I had problems getting Housekeeping to clean my room the first few days, but they sorted it out.
After that, it was an enjoyable stay. The pool is nice and the stuff are friendly.

This hotel was terrible!
I had called earlier to see if I could get an earlier check-in and was told no, check-in will be at 2 pm. No problem.
So I arrived at 2:30pm. It was chaotic. At least 6 people were standing around the reception asking when their rooms would be ready.
When I finally got to the room, there was 1 towel, some of the lights weren’t working, hairdryer was not working, no hangers or water.
The next day, I requested room service before I left for the day. When I returned, my room was not cleaned.
They offered me a complementary buffet dinner to compensate for everything so I went down to dinner, to find there was no food left at the buffet. There was lots of people standing around looking for food. So I asked the staff if any food was coming to which they replied, they weren’t sure.
So I went back to reception to ask about the food and they said yes, food is there now. So I went back to the buffet to find they had replenished two dishes of the entire buffet and a mad rush of people trying to get out those 2 dishes. So I left.

I was woken up twice by in the middle of the night by the front desk calling and complaining about noise coming from my room.

The first time, I was told my TV was too loud, but it wasn’t. I was asleep, and the TV was only on low as background noise.

After I went back to sleep, I was woken up again by a call from the front desk saying my door was open and needed to be closed. I was asleep and my door was locked. I checked immediately and confirmed it was closed, but the person on the phone insisted it was still open.

I then walked downstairs to speak with the front desk and on my way down I saw the security guard next to the elevator on my floor. That’s when I found out the staff had mixed up the room number and called the wrong room without double checking.

They did give me a late checkout (only after me asking) which I appreciated, but the repeated interruptions significantly diminished my overall experience.

In our bathroom inside of our suite, we noticed some paint was peeling off from the baseboard trim, and there was definitely a need for touchups and some minor construction renovation.

The breakfast was mediocre, overall I would rate this hotel as a four-star hotel and not a five star hotel.

Quite frankly, I’ve stayed at better four starred hotels than this one.

There’s also insufficient parking space for people staying at the hotel when there are major events happening, such as weddings.

Staff was courteous, Room was clean. Location of Hotel near the Airport and therefore due to late night flight arrival, we could reach the hotel quickly.

24 Hour Restaurant was helpful and we were hungry and they were able to serve Pizza at 4:00am.

They even allowed us to check out little later.

Breakfast was good but lacking variety. You pretty much got the same things every day. Flooring around the breakfast area needs a bit of work as it was patched up with tape in many areas. Staff seem okay but not that enthusiastic. Rooms were clean but close to the swimming pool where twice there were private functions taking place with loud music playing till late night. Overall a decent experience but would not call it outstanding given its a 5 star property.

Noise from construction site in front of hotel was very annoying. Whilst not the fault of the hotel close liaison with the contractors should have been made to understand what problems would be anticipated?
In fitness hotel did offer to change my room. 7 am wake up calls we’re annoying but not the fault of the hotel.
Television only gave me access to around seven or eight channels from the 50 that were listed
Windows were very dirty
Tap in the sink in the bathroom was loose
Once I would rate the hotel overall as good these matters do need to be put right.

I stayed there 11.11.2025 - 12.12.2025 and liked it. Very good staff and was surprised that they remember my room number. I had my trousers laundered and when it was returned I asked where I could buy a small sewing kit so I could fix a button I had teard off by accident. He went back and after few minuters he had fixed without extra charge. I often took the metro which was about one km from hotel.

Staff was great, especially Monika at the front desk. However, the property is showing its age. The non-renovated rooms were worn out and in need of complete redo. We were first given such a room and switched to a slightly smaller renovated room, which was brighter and had hard wood floors and far better. However, the materials used (e.g. closet) were cheap and workmanship in the room was not great and will not last well. Having an espresso machine was a positive. We also dined at the Asian restaurant which was ok. Once upon a time the hotel restaurants were quite good.

The food was excellent every day. The desk staff was so helpful, from getting cars to taking us the several days of sights, to offering advise and savings on local purchases. I was trilled with the choices of TV from DW and BBC and CNN. Thank you for that. That alone is worth coming back to your hotel. I have been at very nice hotels around the world, but if I cannot get DW and BBC, I do not return to that hotel. The lobby, restaurants, and common areas were spotless. (my experience was great and I will come back on my next trip to Dubai, but the carpet is room 407 is old and not nice). Also location was good for airport and other sights to see.

