone to open it and close it and I had to sign an agreement that I am liable for any issues occuring whilst the door is open.. (I thought Dubai was a safe place). Jonathan in Concierge was very very friendly, I liked his hospitality that he showed towards the hotel guests, nothing was too much trouble. I had a quick look at breakfast and there was room for improvement so I didnt have any there. I would recommend the hotel for business and leisure trips to Dubai, its quite close a lot of things.

That’s the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life in dubai, front desk agents have no enough knowledge and information about anything they aren’t helpful and also the indian english accent was so difficult to understand due to lack of fluency plus some staff personal hygiene issues..
I booked the room with Expedia , had a confirmation number when we arrived they said the number doesn’t Exist however they already charged my credit card after
Hour or so they said we have to fix the reservation name, my question is why they haven’t mention that from the beginning !!?? They just said the reservation code doesn’t exist in their system which was nonsense bc i had confirmation from expedia and the problem was the reservation name that my friend booked from her account for me ! And then they wouldn’t give me another room they where said the money is HARAM I’m very disappointed and efferent with the experience that I had with this hotel

Gym was a bit dirty. Sauna and steam room were out of order. Quality of the breakfast was poor. Room service stopped during the night.
The massage parlor on the top floor wasn't your usual massage parlor. It was that kind of hotel.
I think 15 years ago this hotel would have been considered 'luxury' but is now outdated and poorly maintained.

Crapy place to stay!

This hotel does not look like what you see in the pictures! The rooms are old and dated, the carpet was dirty, there wasn’t any robes like they claimed to have, they also stated in the listing that they offer hotel shuttles, but that turned out to be false! I planned my hotel stay around the airport shuttle ride. I will never stay here again!

Decent overall stay, only a few complaints

$24/night ($33/night with all taxes) is not a bad cost for this location. Lots of places to walk for food and other needs. Green House is one block away. Food Party was surprisingly yummy and affordable (right down at street level (same building)). The staff were always friendly and helpful. I did have to constantly request the correct number of towels, but started tipping house keeping (10 AED per day) and they made sure to take care of us then. The thermostat did not work correctly, so after complaining a few times and not being believed, we continued to turn the AC on and off to try to obtain a level of comfort. This was very frustrating, but we dealt with it. Parking is under the building and included with the stay. Internet worked 99% of the time (very little problems). Overall, it was a nice 20-night stay here while visiting others areas of Dubai, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah. I would stay at this hotel again, but last summer stayed at J5 Rimal and it was a slightly nicer 4-star hotel at about the same price. Asiana Hotel was a decent 5-star stay, but for a few more dollars a day. The food at both places was very good (buffet breakfast is cheaper if you pay in advance through hotels.com), but we didn't get the breakfast this year at City Seasons, so I cannot comment on the food at the hotel. I think the location (super close to airport) was the nicest feature for this location.

It's a great option for someone looking for a good hotel in a decent price. We needed a family suite with 3 beds and this family suite was exactly what we needed. Bathrooms were decently cleaned. The hotel lobby does not reflect what’s shown online. It’s dated and needs an upgrade. The sofas in the lobby needs replacing, also the artificial palm tree definitely needs to go. On the website it should state that alcohol is not served. They should cater to tourist.

My 4 star expectation from this hotel is not met. Went in front of the hotel just to find out that there was no entrance but a public parking. A desk for valet parking in fron of the hotel but actually, it’s just a props! Parked on my own to a not so nice basement parking. Went straight to the reception and first ask for valet, they said NO valet at all!!!
Checked in. I have requested for a room in higher floor since i’m having my child who’s not a fan of noise. They first gave me first floor though. Inside the room is a very dusty hotel supplies. Meaning no one has used the room for quite a long time. Not maintained room. TV channels are listed but not working. Breakfast, standard.
Not coming back!

The property is very close to the airport which makes getting a taxi to and from the airport.

The staff are very helpful and attentive. The concierge is always available to answer any questions and give tips on what to do and how to book + suggestions for local food joints.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very decent sized; bathrooms are very good sized and the bathtub is very comfortable if you want to soak and relax in. City Seasons has air-con throughout the hotel which makes it refreshing when coming back from being in the heat all day. The WiFi has good signal in the rooms but can be a bit patching in the hallways.

It is about 10mins walking distance to Deira Metro Station and Deira shopping mall (you can easily pick up bottled water and snacks etc. for the day or even to bring back to the hotel to and from downtown). Be prepared to feel really hot and sweaty if you go in peak summer temperatures, the walking journey feels longer than 10mins because its very hot and humid.

We decided to do a stop over in Dubai, stay for 2 nights and stretch our legs around town. This hotel is in a great location, short Metro ride from the Airport (buy your metro card at the airport). After the long flight we arrived to the hotel before check in time, the reception staff were able to check us in early. Which was brilliant. The common areas smell a little of smoke but we had booked a non-smoking room and it was fine. There wasn’t as much hot water for the shower as we would have liked, but due to the temperature outside a cool refreshing shower was ok. Also we could have asked to have it serviced or a room change but we didn’t. Again the Metro stop is very close by and you can easily explore the rest of the city from there. Overall good choice, would stay again.