Could not express my gratitude enough to all the friendly staff at the hotel. Great level of cleanliness, good size room, great beds, the only small criticism was that walls are thin and soundproofing could be better.
Special thanks goes to all the housekeeping staff that msintained high standard of cleanliness, Stella at reception, Ashvek at Howdy's, Anna the chef at Howdy's (great tomahawks), Vijay at Seafood buffet, all who always served and greeted us with smiles. Great friendly service, great food and overall satisfied with our stay

My wife and I had a wonderful experience during our stopover in Dubai. The hotel was beautiful with friendly and attentive staff who provided top notch service. Stayed here as an overnighter before a 7.30 am flight home. It is about 5 minutes from the airport. The public spaces are very impressive. The pool area is a bit soulless, but the pool is fine. We ate at the Thai restaurant which was OK but nothing special. Starters and mains were brought out at the same time.
Our room looked pretty dated and a bit shabby, but everything worked.
Decent option for a stop over but somewhere I'd like to stay in other circumstances.

This hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, which makes it ideal for travelers with a car. However, it's not easily accessible by public transportation, so keep that in mind if you're relying on transit.
Parking was hassle-free, with plenty of available spots throughout our stay — a definite plus.
The hotel offers both older and renovated rooms. Initially, we were placed in one of the older rooms, which felt quite dark and had a few maintenance issues. After requesting a change, we were moved to a renovated room, which was a big improvement — modern, bright, and much more comfortable.
The staff were generally friendly and accommodating. That said, there were a couple of interactions that didn’t quite meet expectations in terms of service.
Overall, it’s a decent stay if you get one of the updated rooms and have your own transportation.

The hotel staff are the best thing about the property - they simply cannot do enough to service your needs. We stayed here for a week due to its proximity to the airport and other areas we needed to attend to.

The rooms around the central atrium are sufficient but VERY dated. They are dark, old fashioned and the colour scheme and decor needs an urgent revamp. The outer wings have the deluxe rooms and frankly, feel like a whole new hotel. Modern, well lit, spacious and feel like a downtown hotel. However the beds in BOTH rooms were very comfortable.

The breakfast is basic but sufficient.

There are free shuttle buses to the nearby malls and are a useful addition if you don't mind sticking to their time table.

The pool area is well manned and never too busy.

The shisha area outside is fantastic with a large LED screen for sporting events.

There are other restaurants there but we didn't try Howdy's or the Japanese place.

Big shout out to Hasan and the concierge teams for being super heros in the 55C heat and keeping us cool, informed and safe.

Dear [Hotel Management/Guest Relations Manager],

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention several concerning issues I encountered during my recent stay, which I believe require immediate attention and improvement.

Firstly, I observed that the staff appeared to be insufficiently trained in guest service. Their interactions lacked professionalism and care, with frequent responses such as “no sir,” “sorry sir,” or “not possible sir,” which left a negative impression.

In addition, I reported an issue with the air conditioning in my room that was not resolved for two consecutive nights. The in-room refrigerator was also non-functional. Despite multiple reports, no corrective action was taken, and it seemed that guest concerns were being disregarded.

I left my room 07:45 am and return 06:00 pm my room wasn’t arranged or cleaned

Moreover, valet parking service was unavailable at 8:00 AM when I needed my vehicle. A security guard simply handed me the keys, and I had to walk in the heat to the underground parking area to locate my car myself. To my shock, I found an unexpected and unacceptable situation beside my vehicle (please refer to the attached photo).

This experience was deeply disappointing and not in line with the standards I expected. I trust you will take this feedback seriously and implement the necessary training and service improvements to ensure future guests do not face similar challenges. Unbelievable !!!

My experience at the hotel was overall good, but there were a few issues that impacted our stay.

The room had an unpleasant odor, the shower drain was clogged, and the door squeaked loudly every time it closed. Additionally, the itinerary provided had some misleading information—it stated that restaurants closed at 11 PM, but the hibachi restaurant actually closed at 10 PM. As a result, we had to either take an 8-minute cab ride or walk 20 minutes just to find something to eat.

With a few improvements, this could have been a much better experience.
